Two Pillows Boutique Hostel

I spent a long weekend at this amazing hostel in Malta for the marathon, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and a beautiful building that adds to the charm. Our room had a lovely balcony, everything was super clean, and the hostel’s facilities were fantastic — including a sauna and jacuzzi for post-run recovery.

The terrace is a great spot to relax, and the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The traditional decor adds a unique touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibes were just incredible, and the entire team was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Monika, who made check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming.

If you’re visiting Malta, whether for a race or just to explore, I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

This hostel was amazing. The staff was super friendly. Especially Diana and Monica. The spa was super relaxing and really helped my back issues. Beautiful hostel very close to the ferry to go to Valletta and to some mini markets. Pros: silent street, super clean hostel overall included the bathroom, comfy bed, very warm room. This hostel really made me enjoy my days in Malta ! Can’t wait to come back to test the spa as well!

I had a wonderful stay at Two Pillows Boutique Hotel in Malta. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. The spa facilities were a lovely addition and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and great service!

Had a great experience at this hostel. Staff were great, very helpful. Loved the sauna & jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi was barely warm, not sure why. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm, spacious. The ensuite only had 3 hooks for towels, strange, there are 4 beds. The upper bunks had a surprising low guard rail. The ladder rungs should be opposite way to give more placement of foot. The way they are positioned hurts the feet quickly & a lot.

Perfect ! We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very pretty and our room was very comfortable. The hotel was very well placed for visiting a good part of Malta. The staff is very welcoming. The spa is welcome after long walks during the day. The shared kitchen is very practical and allows you to meet people. We would not hesitate to come back for another occasion in Malta.

This is an excellent hostel with all you need for a serviced or self-contained stay. The location is very good and so are the helpful staff. Our penthouse suite was spacious with lovely views. Our air-conditioning was noisy and maybe needs servicing however this is the only negative I could think of.

Absolutely loved my stay! I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with an ensuite. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Kitchen and common areas were great too. Found it very easy to chat to people. Staff were lovely and let me leave my bags and have shower after checking out before my late flight. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Two Pillows! My partner and I rented a studio for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable double bed, and we appreciated that it was cleaned daily, including fresh towels each day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for things to do in the area. We felt right at home during our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hostel is centrally located, close to a Lidl, the ferry terminal, and the bus station, so everything was within walking distance, which made exploring Malta super convenient.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Malta. We would happily stay here again!

the hostel is cute and lovely. the staff were nice and helpful and they explain pretty much everything. the rooms are clean, every room has its own toilet and is very tidy (if kept clean by the guests too of course). the kitchen had loads of helpful information and leaflets if you wish to know what to do in Malta, and what kind of transportation to use. the price in July was 30 euros which is a bit expensive for a hostel, but since the experience was nice , I do not care about the money really.
