Wanted a place to relax and got what I wanted the people from reception were very friendly and the room was also amazing…but the restaurant team were totally great…great service guys and thank you very much looking forward to come back soon

We had a wonderful dinner at Le Grand Bleu Hotel while celebrating my sister’s birthday. A special thank you to Mr. Sailesh, who made us feel so welcomed with his warm and attentive service in the restaurant. As Mauritians, it was heartwarming to experience such genuine hospitality. He truly made the evening memorable!

As an tourism agent, I have high standards for service and hospitality, and Le Grand Bleu exceeded them all. The staff greeted us warmly and consistently provided attentive, friendly service that made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, offering a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. The food was exceptional — each meal was thoughtfully prepared with delicious flavors that pleased the palate. The pools were clean and inviting, ideal for a refreshing swim or simply lounging in the sun. The gym was well maintained. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Lovely welcome, friendly staff, particularly Mr Sailesh. Cozy and nicely decorated room. Food was well varied and garden atmosphere is so calm and pleasant. Highly recommend for couple or family getaway.

The hotel staffs was very welcoming and the room was very nice clean and well decorated. Small improvement.. the Tv the wifi is connected on Guest and very weak connection. Overall good experience. The food was ok. Thank you for the excellent room service.

We visited Le Grand Bleu, Trou aux Biches during adverse weather conditions in the cyclone period. In spite of the difficult conditions the hotel delivered excellent food and beverages where most others would have found that impossible. The restaurant and bar is managed by a very competent and professional, friendly manager where nothing was too much trouble for the customers. We had the pleasure of the general manager, Vik Burjoo, introducing himself to us, who was interested in our feedback and creates a great team spirit and motivation. The hotel is situated just across the road from the beach and ocean, and has great facilities, 2 nice pools, gym and games room-we definitely will plan to revisit!
