Top tips: head to the roof pool around 9:30/10 for the lounges and if you are an Ambassador, you can check out at 4pm. Would come again in high season
Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Stay – Thanks to Katerina and the Team After a terrible experience at another hotel, we were relieved the moment we walked into the Intercontinental St
We especially loved the incredible breakfast on the seventh floor, as well as both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which were fantastic for both relaxation and family fun
Julian’s, thanks to the incredible service provided by Katerina. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were not only comfortable but truly happy during our stay
My wife rarely wants to return to the same place twice, but after such an amazing experience, we’re already planning our next stay for next year
Katerina’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made a massive impression, not just on me and my wife but also on our children

We had room service too, portions were huge and tasted amazing! The spa was the cherry on top! The heated pool, sauna, steam room… all brilliant and a wonderful way to relax after a long day exploring! The Decor is beautiful ! Would most definitely come back again soon! Thank you to all the staff!! Extra thank you to Mateo who helped us with the ferry info to go to the Blue Lagoon!
The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early
It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large, could fit 3 people
The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host
They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service
All of them greeted us like old friends and gave us tips how to enjoy Malta like a local. We will be definitely be coming back again

The lifts are very slow and better sometimes to take the stairs if you can, not happy with some of the music on the sunroof by the pool, some songs using foul language such as the F Bomb
Not suitable for younger ears, recommend you stop this music. Also a sign needs to go on every hotel door asking guests to close the door Not let it go as it's on a strong hinge and slams in the middle of the night
Everything else is great the staff here are EXCELLENT, even the chefs say hello to you. Breakfast is my favourite part of the day. Don't miss out on that people!!! Lovely and will and would stay again here
I will give the hotel 5/5 as the whole experience was great, I will however point out a couple of ideas worth noting
the hotel's location is in plus, but there are more minuses than pluses. at the beginning the gentleman at the reception made a mistake and gave us the wrong room, ok it happens
Rooms decent, staff nice. Extra charges for wifi and fridge. Room cleaning not good, missing towells 3 times. Air con wasn't working properly even after 4 reports. No shampoo and shower gel. 6/10

Breakfast was amazing as well as the staff that attend to you in the restaurant. Pool and beach area are well staffed and drinks and food can be orderd with a very short waiting time. Rooms are clean and well turned out
However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant
This hotel is in a tremendous location for visiting Valletta. Hotel itself is good, with comfortable rooms and beds. The pool area is excellent, with a large pool and also access to swim in the sea
Staff are very busy which makes me wonder if the hotel is understaffed; we had to ask numerous times for the same thing on several occasions, at breakfast no staff member approached to ask if we wanted tea or coffee - we had to go and ask them ourselves each day and one lunchtime, we waited around 20 minutes at the pool bar before our order was taken
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The en-suite had a combined bath and shower and quality toiletries. Breakfast was very good with a wide hot and cold choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Excellent hotel and superb location for visiting Valletta (10 minutes walk to the City Gate and the bus station). We booked for 5 nights and at check-in were given a complementary upgrade to a sea view room

Hotel is very nice and in an amazing position right on the beach, where you can easily swim in the sea. Leisure facilities are spot on, towels provided for leisure/beach/pool
I've given a 4 star review of the room as we stayed in the North wing and we never got any sun at any part of the day in our room, so ask to stay elsewhere if you like sitting out on the balcony at any point
Would absolutely come again, superb place
I really wanted to like this hotel, but my stay at the Westin Dragonara in St. Julian’s, Malta, was deeply disappointing. As a Marriott Gold member, I chose this hotel expecting the usual perks that come with my status
I understand that upgrades and late checkouts are based on availability, but it was the condescending way they treated me that was truly frustrating
Unfortunately, we received none of them. When I inquired about a room upgrade at check-in, the staff acted as if I was out of line for even asking

There are 3 different pools - one of them is for adults only on the top of the Hotel, one area is for the families (with bar, restaurant, sunbeds and towels) and the spa inside is for adults during the day, kids can visit before 12pm and after 6pm
An incredible hotel nestled in a beautiful location. I stayed in the deluxe room and therefore what I experienced such as the outdoor balcony with a sea view can unfortunately be enjoyed by a few
Pros: Three nice pools, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools (1 for adults only). Rocco the customer relations manager is really helpful if you have any issues. I'd advise raising the issues with him as he will sort it out
The staff were great at arranging taxis when needed and suggesting places to eat etc. The facilities were superb as well. Everything we needed as a family group of seven was in place
I will definitely be back again and again, as this experience was exceptional. My first time to Malta and this wonderful hotel
A lovely hotel and the service was exceptional from arrival to departure. We had a sea view room which was awesome

