Amazing location with genuine design and really helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was delicious, and their coffee is the finest in Malta! I enjoyed the pool while waiting for my flight because the location is fairly near to the airport (10 minutes walk).

Great location! The whole location is really nice and the rooms are clean. Can’t understand the negative reviews. It’s also located perfectly to explore the three cities and if you want to go to Valletta you can take the ferry which is only a few meters away. I’ll definitely come back!

Delightful and interestingplace in historic building. Very helpful staff and lots of choice for breakfast. Views from rooftop beautiful and location superb. And the plunge pool !! It's a calm, low key yet significant part of Malta/ three cities. Easy ferry to Valleta, and walk to Fort Angelo, gbus 30 mins to Paola for Tarxien and or Hal Saflieni Hyporgeum. Spent 4 nights here. Staff were really helpful and friendly, beds REALLY comfortable, breakfast great and the pool area on the roof had lovely views and was really welcome after trekking around the city. Great location about a 5 minute walk from the 3 cities ferry, really can't praise it enough.

I recommend this place; it has a good location (within just a few steps from the picturesque waterfront, the harbour and some historic sites, and also with a good connection to public transport of Malta - a few bus stops in the area). A great place if you're on budget. The staff were very nice, Carmine took my on a small walk around the neighborhood, where he showed me all the shops, bus stops, restaurants...etc The location is excellent, very quiet area and close to Valletta ferry and 3 bus stops

Many little problems but comfy

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and gave excellent advice. The location is in a quiet residential area, away from high traffic and tourist areas.

Does the job. It’s clean and cosy, but lacks a-bit of everything for a stay longer than 1-2 nights. I used it for a layover before an early flight and it was fine.

The area around it seems pretty bland and crumbling, but that completely changes when you walk in. It's very comfortable and pleasant inside, with nice modern conveniences over top solid stone. Hopefully it gives an idea of what the typical houses in Tarxien are underneath.

We were fine, and the person who runs it was very friendly and helpful. And the price was exaggerated taking into account be in the middle of nowhere and off the tourist path and that the services offered are very scardi and restrictive for what you paid.

Our host has kindly welcome us in the middle of the night. The location is 10 minutes from the airport so very convenient for late arrivals. We recommend the owner and the place.

What a wonderful stay we had here. The hosts Annett and Michael are absolutely fabulous, attentive, friendly and just the loveliest people. From arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport and being there at midnight to meet us, to the birthday cake from a local bakery and champagne in the evening, we had the most relaxing and luxurious stay here.
