I just came back from my stay in Valetta! The location of this hotel was very good, also beautiful view from the rooftop. The room was also very clean and spacious.
Big thank you to Shaun at the reception who was super friendly and helped us figuring out what to do in such a short time (1 day).
Only negative point was the breakfast which was okay but could have been much better!

Fantastic location staff very friendly spotless .I've never seen a hotel polishing elevators before. How this is only a two star hotel beats me I've stayed in 3 and 4 stars that were not as nice as this hotel. Was in 6th floor duel aspect windows so view of harbour and view of city.
What a great find this hotel is.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was spacious with a balcony, a clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here

Good Hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location within the Old Town and near to restaurants and attractions.

The rooms were basic, but had everything necessary.

Breakfast was simple and nothing special.

Was good value for money and would recommend.

The views from the rooftop are similar to from nearby viewpoints.

First Class Location and Staff are Professional and So Helpful. We arrived Early of a Cruise Ship and Left the Bags and staff were so Accommodating. The Room was Amazing and the hug Balcony had the Best View of the Harbour Ever. The Next Day we had a First Class Breakfast and it was Perfect. We were Flying out at Night so again the Staff sorted the Bags until we returned at 5.09pm. Could not have asked for am better Service

The stay at the hotel was priceless, and whoever booked a sea-view room and rated it lower than 5, should have an eye check-up! The room was super clean and bright, with a coffee and tea setup. There was one European outlet/Europlug/ so we didn’t have to buy an adapter. I was a bit concerned about a spring mattress bed, but it was comfortable. All employees were super helpful and friendly and booked us a taxi to the airport and organized breakfast bags as we had to check out at 3am. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty and espresso on the machine served with breakfast was great. The hotel is located in a great area within a couple of minutes of walk to the most important sights in Valletta. It has a unique old-fashioned style and it is so lovely.
Everything was perfect and we will return for sure as we fell in love with this beautiful island and there cannot be a better-located hotel for our needs.

My girlfriend broke her hip on our second night in Malta and had to go to the hospital and get her hip replaced. She had to stay at the hospital for an over a week. When she got out I accidentally booked this hotel instead of another hotel. I was extremely stressed trying to help my girlfriend and made a mistake when booking the hotel. I found out I booked the wrong hotel when I showed up at the hotel I thought I booked. I immediately called the Harbour hotel to let them know my mistake but they refused to give me a refund. It was extremely difficult to get my girlfriend to the hotel I thought I had booked and all my stuff was there and she was exhausted so I wasn’t going to make her get up and move to the harbour hotel since she could barely walk. We booked the hotel I meant to book but harbour never agreed to give us our money back even after I told them our situation. The manager was cold and didn’t care at all. In my opinion this is terrible service and deserving of the rating given. So buyer beware this manager cared more about making 100 dollars for one night then helping me and my girlfriend who broke her hip and had to spent thousands on her surgery.

We stayed here for a week. We had a nice view of grand harbour with our room. We found the room and hotel to be clean and very convenient as we navigated Valletta, 3 cities, ferries etc. We found the staff to be very helpful in everything and especially the little things(greetings,smiles). The breakfast was good..a lot of choices allowing for variety in a week. A bonus was the rooftop terrace...great views in the evening...

Rooms are basic but functional. Quite expensive for what you get but that’s just reflective of hotel prices in Valletta in general. If you have a non sea view (i.e. street side) room then there is some noise from the street/nearby bars as the windows are single glazed, but it’s mostly drowned out by the aircon. There is a jazz bar very close to the hotel which wasn’t open when we were staying, there may be more noise from this. Sea view rooms don’t seem to have the same issue.

A very peaceful hotel. It is in the city of Valletta and has nearby food market, bars and good restaurants.You can also order a taxi ( Uber or Bolt), they come very quickly,to get you everywhere you want.( I found them very cheap by the way).
The stuff are really nice people, ready to serve you and guide you if you need information. The rooms are very spacious and really very clean. From the terrace of the hotel you can take photos of Valletta at night.
