Great location, room was comfortable and exactly what we needed for the week. Air-conditioning needs upgrading it would start creaking and making popping sounds all night. People that stay in the hotel and extremely noise and there's no receptionist to control the noise. Upstairs neighbours would drag the furniture all night and banging.

Room was clean and very spacious, bed was also comfortable. Receptionist was absolutely brilliant and exceptionally kind. Access to rooftop pool along the road was also a bonus, and there was a shop downstairs. Location was excellent as well, as only few minute walk from main area. Reasonably priced guest house situated above "Jacobs cafe" in a fantastic location with all rooms having a harbour view....Close to many restaurants and pubs, convenience store, pharmacy & bus station....Location is less touristy, but still has that holiday feel. The guesthouse is located very close to the centre of Marsaxlokk. The staff are friendly and helpful with information on local interest, buses etc. The property does boast a lift but it only starts on the first floor, so one still has to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. Once again a great place to stay we had a balcony this time which was lovely. Room was nice and clean and very spacious. We arrived late but the instructions for accessing the room were easy to follow. The market on the Sunday was amazing. A short drive from the airport which made it an excellent place to stay for our first night.

A good spot for buses and a ferry. There aren’t very many dining options near here which makes it quite unsuitable for a long stay. The ferry service to Valletta was good as too was the bus stop. Does the job. It’s clean and cosy, but lacks a-bit of everything for a stay longer than 1-2 nights. I used it for a layover before an early flight and it was fine.

The area around it seems pretty bland and crumbling, but that completely changes when you walk in. It's very comfortable and pleasant inside, with nice modern conveniences over top solid stone. Hopefully it gives an idea of what the typical houses in Tarxien are underneath.

We were fine, and the person who runs it was very friendly and helpful. And the price was exaggerated taking into account be in the middle of nowhere and off the tourist path and that the services offered are very scardi and restrictive for what you paid.

This hotel worked very well for us and we would stay there again. The nearby ferry over to the city runs frequently and we enjoyed the view from it.

I stayed with Rose for six weeks. She is an amazing host - very kind and considerate. The studio room had amazing beach views, big kitchen/lounge/dining area for the size of the apartment. All appliances worked and in good order. I had to isolate for 10 days, and Rose was very helpful in getting me supplies and checking in to make sure I was ok! Would stay again.

Out if this world room and service. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The Jacuzzi was a god send after the long flight. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and modern. Wonderful panoramic view. Staff very accommodating and enjoyed stopping off for a coffee or two between work meetings. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Great location but the single room I stayed in was very basic and a bit grungy. However, the ensuite had it's own water heater, so I never had any problems with the water unlike other guests in more expensive suites.

Reasonable accommodation in a building about 500years old , attentive staff , good breakfast , right in the centre of the old city of Valetta

situated in Ursula Street which is already a Touristic attraction. Merisi Suites has lots of apartments, some with a really nice balcony. There is an elevator, a washing machine which is free of charge, a swimming pool with a fantastic view. The apartments have Airconditioning and are fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and Organized. Very nice Located.

Very very good location but the place was not great. Room we got was on a ground floor. It didn’t have any view or direct sunlight. There was a mold/ watery/ moist smell in the apartment and the shower was broken so they just put the shower courtliness which I hate and it made entire bathroom wet. I would only recommend it if you care about location but not about place you sleep in.

I just came back from my stay in Valetta! The location of this hotel was very good, also beautiful view from the rooftop. The room was also very clean and spacious. The stay at the hotel was priceless, and whoever booked a sea-view room and rated it lower than 5, should have an eye check-up! The room was super clean and bright, with a coffee and tea setup.