One of the most beautiful hotels in Malta! Even in the whole world. One has many possibilities: Indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis court, squash court, gym, several bars, and. Everything very well organized
Stayed here in late October 2024. Great location, great outdoor pool areas, but boy o boy those pools are cool in Autumn. Breakfast is lovely, everything is fresh, tasty, with lots of options
The bread is to die for The live Jazz band was amazing, going to the Blue Elephant Thai tonight and will review later
I recently stayed at Hilton Malta and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home
no night swimming is just a crime when one is paying these prices. extremely touristy, so don't expect anything to be cheap. but the adult only pool was a godsend with very responsive poolside drink service
This might be a local practice, but it did feel unnecessary. The pools were lovely, although not heated

The excellent location on the bank of bay is handy for walking and visit important places and restaurants. Upholstery, furnishings in room, little tiring, would need up-gradation to enhance the joy of stay, further
We had a lovely large suite with ample storage and two bathrooms! We even had a choice of 2 balconies and a large roof terrace! Outdoor pool was a little nippy!! Hardly surprising in November 🤣🤣 Malta is stunning!!
They have everything for babies so it’s very appreciable to have all needed for kids at the hotel. They also have a baby club from 10am to 1pm and my son loved to play there. They are clean and not over crowded
Downside was although there were numerous pools, only 2 were exclusive for hotel guests, the rest of the bathing areas were open to non residents which resulted in chaos at weekends, hundreds of screaming kids and no loungers available in the residents area
We stayed for number of days, recently. The spacious room with sea facing balcony provided a wonderful view and comfortable stay
Above all, the staff all around from reception, cleaning to restaurant, very polite, helping, accommodative and responsive

The only thing I would say is the TV needed to be a bit more updated in terms of apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The rooftop with the outdoor pool is really beautiful and the views are breathtaking
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We bought the day pass for the pool which was perfect for experiencing the pool and bridging the gap before our flight. Would definitely come back to stay here!
Rooms are clean, large and comfortable, service is fantastic, beautiful hotel. Of the restaurants, the Rooftop Bar was the best for dinner- they were outstanding service, drinks and food
The Temptasian restaurant was not quite the atmosphere described - food was good but they seated us at a table right near the kitchen without good ventilation and made it feel like a sauna then a restaurant
This hotel and its staff, have made this such an incredible experience that we cannot wait to rush back again and again for years to come. Thank you to all the staff for everything, keep up the amazing work!
Breakfast was delicious and well worth while with great gluten free options. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely recommend

I suggest either changing her or asking her to improve her manners and learn how to properly welcome people. The other Russian guy he is welcoming and explain everything clearly
Everything was great. Location, breakfast, indoor pool, gym. We can warmly recommend We had dinner at skybar. Very good food. Breakfast was greate
The facilities and amenities are great, and everything is well-maintained. However, the receptionist who works the 6 PM shift on 16/10/2024 is consistently rude
Food is good, location is one of the best with this sea front view. If you are looking for smoking sea front room, this would be one of the very few that you will find that at that cost ( perhaps the only)
There were times that were revocation where it was not comfortable at all. The service is professional and friendly except for the long checkin. Many occasions they were kind to accommodate late checkout
The facilities for weight training are top-notch, with many barbells, dumbbells (up to 50kg), 3 squat racks, cable and pull-down machines as well as a nice range of machine weights

Great facilities and location, close to the center of St Julian's - free parking is an excellent bonus. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but the variety ensured that you could grab something new at all times
I had an absolutely fantastic holiday at the Hyatt Regency in Malta, thanks to the incredible concierge, Valentina. Every recommendation, suggestion, and booking she made was spot-on and added so much to my experience
The service was excellent and the room was super clean. Special thanks goes to Matthew who was super caring and always open for a small and friendly chat. Fully recommended when staying in Malta
Really nice hotel in the center of St. Julian and perfect base for a roadtrip in Malta. Hotel is offering free parking in the shopping complex garage adjacent to the hotel
Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable
Spa and pool are nice as well, but by far the greatest aspect of this hotel is the level of customer service it provides. Everyone greets you and talks to you with a smile and is eager to help

This was easily made up for though by the indoor spa facilities/pool area, and excellent pool areas - we particularly liked the pools over the far end of the hotel grounds!
Very good location and hotel, with nice private beach, clear water, good pool area with great view and nice adults only pool for quiet option
It genuinely made our stay! A big thanks to Marisa at breakfast, who gave use such great local recommendations, and truly amazing service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay
Excellent service throughout, from Henri welcoming us personally at breakfast through to everyone actually, from main desk to room servicing - everyone extremely polite and helpful
Observant was she that she noticed a guest having just a salad and some fruits she went over and offered a salmon plate with some avocado as an alternate. It was surprising but much appreciated by the guest
Management one on one! Barely see managers do that and here you have the hostess making sure her guests are pride of place. This was the highlight of the breakfast for me

