Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Stay – Thanks to Katerina and the Team After a terrible experience at another hotel, we were relieved the moment we walked into the Intercontinental St. Julian’s, thanks to the incredible service provided by Katerina. Katerina went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were not only comfortable but truly happy during our stay. Katerina’s attention to...
What a wonderful stay. One of the best part of the trip. You can spend the whole day just staying in the hotel because it has everything. Waterbiscuit restaurant serves amazing food (though desserts is the weak point). I would not forget Smoked duck breast. Nice and comfortable room. Very nice personal. The view from balcony would be perfect without construction (Plant here need to be watered). I highly...
The staff at the hotel could not have been any friendlier. I booked a weekend stay incl free night (platinum perk) and we got a fabulous upgrade to a lovely suite. There isn’t much of a view but given that the street outside is quite ‘lively’ we didn’t mind. The small private beach has small stones not sand but there is not a lot they can do about this. The sea side Italian seafood restaurant was excellent...
We've just spent 5 days here and overall it was good. The staff were all superb. Always a smile and a friendly greeting from the cleaners to the managers. We had a meal at the Al Fresco restaurant, on the 7th floor. 100% could not fault it. The staff, food and atmosphere was great. First time eating rabbit and loved it. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the swordfish was delicious. Overall...
Amazing property , it's one of the best intercontinental hotel I stayed, it is perfectly located and the staff at the reception were super helpful and friendly, I was able to check in early. Whenever you cross a staff from breakfast restaurant to housekeeping in the corridor, they wish us a good day with a smile and ask us if we need anything !!! I will surely recommend this property
We attended Sky Beach at the Intercontinental in Malta and may I say, It was something special. The view was incredible, overlooking the beautiful Malta, the food and drinks were luxurious and very much so worth the value. Our amazing waiter Edwardo was phenomenal and a true role model to how service should be. I wish you all the best my friend and please if you get the chance, visit Sky Beach.

It is supposed to be a five star hotel, unfortunately it is showing signs of fatigue. The tiles in the bath room are chipped and has become hard to clean as a result. The carpet feels old as well. However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant.
We visited this hotel last year and loved it. However we’ve recently been back and had to wait till well after 3pm for our room (check in 3pm)which meant we wasted a lot of our first day. Also bar service was poor. It seemed there was no one in charge even though there were plenty of staff and those making drinks had little training, particularly if we ordered cocktails. Even a beer took 15minutes...
Excellent hotel and superb location for visiting Valletta (10 minutes walk to the City Gate and the bus station). We booked for 5 nights and at check-in were given a complementary upgrade to a sea view room. What a room! I was hoping for a high floor. Reception was level 6 and we were given a bedroom on level 2. The porter asked which room we were in and when told said it was a very nice room. It was...
This hotel is in a tremendous location for visiting Valletta. Hotel itself is good, with comfortable rooms and beds. The pool area is excellent, with a large pool and also access to swim in the sea. Plenty of shaded areas and an attentive bar staff. The indoor bar areas and public areas are perfect for meeting or to grab a small meal and a drink. I wish the hotel had a good restaurant, but there are...
After booking to come, I saw numerous negative reviews of this hotel which made me quite skeptical. However, our stay on the whole was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location; it’s a 10 minute walk into Valletta (although there are a lot of steps) and we enjoyed numerous trips and dinners there throughout our holiday. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are lovely and there are always beds available...
This hotel is in a good location, not far at all from central Valletta. This is definitely the hotel’s biggest selling point. One point to note is that there is a lot of uphill walking/ steps to get anywhere from the hotel so bear this in mind if this could be an issue for you, particularly in the heat/humidity. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely awful. Staff are incredibly slow and mismanaged...

