Been here for 6 days so far and we loved it since our arrival. Reception was helpful from welcoming us to providing assistance when required. Crew at the restaurant were nice and helpful in the morning for breakfast and the food in our opinion was great. Our apartment is always kept clean and tidy. It's also located in a great spot, close to shops, a pharmacy and not far from the sea. Our balcony provides...
Arrived late in the evening for a one night stay, so was surprised to be sent back into town to the hotels "guest house" as they're overbooked had been overbooked... too tired to argue I made my way by taxi to the north side of the bay and Casa Rosanna. Nice room, view and sleep, with a small modern bathroom, aircon and balcony to the marina. Unfortunately no one had given me a WiFi code so I was...
We chose this hotel for a short getaway from busy Malta. The rooms were just as pictured and the beds were very comfortable. The closest beach is within a short distance, and there are numerous shops nearby. The pool and pool loungers were delightful, and the water was perfect. The service was exceptional, and the staff is multilingual and very helpful. They are always available to assist if needed...
We loved staying at the Cerviola Hotel for 3 weeks. The hotel staff are amazing, very professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was clean at all times. Good breakfast daily. About location, the hotel is about 25 minutes by walk to the promenade where you find all the restaurants and pubs. You can take the bus that's a few steps away from the hotel to the terminal for the promenade or to go to...
We LOVE this hotel and we come back every year! Very homey and comfortable. The owners are very generous and they are always around to make sure that things run smoothly. Lovely people at the front desk are always willing to help. Great pool and amazing food at the pool bar. The beach and the city centre are also near by. The location is very convinient. Grocery stores, farmacy, butcher store, post...
Hotel blonde lady was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was perfect 👌 Downside - noise banging at 7.30am then some other groups were screaming and shouting at 11.30PM and at breakfast, nothing to do with hotel but they should have a noise policy. Cleaners threw away my baby's nasal spray, also guessing this was an accident, Only an expresso machine for coffee...maybe have a kettle instead for tea drinkers...

Exceptional service we had during our stay at sensi hotel for a week. Room super clean. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The gentle womans attending this hotel where super friendly! We will go again for sure. Memorable experience for my birthday. Thank you SENSI
One of the best things about this place is Linda, who waits on you in the pool area. While you relax and swim she's serves with a smile, nothing too much trouble. Foods brilliant too! She's a real asset to sensi
Quieter part of Malta compared to the mad part towns in the north. Hotel is across the road from beach but still has a pool. Breakfast and restaurant are a highlight of this affordable hotel. Will stay again. Staff are friendly and happy to help
I really liked the hotel, the pool and my room. It was an excellent stay and the hotel stuff was really friendly and helped me a lot. I was a solo traveller and felt very secure and comfortable in the hotel. The pool was huge and clean and the restaurant inside of the hotel was really delicious. I will definitely come back!
What a little gem really not much to look at from the outside, once you enter it fantastic very boutique style. Literally 2 minutes walk to the beach the hotel itself has a great restaurant and bar but arround St Thomas Bay there's a great selection of bars and restaurants.
The location is good, you have the sea crossing the street. The attention of the girls is really nice, they are very attentive and helpful! The cleaning is good too..! The food of the restaurante is amazing! We wanted to thank all of the workers because we have finished our honeymoon at your hotel and we would repeat again!

I am very satisfied with my stay at this Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and had a modern look. Also the staff was very friendly. I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room. It was fixed immediately. I can recommend this Hotel.
Best option for travelling to Malta. -rooms are clean and very good looking -staff is kind and helpful -easy access to public transport, airport, shops, restaurants and more -fair price If you’re travelling to Malta I highly recommend you booking this hotel. It’s perfect for a nice vacation.
If I could give them six stars I would. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped, and cool. Air con was efficient so we didn’t feel the need to leave it on all the time. Bed was nice, thin sheets were cool through the night. Walk-in shower was beautiful after a sweaty walking day, or a salty beach trip. Free tea and coffee in the room, plus two bottles of water. Cupboard with hangers. Iron and...
For us it was the best hotel in Marsaskala considering the price-quality ratio. The room was new and very clean and big enough. It had complimentary bottles of water upon arrival in the room so we didn't have to go buy water in the night. There is a mini market on the ground floor next to the hotel. The bathroom was nice and clean, always hot water available. The cleaning crew passed every 2 days...