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We got a complimentary update to a wonderful and spacious room. The view from the balcony was superb as the beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool and sundeck were brilliant too
Good hotel, located a few mins walk from the beach. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Really well equipped gym, indoor pool and sauna
Steam room functioning but there’s an damp/mouldy smell in there. Rooftop pool area also lovely with a nice sea view. Wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast though so docked a point
Fruit juices were from concentrate, coffee machine makes some very bad coffee and the food in general wasn’t up to scratch for me
Hotel also caters to families/older demographic from my experience which for me is fine but may not be suited for a group of lads for example. Total cost for 4 night was £500 including breakfast
My husband was in the hospital next door and the location was ideal. I found the most wonderful and concerned members of staff on the front desk, Charles' welcome each morning at breakfast

The hotel was full but still the room cleaner gave us crazy flexibility, the barman at the pool was always with a huge smile, the manager allowed us after checking out to spend the entire day in the pool, and then let us a last minute spare room to take a shower prior the departure
St Georges Park area is beautiful the hotel is right next to the beach, restaurants, bars as well as shops so you don't have to travel miles just for the basics
TRUE DEFINITION OF A PROFESIONAL CARING HOTEL
The facilities of the hotel are exactly as they offer, a stunning rooftop pool, a varied free buffet, spacious, clean and modern rooms, and even quite expensive shampoos! But what they have not indicated is how dedicated and professional their staff is
Really lovely hotel, beds are comfy, pool is beautiful (but very limited sun beds so make sure you get in early) and reception staff were all really nice
I love this place. Best hotel in Saint Julian’s. Lovely staff. Big rooms. Great rooftop pool with bar. Thank you for a lovely stay.

There is a water refill station on multiple levels on the hotel which was very convenient as you can’t drink water out of the tap in Malta. The indoor pool has a fantastic view over the city and there is also a sauna
There is a restaurant, but we did not eat there. There is a pool on the 11th floor. Inside the pool area is also a sauna, steam room, and showers. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful
Marleny ;) she was making my day everyday! The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool is cool too, with an amazing view of Valletta
The balcony with seating outside was perfect!! Also, they leave in the refrigerate glass water bottle for you to reuse. There are water coolers throughout the hotel for you to refill your water bottles
The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. Parking was a challenge, had to park at the shopping center until there was no traffic. The room was amazing with gorgeous views and very clean
The restaurant was great as well. Breakfast was worth it! A buffet style plus if you wanted something extra they would cook it for you. I also took advantage of "The Living Room"

The service was attentive and professional, and the room was both well-appointed and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a fantastic feature, offering a perfect place to relax with a great view
Lunch and snacks are also served in the roof top swimming pool, which is the hotel gem Our room was nicely cleaned and very well equipped with everything needed for your stay
We had an amazing stay, from the start right to the end We recommend the breakfast as it is a good value for money and a great start to your day with everything from the continental to the english selection
The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing for easy access to different parts of the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any needs or questions
The cleaning of the rooms and some minor details (shower design that flooded the bathroom for example) has some room for improvement but all in all a great experience

A Perfect Stay at Urban Valley Resort, Malta! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Valley Resort in Malta, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional
Outdoor Swimming pool - good Disliked Location - being remote, not easy to go places with public transport, you need to always get an uber/bolt. There are no views There is no airport shuttle
It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful island. I was particularly impressed by how fresh everything felt; cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Breakfast at the resort was another highlight
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean

Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay
The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family
Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area
Didnt really know how to score this stay. Room a decent size, very clean. Pool area nice and plenty of sunbeds even though hotel was full. Being able to get straight into the sea was great
Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat
Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened

Our room faced the beach so it was noisy at night as lots of people on the beach all night! A bit of a walk to town and next to a building site with 10 cranes! Swimming pools were great, breakfast excellent alright busy, pick your time carefully
Big room, comfortable bed, but paper thin towels!! The outdoor pool was small, no service was evident , had to look for towels. Complementary water should be left in the room daily
The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. You can see many kinds of fish. The staff is friendly, the food is good
Great room, amazing breakfast. Staff really helpful and smiling!
The hotel is closely located in the party area of Malta, and so a lot of restaurants and bars are around. The room was very big, comfortable, and clean. The gym has some machines not working but overall it is fine

We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!
My Partner and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, we were asked when we got to our room if everything was ok, and we showed them how squeaky the bed was, they wanted to change it straight away, but we convinced them the next day was better as were out all day
Although the breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold food ,the hot section needs to be kept warmer ,it is a real shame as the restaurant is well organised and a nice way to start the day
Me and my husband have been staying at the hotel for the past few days. Would absolutely return. Lovely room. Ideal location. The staff are brilliant and the roof top is amazing.
We tried to make there life easier by assisting them to not clean our towels every day and make our own bed, but Alas they changed our towels and made our bed
Every night they would close our curtain and pulled our bed and left a chocolate 🍫. the sweetest gesture any hotel has ever done. The staff work around the clock to make your stay comfortable