What a place. Hotel is very nice and in an amazing position right on the beach, where you can easily swim in the sea. Leisure facilities are spot on, towels provided for leisure/beach/pool. Food is amazing. You are made to feel very very special by the staff members. It's literally a 4 min walk from the hotel reception to the heart of everything in Paceville. A 10 min walk max to Sliema. I've given...
I really wanted to like this hotel, but my stay at the Westin Dragonara in St. Julian’s, Malta, was deeply disappointing. As a Marriott Gold member, I chose this hotel expecting the usual perks that come with my status. Unfortunately, we received none of them. When I inquired about a room upgrade at check-in, the staff acted as if I was out of line for even asking. I then asked for a late checkout...
Beautiful hotel, cosy and calm! Offers you everything you need, if you just want to stay inside the resort and rest! You have the beautiful sea, lots of space by the pools or by the sea, even during high season. You have the gym with lots of different courses....if you feel like working out. Restaurants for everyone and every taste... Complete relaxation even during the night, no noise, so you'll sleep...
Service is excellent. All the staff and the manager are welcoming and helpful. There were no issues I faced. We stayed in a room with a hot tub and it was clean and easy to use. The facility is quite large but the layout is simple, so although complicated at first, you easily learn your way around. There is a private beach, and the pools are heated and there are indoor sauna and hammam. I don't have...
An absolute gem of a resort in Malta. Everything about this resort and our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Lama who kindly gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary and Josef who provided us with all the information required during our stay and going around throughout our stay. Dining options...
We normally do smaller, more local hotels. But we wanted to do something special at the end of a wedding trip. We did three days after our wedding to have a bit of glam, and it was worth it. The hotel employees were SO helpful, kind, and went over the top to help during a bit of a tough time finding a cab to the airport. Excellent hotel if you like swimming: indoor pool, hot tube, outdoor pools (two...

An incredible hotel nestled in a beautiful location. I stayed in the deluxe room and therefore what I experienced such as the outdoor balcony with a sea view can unfortunately be enjoyed by a few. The attention to detail is what I appreciated about this hotel, as an example the pictures of some of the lights in the room. The food was incredible. Wow! The service by the staff and chef were awesome
A lovely hotel and the service was exceptional from arrival to departure. We had a sea view room which was awesome. The hotel was a real haven to escape the business of the area and with a number of great restaurants close by and easy access by bus, ferry etc. a great place to base yourself. The staff were great at arranging taxis when needed and suggesting places to eat etc. The facilities were superb...
Pros: Three nice pools, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools (1 for adults only). Well decorated rooms. Decent location. Rocco the customer relations manager is really helpful if you have any issues. I'd advise raising the issues with him as he will sort it out. Cons: They may provide you with a sea view room with 95% buildings, 5% sea (see attached picture of what I got!) it should be sold as a partial...
We spent a week at the Hotel, if we would return to Malta one day, we would choose this Hotel again , it's just amazing. I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness all over the whole Hotel. Rooms are spacious and bright. There are 3 different pools - one of them is for adults only on the top of the Hotel, one area is for the families (with bar, restaurant, sunbeds...
This was one of our favorite hotels while traveling in Europe for 5 weeks. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was amazing. We were pampered and well cared for. Thanks to the guest services manager for improving our experience and assisting us with an error that was made with breakfast. You also have to check out the spa area, the pool is beautiful and well heated. We will definitely stay here...
love to give it a 5-star rating, and it's almost there. One complaint I have of the room we stayed in was the toilet being in a different room from the bathroom was very inconvenient. There was also not a sink to wash hands in the toiler after you’re done, so you just have to walk out with dirty hands to the bathroom to wash hands. Also, the fridge is locked and will only be opened upon request. Apparently...