Spent 4 nights here. Staff were really helpful and friendly, beds REALLY comfortable, breakfast great and the pool area on the roof had lovely views and was really welcome after trekking around the city. Great location about a 5 minute walk from the 3 cities ferry, really can't praise it enough.
The Casa Birmula Boutique Hotel is one of the finest and coziest hotels in Malta. The Casa Birmula is well located to various different sites and easy access to public transport as well. We stayed at The Lodge in Bormla for the feast of the Immaculate Conception on the 8th December. The hotel itself was fantastic. We stayed in the Grand Harbour Suite and our room was huge and very nice. The staff was really nice and the property was always clean. The pool area was lovely and relaxing especially in the summer heat. Location is AMAZING! The only reason for 4 stars is the noise at night. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff were really excellent, the rooms were really large and well appointed, and the swimming pool was nice too. Great location to jump on the ferry to Valletta. Had a great stay, and will go back if in Malta again.
Amazing place to stay. Booked this for a short trip with my wife. Super central location, right next to the water taxi to Valletta. Amazing rooms, built in a former fort - very stylish! The three stars are for the fantastic harbour view, the cleanliness of the room and the politeness of the girl behind the desk upon arrival. That's where it ends. Friendly hosts, clean throughout, great views of the harbour (from penthouse rooms), comfy beds. No toilet door, if you are squeamish, one of you will have to go and wait on terrace. Added dawn and daytime view from penthouse room terrace Will definitely be coming back
Out if this world room and service. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The Jacuzzi was a god send after the long flight. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and modern. Wonderful panoramic view. Staff very accommodating and enjoyed stopping off for a coffee or two between work meetings. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.
Great location but the single room I stayed in was very basic and a bit grungy. However, the ensuite had it's own water heater, so I never had any problems with the water unlike other guests in more expensive suites.

There is an elevator, a washing machine which is free of charge, a swimming pool with a fantastic view. The apartments have Airconditioning and are fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and Organized. Very nice Located.
Very very good location but the place was not great. Room we got was on a ground floor. It didn’t have any view or direct sunlight. There was a mold/ watery/ moist smell in the apartment and the shower was broken so they just put the shower courtliness which I hate and it made entire bathroom wet. I would only recommend it if you care about location but not about place you sleep in.
Beautiful!! The host/owner made us feel like we were home. The history and elegance of the rooms and setting were fabulous. Fresh homemade breakfast in the grand room, makes every guest feel special. Only a handful of guests are at the Palazzo Suites at a time. We will certainly be back to Malta...and when we return we will stay here again.
Absolutely great. Frank , the owner, welcomed us with such hospitality we immediately felt at home. Mike or Misha (short for Michael, Mikhail?) was very helpful. Big thank you to Shaun at the reception who was super friendly and helped us figuring out what to do in such a short time (1 day). Only negative point was the breakfast which was okay but could have been much better!
Fantastic location staff very friendly spotless .I've never seen a hotel polishing elevators before. How this is only a two star hotel beats me I've stayed in 3 and 4 stars that were not as nice as this hotel. Was in 6th floor duel aspect windows so view of harbour and view of city. It's an old and small hotel. I think it's well-cleaned. I booked it because I thought the beautiful wallpaper and light blue door in the photos looked cute and castle-like. Extremely convenient location (but no car park - you can park at one of the free car parks about 10 mins walk). Beautiful room and charming staff. The spa and massage sessions were solid. The rooftop bar was nice and inexpensive. One criticism: The breakfast was a little average and the coffee was absolutely appalling. The hotel is well-located with bars and restaurants nearby. The room was nice with AC. Minus points for the unfriendly welcome that we got at the start, the many times encountering staff in the elevator and entrance hall without getting a smile or “hello” and the ants in our hotel room bathroom. The hotel was very unique and close to the airport but I would only give it 3 stars because we saw no staff when we were there. There were menus to order food and a wine bar, but no staff and no restaurants near by. We ended up grabbing cheese and bread from the convince store, but we were surprised that we couldn’t get dinner here.
Practical to be at the airport early morning. Very nice to enjoy the pool in the evening or in the morning. Delicious breakfast. Very nice personnel. Calm even with the proximity of the airport. One detail : there is nothing to eat in the village. Only solution for diner is the airport ! The coffee machine in the room did not work properly.
This place was a fantastic surprise. Wonderful breakfast. Very quiet. Close to the airport. Walking distance actually.
Just stayed for one night ahead of an early airport departure. Really simple check in and good communication. Managed an hour to chill out by the pool. Room is just what you need, clean, simple approach.
We really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and clean. It’s not really “walking distance” to many places, but made an excellent hub.
The room had no windows to open for ventilation, and it smelled strongly of a basement, probably because it hadn't been opened for ventilation for 400 years. I was the only one in the hotel after 3 p.m., and the code for the exterior door was the same as my room's. The room door didn't have a locking mechanism. It was a terrifying night, and I couldn't sleep.

Everything I wanted to do was within a short walk. Located on a quiet side street across from the French Embassy. Very nice room with king bed, in-room safe, fridge with comp mini-bar, and large bathroom with...

A great location with everything of interest within easy walking distance. Very helpful reception staff and all staff were really polite. Very good breakfast with hot food orders taken and prepared freshly. Our room was lovely, really spacious with a Maltese balcony.
Great location, fabulous restaurants in the area. Staff pleasant and helpful, rooms spacious and up to date..

I give them 4.4 out of 5 for the amount paid The highlights: -direct booking process was super flexible and adaptable -location cannot be beat -standard check in is 2pm which is early compared to industry standard -I think we got upgraded to 501, a gorgeous terrace suite. Amazing view!!! -included breakfast had a lot of variety. It was good taste...

Then the morning turned to the afternoon and the afternoon the next morning. The weather was...
