Hotels with beach in Sliema

We liked staying here during winter, and I believe it’s amazing during summer. The only thing we weren’t very impressed by was the indoor pool/spa space. It felt slightly outdated and in need of refurbishing

If you order food or drink at the poolside they will bring these to you once ready. There are plenty of towels for you to use on the sunbeds

We stayed at The Westin in February for 3 nights as a weekend getaway. The first thing that impressed us was the service, every member of the staff was very lovely, kind, and helpful

We used the indoor pool, steam and sauna rooms which were all clean, well-kept and well-maintained. The lobby was very busy due to the Christmas season but the hotel is large enough to handle that

5 out of 5 stars! Absolutely brilliant stay at The Westin Dragonara Resort, Malta. We stayed there for 1 week on the Christmas break and had a great time

We were offered a big room with 2 queen beds, so we enjoyed the spacious room we had. We had lunch at the restaurant in the lobby, and enjoyed that too

However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The en-suite had a combined bath and shower and quality toiletries. Breakfast was very good with a wide hot and cold choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The balcony was directly facing the small harbour where coincidentally some yachts were preparing for the Rolex Middle Sea race (please see photos). Many of the crews were also, not surprisingly, staying at the hotel

Excellent hotel and superb location for visiting Valletta (10 minutes walk to the City Gate and the bus station). We booked for 5 nights and at check-in were given a complementary upgrade to a sea view room

What a room! I was hoping for a high floor. Reception was level 6 and we were given a bedroom on level 2. The porter asked which room we were in and when told said it was a very nice room

There is also a complimentary shuttle to the City Gate / bus station area every 20 minutes if needed. Would we stay here again? Definitely

The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early

It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large, could fit 3 people

We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6

The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host

The hotel is not on the seafront but a short distance away from buses, ferries etc all of which run frequently. We took these on occasions but Uber/Bolt so cheap worth taking these

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space. Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings

The excellent location on the bank of bay is handy for walking and visit important places and restaurants. Upholstery, furnishings in room, little tiring, would need up-gradation to enhance the joy of stay, further

We had a lovely large suite with ample storage and two bathrooms! We even had a choice of 2 balconies and a large roof terrace! Outdoor pool was a little nippy!! Hardly surprising in November 🤣🤣 Malta is stunning!!

As I was staying with my baby i received and email with a list of the amenities I could ask for my son and everything I asked was ready in my room at my arrival

We stayed for number of days, recently. The spacious room with sea facing balcony provided a wonderful view and comfortable stay

Above all, the staff all around from reception, cleaning to restaurant, very polite, helping, accommodative and responsive

Our lovely clean, nicely decorated room was on the 12th floor with fabulous sea views and was serviced every day. We never once had a problem with the lifts and can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel

There were times that were revocation where it was not comfortable at all. The service is professional and friendly except for the long checkin. Many occasions they were kind to accommodate late checkout

The staff were all helpful arranged to change rooms for me as can't go in lift on my own. Bar was relaxing ,pool was closed as November but the solarium was very clean and relaxing

I suggest either changing her or asking her to improve her manners and learn how to properly welcome people. The other Russian guy he is welcoming and explain everything clearly

Very good location and hotel, with nice private beach, clear water, good pool area with great view and nice adults only pool for quiet option

Excellent service throughout, from Henri welcoming us personally at breakfast through to everyone actually, from main desk to room servicing - everyone extremely polite and helpful

From the bar staff at The Bridge and The Edge to the breakfast staff and the cleaners - they couldn’t have been more helpful and offered excellent customer service as well as being friendly and efficient! We would like to give special thanks to the Bridge bar staff who were wonderful and especially to Fe from the Bridge bar who looked after us all week and gave above and beyond excellent customer service...

Fabulous stay even if just a nite. Didn't make use of the hotel facilities bar the breakfast buffet. Busy as it was the hostess Marisa was in point

Yet if you watched her comings and goings you'd have seen a beaming warm welcome, an enchanting introduction to the restaurant and facilities but above all a charming lady whom certainly took pride at what she does

Observant was she that she noticed a guest having just a salad and some fruits she went over and offered a salmon plate with some avocado as an alternate. It was surprising but much appreciated by the guest

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The pools were lovely, the beach bars were well-stocked, and the staff was courteous and professional

Amazing service at Reception. We had a great stay with a spectacular sea view. Mickel gave us some tips on how to make the most of our stay. The room was very clean and daily refreshed. We will be back😄

You can walk to the hub of St Julians for many other restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop outside the hotel for ease of access to Valletta etc. I would highly recommend the Marina

This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Malta(St Julian's). The rooms are spacious and comfortable with many good restaurants on site. The shining light of this hotel is the staff

Hard to fault in the price bracket, good size room. Staff extremely helpful surrounded by good eateries and close to the Valletta ferry terminal.

The location is perfect, close to the bus stop and the ferries, the staff was very nice. We took a room without a sea view, but with breakfast; however we still had a small nice sea view from our room

The terraces where the jacuzzi is has an amazing view. Maybe the hotel is a bit old if you look at the details, but everything was good enough

Our main concern however was not being able to open the window as there was some ventilation pipes outside making our room smell like fried food once we dared to open it

The breakfast choices is clearly British inspired, however there was something for everyone. Staff was great and so was the Greek restaurant in the hotel entrance

Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, everyone was so friendly and helpful 😊, very well priced for a great location, we stayed 5 nights, room was comfy and had air-conditioning, nice clean toilets and showers, staff and owner were all lovely

I was very glad to choose Granny´s Inn Hostel as a place to stay during my trip to Malta. It is in calm area, yet not far away from capital nor from busy night life

Even though the reception is not open 24/7, the staff was prepared to help to solve any issues even out of the reception hours. To add one more plus is rooftop terrace to relax

There is a balcony, a common area where you can watch TV and also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well equipped to cater your budget travelling

The hostel is small enough for you to get to know everyone. I can't find any fault at all during my stay. I would definitely 100% recommend other travellers to stay here

Very good place for a weekend trip, or maybe the residence for the first month of stay in Malta! I highly recommend it, especially to people who like to meet new people from different parts of the world, and form new social relationships

The best free parties in Malta! (Not everyday, but during the week is possible to found ones!). The atmosphere and its staff are awesome :) I highly recommend this place!

During the night, especially during weekends, the rooftop may turn into an outdoor dance floor. The hostel is clean and very safe. The private rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is just great!

I love the nautical island theme throughout the hostel, enhanced by the decor of the artwork running through the stairwell and seeping into the dorm hallways

Marco Polo Hostel is a little paradise just at the entrance to the party district. The large rooftop area is what makes this hostel unique