Stayed here in late October 2024. Great location, great outdoor pool areas, but boy o boy those pools are cool in Autumn. Breakfast is lovely, everything is fresh, tasty, with lots of options. The bread is to die for The live Jazz band was amazing, going to the Blue Elephant Thai tonight and will review later.
I recently stayed at Hilton Malta and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable...
The rooms were clean, though I was expecting an upgrade but received a fairly standard room with a somewhat limited view of the marina. However, the closed balcony doors ensured the room was very quiet. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, a very good dinner, and a more average lunch. The service at the hotel was pleasant, but I found it slightly disruptive to be asked twice whether my room was...
It's the Hilton. Food and service was good. It's a very big hotel so expect breakfast to be busy. We went out to the neighborhood for dinner so I can't comment on that. My biggest complaint is the pool hours...no night swimming is just a crime when one is paying these prices. Very busy neighborhood... extremely touristy, so don't expect anything to be cheap. Very kid friendly. Too many kids for me...
Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming, always greeting you whenever you’re around the resort. Staff were able to find a lost item which they dealt with very well. Room was very clean and comfortable and facing the sea, waking up to sunrise every morning. Service was excellent all throughout. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying...
I stayed in the Hilton Malta for 6 nights. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. I stayed at this hotel in the past because I enjoyed the sea view and the food. In my last visit, I was not lucky. The room was not what I expected; small, with 2 single beds, limited view, it was without problems but not privileged. Breakfast was only a la carte. I did not claim for anything. Next time, I will try something else.
We stayed for number of days, recently. The spacious room with sea facing balcony provided a wonderful view and comfortable stay. Above all, the staff all around from reception, cleaning to restaurant, very polite, helping, accommodative and responsive. The excellent location on the bank of bay is handy for walking and visit important places and restaurants. Upholstery, furnishings in room, little...
Loved our (me and my sister) stay at The Corinthia! Fabulous staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely large suite with ample storage and two bathrooms! We even had a choice of 2 balconies and a large roof terrace! Outdoor pool was a little nippy!! Hardly surprising in November 🤣🤣 Malta is stunning!!
Wonderfull hotel with great location, excellent service and very comfortable beds. As I was staying with my baby i received and email with a list of the amenities I could ask for my son and everything I asked was ready in my room at my arrival. They have everything for babies so it’s very appreciable to have all needed for kids at the hotel. They also have a baby club from 10am to 1pm and my son loved...
Stayed a week from 8th July. Hotel was lovely, rooms spacious, cool and had a great view over the bay. Some lovely restaurants on site too. Downside was although there were numerous pools, only 2 were exclusive for hotel guests, the...

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We bought the day pass for the pool which was perfect for experiencing the pool and bridging the gap before our flight. Would definitely come back to stay here!
Rooms are clean, large and comfortable, service is fantastic, beautiful hotel. Of the restaurants, the Rooftop Bar was the best for dinner- they were outstanding service, drinks and food. The Temptasian restaurant was not quite the atmosphere described - food was good but they seated us at a table right near the kitchen without good ventilation and made it feel like a sauna then a restaurant. Just returned from a stay at this hotel which was an amazing experience. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. The staff will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Their restaurant has lovely food and again staff will make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Very special place
Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Lovely large rooms with balconies, mini fridge and great amenities in the bathroom. Good service at all bars and friendly staff throughout. My only suggestion would be on the Saturday grill night. The photos promoting this event portray a grill with an amazing looking cut of meat. The reality is that it’s a buffet and all the meats are in heated chargers, coated...
I had the nicest experience here. I stayed for a week for a work event and the staff were just so pleasant and friendly. One chap from the desk in particular helped carry my bags to the cab (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) but I left feeling very impressed by everyone there and the entire place. Really nice hotel in the center of St. Julian and perfect base for a roadtrip in Malta. Hotel is offering free parking in the shopping complex garage adjacent to the hotel. The service was excellent and the room was super clean. Special thanks goes to Matthew who was super caring and always open for a small and friendly chat. Fully recommended when staying in Malta.
I stayed 10 nights in Sept 2024. It was a good experience and I feel positive about the whole thing. I tried the pools (great), the gym - adequate (squeeky, clunky bicycle, too few weights), tried the spa (another company but also very good), staff are well trained and attentive. Breakfast was OK - actually it is a bit of a bun fight in there, cramped, the logic of the buffet needs rethinking (cornflakes...
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff were all very welcoming and so helpful. Being two gay dads with an 11. month old you never know how you will be treated, Malta is a welcoming and very gay friendly country and that also goes for this hotel too! Fabulous stay even if just a nite. Didn't make use of the hotel facilities bar the breakfast buffet. Busy as it was the hostess Marisa was in point. Excellent - rooms clean and well presented. Staff generally attentive but breakfast service needs to be sharpened up. Staff outside by the pool needed to be asked for tea/milk etc. Food of very good standard and enjoyable Nice pool areas. Location reasonable away from the noise of the main area but walk to bus stop challenging if you have issues. We had a good stay - thank you.
I was staying in an apartment in St Julian’s with my friends, and we were looking for a good spa centre near by. We choose the spa in the Radisson blu, and it was amazing. Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.
This is not 4 star. we have been going to Malta for the last 10 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Apparently they are closing it next year according to the holiday rep and this would make sense as the rooms needed updating and the food needs improving. The front of house staff were not very friendly. The location is lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant.
The place is closing soon for a major and much needed refurbishment. Let's hope it returns as one of the best hotels in Malta when it re-opens in 2020.

Absolutely recommend. The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early. It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large...
The room was a lot smaller than we thought but it’s okay since we’re not in our room all the time anyway. The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host. All of them greeted us like old friends and gave us tips how to enjoy Malta...
The rooms are amazing. Especially for Europe. The pool is a beach club. It’s loud and crowded not chill and relaxing like it looks in the photo, which was a big downer for me. They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service. Also, having the website for your code and stuff was a little...
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space. Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings. The bar is lovely. The Hotel Front service staff are super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, nice, relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was incredibly clean and hygienic while making the drinks! Would come back next time we are in sliema.
Really lovely hotel and beach club. Staff were lovely, food really good, great value happy hour. Sadly building works next door were very noisy some mornings but obviously not the hotel’s fault! Only downside is Sliema is a bit out of the way - not easy access to Valletta (which we had hoped for) but overall really enjoyed and recommend!

I really like this gym. The facilities and amenities are great, and everything is well-maintained. However, the receptionist who works the 6 PM shift on 16/10/2024 is consistently rude. I like training here. The vibe is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities for weight training are top-notch, with many barbells, dumbbells (up to 50kg), 3 squat racks, cable and pull-down machines as well as a nice range of machine weights. Lunch and snacks are also served in the roof top swimming pool, which is the hotel gem Our room was nicely cleaned and very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. We like to thank...
Great location, main attractions of Malta are close on foot or by public transport but you can still get there in a rental car and they have parking. Staff is very nice and helpful, we had one issue we reported at night and maintenance was in and out the next day fixing it. The cleaning of the rooms and some minor details (shower design that flooded the bathroom for example) has some room for improvement...
This hotel is exceptionally clean and perfectly located, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the area. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing for easy access to different parts of the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any needs or questions. Although the hotel is close to several popular clubs and nightlife spots, it is...
the staff and hotel was lovely. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Like that the A/C worked and did cool the room down. Only thing that i would like to see change would be when the pool closes. Feels as 8pm is a bit too early for it to close especially if you have spent a day traveling and it would be closes by the time you get back. Otherwise great hotel would stay...
This hotel is pretty modern and the room is very comfy. The view is amazing and you can oversee the bay.
The hotel locates in the center of St.Julian. Many restaurants are near by and bus stop is near. From the balcony, I had a beautiful bay view. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at! This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Room was really clean, kind cleaning ladies made the room everyday perfect. All bathroom amenities and towels were super well prepared...

Took a deluxe room which wasn't. No cupboards no drawers no towel hooks three small open shelves only. Small safe on floor that could be picked up and removed no bath mat. Plaster falling from wall. A bit disappointed to be honest as it was expensive. Nice view though.
Wonderful location at the sea/harbor with pool and own swimming location in front of the hotel. Was not to noisy. Of course you hear some music and traffic from the coastal road. Rooms and hotel is a little aged but okay. AC on level seven had to work hard against sun from rooftop and windows but great views!
Good location to get around the city with lots of restaurants around. Clean room with marina view and not loud at night. Hard to find room near the pool/sea area. Staff could improve on English, breakfast was repetitive, I would suggest a replacement of the lift as it was very hot and takes about a minute before the doors opened.
The room is clean and with a great view. The breakfast is very good with friendly chefs making any eggs you want. You have to be early to the pool to get a spot if you’re a friend group or a family. The air conditioning is central system, that means you don’t get it under 20°c inside your room. The gym is small, but if you are creative, you can get an ok workout. Overall a good experience.
Didnt really know how to score this stay. First the positives. Hotel in a great location. Room a decent size, very clean. Pool area nice and plenty of sunbeds even though hotel was full. Being able to get straight into the sea was great. Decent breakfast. Bar reasonably priced. Plenty of options for food and drink nearby. Now the bad. When we arrived we were told there were none of the room type we...
Highly recommended! I got the room without the marina view, but you can see the alternative view in the picture. Bathroom is clean, but as usually in Malta there is no good air vent out so after a shower all is foggy and you gotta open the balcony and bathroom doors. Apart from that I was very happy with the room. I got option with breakfast and this was probably the biggest choice of food I've seen...

The staff where both welcoming and helpful. Especially the cleaning staff who did a very good job cleaning my room. I very much liked the fact that they have both an ice machine and vending machine. The swimming pool indoors is quite good and clean in my opinion. Although some minor repair work is needed. The gym is quite good with many machines to choose from. Breakfast is quite enjoyable with...
We stayed here for 7 days, lovely spacious room, clean, air con worked well. Our room faced the beach so it was noisy at night as lots of people on the beach all night! A bit of a walk to town and next to a building site with 10 cranes! Swimming pools were great, breakfast excellent alright busy, pick your time carefully. It was August so peek time!
Rooms are ok, more 3 star than 4. The room maids are very good and do an excellent job. We had multiple problems with the room card locks and cards. Not the best. The service at both dinner and breakfast was very good. The food was variable.. some nights very good, others over cooked and not very great. Breakfast tends to be the stuff again and again but do please try the Arabic breakfast stuff! The...
Hotel was good, but not a 4*. Big room, comfortable bed, but paper thin towels!! The outdoor pool was small, no service was evident , had to look for towels. Complementary water should be left in the room daily. No info for buses and excursions, apart from a boat trip with food. Breakfast was somewhat limited. Coffee not good at all! Change to a better coffee brand.
I'm staying now in this hotel. My daughter is studying English and we are on vacation. What I mostly like about this hotel is the beautiful view on the seaside, a balcony and the pool on the roof open till 10 p.m. The sea is clean here, not like on public beaches. You can see many kinds of fish. The staff is friendly, the food is good.
Great room, amazing breakfast. Staff really helpful and smiling!
the hotel is located in a quiet, nice to small park and sea the room was so nice, the view of the sea was amazing, the terrace was very good, the room was comfortab it was very clean the manager was very nice, she was so polite and nice and fullfilled all requests, everyone was friendly

Me and my husband have been staying at the hotel for the past few days. Would absolutely return. Lovely room. Ideal location. The staff are brilliant and the roof top is amazing.
The hotel is located very central in St. Julians. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. It is very close to the clubs & bars so on the weekend it gets a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints. We especially loved the rooftop pool & bar!
My Partner and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, we were asked when we got to our room if everything was ok, and we showed them how squeaky the bed was, they wanted to change it straight away, but we convinced them the next day was better as were out all day. We came back and the squeaky bed was gone, and a new bed was in the room. We tried to make there life easier by assisting them to not...
This area is very young and loud. So some of room is very noisy and can’t sleep till 4am (Club music stops at 4am). We asked to change the room and we got quite room and sleep well next day. Generally this hotel has great value. Specifically the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. Beach is walkable 2-3mins as well. Most of staffs are friendly and helpful. I was bit impressive the cleaning staffs.
Disappointing start to the trip when we arrived late at night and were placed in a room that was so loud and facing the nightclubs that we could not sleep at all. We then went downstairs the next morning and were told they couldn’t change our room until 3pm which wasted our plans for the first day. We arrived back at 3pm to then be told that we came too late by someone else and that it would be hard...
Nice hotel in a mall area close to the beach and public transport in a more party area. Loredana and Martina (staff) were very helpful with moving rooms due to the shower in the first room having a significant leak on the floor. The first room was street side which came with the nightlife noise. The second room was inward and very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was good. The rooftop pool...
We booked a room with view and when we got there they told us they were already fully booked and give us a room with yes a terrace, but it was on the 7th flor (room 755) with 0% view of anything besided a big wall. And what makes us feel even worse is that before going there, we payed more for a specific view. We were disappointed
Although the breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold food ,the hot section needs to be kept warmer ,it is a real shame as the restaurant is well organised and a nice way to start the day

Gorgeous hotel! Staff was incredible, and the room was extremely gorgeous. I also went to the spa at the H, lovely experience overall! Will definitely be back
This hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. As a black person, I felt no ounce of racism. At Hugo Hotel you’re 2 minutes from the shopping centre and 2 minutes from a small beach. What more could you ask for? Oh and the food and room service was excellent.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the entire staff for the exceptional care and hospitality during our recent stay. The attention to detail and the extra effort and pampering made our experience truly memorable and comfortable. We greatly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and we will certainly recommend the Hotel to others.
We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The pools were lovely, the beach bars were well-stocked, and the staff was courteous and professional. We appreciated the fact that there were no babies present, as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation in peace. Thank you for your hospitality.
Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here. It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna". Personally I really dislike the wooden chairs, tables and beds' base. it gives out "ancient" feel. otherwise the bed mattress was comfortable. Great terrace view. Plenty of outdoor pools.
This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Malta(St Julian's).. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with many good restaurants on site. The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous. The provided breakfast is rich. But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve. Hotel Juliani was the perfect base to explore Malta and Gozo. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very comfortable. The pool on the roof was a perfect way to spend the day relaxing and drinking cocktails. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening and then other nights ate out in one of the many restaurants around the hotel, there are so many to choose from
My wife and I had a 4 night stay here. Very smart modern hotel in perfect location, bus stop opposite. We found all of the staff to be very helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good situated hotel. Clean with nice et helpful service especially one of reception host - Katherina (if I well remember her name). Big thank for your assistance with little problem in wardrobe. Really nice staff, the rooms was a bit small, so you had to watch your steps not to bump your toes on the bed. The bed was really nice though and the room had a small balcony facing the street. We thought there was no warm water, turned out there was a switch, which said NOT to turn off, but apparently it was switched off when we arrived. Staff incredibly friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We loved having the rooftop pool option. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The only thing lacking was that the bathtub in our room kept leaking, so the floor was always wet.
Good decent hotel in St Julian's. We stayed here for 4 days. The staff were nice, however they made us pay extra for my wife as the hotel booking was for 1 person and not 2, despite there being no price difference if booking with 2 or 1

I stayed in the park hotel winter 2017 and at the time there was no issues with hygiene. It's quite central in Sliema with some cheap restaurants nearby. I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in. Overall a lot has changed since but our stay was good
Stayed for 3 nights June 2019 Read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, not sure why! Yes the place his a bit dated and probably could do with a touch of paint but my room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for...
We sat in this hotel for 4 nights over the Easter break. Overall, the room was average with clear signs of wear and tear. Our room was a three star room as opposed to four stars, as it was advertised. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of omlettes, cheese, salami and coffee. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is very good as well.
Great Hotel, Great staff, Great location. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good with a good variety .I had my evening meal one night in there and it was the best pizza I have had. Good location. Close to public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was Fab, quite impressed actually. Composed of hot and cold dishes buffet style, with constant refills. There was a tourist desk for tickets...
Love this place. It is in a great location Marisa and all of her staff are so friendly and welcoming. Excellent location, on the Tower road, very well connected to all parts of Malta via public transportation. Room is spacious, well equipped (except for the fact it only has 1 wall socket!!!), just what you would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall this does not feel like a 4 star hotel. For cheaper you can stay in the much better AX Victoria. The man working at check in was extremely unfriendly. Brilliant location, clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but that didn't bother me too much. Rooms were clean but could do with a bit of an update. I understand the financial pressures of the Covid lock downs so, again was not a problem for me. I don't understand some of the reviews on here as my stay was just what I wanted, and for the price a bargain.
While underwhelming at first sight, give it a few days and its strategic location and kind staff will surely grow on you. Also the wi-fi is excellent.
Only stayed for 3 days, but for the price this hotel is great value, the location was good, room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day, the staff are extremely hard working and the reception staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was of a very high standard plenty of it and piping hot. Would not hesitate to return if in Malta again.
55€ night. First floor room. 2 separate beds and they refused to prepare them together until next day. Horrible, noisy, ugly, tiny TV from 1965, no cable, sachets of cheap gel&shampoo... Its a NO NO.
On the evening of 07th April 2023 I asked the reception to be able to call a taxi to the airport that would arrive at 4am the following day 08th April. Friendly professional people. Nice rooms and room service, quiet too. Breakfast is good, prices are good. Nothing to complain!
