The location of Eastin is great. Surrounded by neighbourhood shops, eateries and just a few steps away from Queensbay Mall.

Definitely a business hotel, we had a deluxe seaview room which was not exactly large and had limited storage. Ordered a burger at the bar which took 30 minutes to come, but was quite tasty. Lovely swimming pool but on 3 sun loungers and when we asked reception if towels were provided at the pool they said yes - but they weren't. Great location for shopping at Queen's bay Mall and plenty of restaurants...

The ambiance of the hotel, rooms and the dining area is great. Its a great place for a family holiday. The location is convenient as well. A very comfortable and clean environment with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast spread as well as the evening tea was sumptuous. Very good and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Spacious room with all amenities you need, great breakfast with a lot of choice both Western and Asian. Helpful reception, very good housekeeping, absolutely no complaints. Strong efforts towards sustainability and being green. Unfortunately, the pool is not in operation at the moment.

Nice service and facilities, friendly staffs, clean room, nearby sports centre. But sound proof is not good I think. Because I have to listen prayer every early in the morning....and the sound is like he is praying just beside of me. Except this everything is perfect.

Room is comfortable, clean and spacious. However it can be much better if they improved the soundproofing. Can hear cars/bike drive by as I was given the room facing SPICE arena/main road.

I stayed for one week in the hotel. It is beautiful, strategic location, comfortable, quiet and clean. Overall, it is worry-free, very pleasant and suitable for a longer stay. The staff are friendly and professional in attending to all the guests' enquiries. Highly recommended for a business trip and couples stay.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s a bit far from the city center though. The staff were helpful but not so friendly. The restaurants were good but did not offer traditional Malaysian cuisine. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing.

Overall experience is great. Loved the bed and firm yet comfy pillows. Breakfast spread was great, with a pleasant surprise of fresh passion fruit. First room service experience here, western food and pizza come in huge portion and tasted great. Local delicacies were over priced though :P Would have given 5 star if the hotel could be more baby and kid friendly

Built in 1990 but has lost nothing of its charm. Rooms are well maintained, spacious and clean. A large pool with a relaxing outdoor area to sit down for a snack or drink is a nice place to be in the late afternoon or evening. Its proximity to the nearby golf course with all its greenery gives the hotel a laid back feeling.

Had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here. I was not disappointed. The food is excellent especially the deserts. The romantic ambiance of the place with the songs played really sets the mood. The staff is very courteous. The view from The View is also nice. Loved the place!

Room is comfort and the view is peaceful. The environment is well maintained. Pool is nice and have hot tub. Breakfast is great and the price is reasonable. Add on breakfast is 50% off when staying in the hotel (very happy with this offer). Staff is very friendly and welcoming (specially pool and dining area). Will definitely repeat staying here.

Wonderful area with good view and fresh air. Convenient to famous area like Georgetown airport and other by shuttle bus providing by hotel.

I missed a flight and need to wait for 16 hours. Raia Hotel Penang short distance and just renovated room provided a good place to rest.

I can't share reviews on the rooms since I came there to break the Ramadhan fasting. The food served in buffet approach were delicious and you can choose many kinds suit to your taste. I love the coffee there (I had like 3 cups ^^)

This is actually our last minute choice for a short stay. Turned out it's a good choice. The location is strategic as it is very close to Penang Airport. Besides, the hotel is not too far to get my favourite delicious naan chicken tandoori. The area of this hotel is not too busy at night, so good to have a beauty sleep. It’s amazing place for escaping from city to experience nature in Penang. The staffs are very friendly and help us to set up BBQ and Hot pot. We also get KTV in the room and it’s really fun.

Here in Dec 2021 when Covid was still a big deal but it was a short break we all needed. The road up the resort was quite narrow and we waited for the staff who escorted our car (and another 2 guests' car) on a motorbike. Great place for a vacation if you enjoy nature and a getaway from the busy city life. It can be pretty boring though as there is nothing much to do here except karaoke in our room...

This Resort is located midway on a small hill. Enjoy the green scenery and feel close to nature while playing at the swimming pool. There are a few different villas to choose for small group accommodation. Enjoy singing with the karaoke provided and have a barbecue outside the villa.

Peaceful and calm environment. Bonding with mother nature. Careful with dogs looking at you when you are eating near your hut. Lots of insects and bugs during the day too. Under maintained property.

They didnt provide lunch and dinner, but u can prepare bbq or steamboat ingredients, they will provide pot and everything. There are alot of insects, so be prepare and aware during night time.

We staying in Cempaka Villa (the biggest room which can stay 7ppl) they provide free breakfast and karaoke. The swimming pool is abit dirty. There is no reception and wifi, so u can fully relax!

This is where I usually stay when I visit Penang Island. Sadly they have a new parking system from when I last visited and the parking is exorbitant. I'd recommend staying here only if you came on public transport. Would give the hotel 5 stars but the parking cost really ruined things.

Very small room. Rate can by sky rocketing especially during year end where penang bridge marathon will be held every November. Walking distance to Queensbay Mall.

I like the location of this hotel, given its price. It is near to giant, McDonald, and a chinese restaurant. You can get almost everything you need. It is also close to the factories, good for your short outstation business trip. The room is clean, lobby is very nice, and this budget hotel also has a lift. Overall very good experience, this is already my 3rd time staying here.

Super helpful staff, comfy and simple room, location not far from airport, a lot restaurants and convenient stores around are the plus point for this hotel. The parking place though a bit challenging at times depending on the timing of your arrival at this hotel.

Great location, near night market and lotus, lots of places to eat and USM campus. Super clean and staff is very friendly. Towels are changed too frequently (environmental concerns). 24/7 security guard and lift has security measures (need card to get to your floor).

Room is clean and nice, cleaned everday. equipped with a fridge & ironing board. The xiaomi smart tv is usefull for youtube chromecast. Only downside: wifi is terrible. Wifi signal is strong but somehow like router got issue, Always gets offline for hrs a few times in a days. Call front desks but keep getting patronizing replies. Loc is good, In close proximity with USM. Has a private car park.

I had a good 😊 experience in here.. Hotel with nearby restaurants, shops, and convenience store.. Parking provided for hotel guests.. Walking distance only from hotel to restaurant and many more. Its central n nearest to new bridge and 10min to Georgetown.

I love the simple room deco. Clean. It is strategic too. Lotus just beside it. Coffee bean is downstair. Self laundry cross the road. Shops nearby. I would recommend people to stay here.

I stay for one night here and i really enjoy the vacation!!! It really worth my money. I got the best room ever...spacious and luxurious. The room and view was stunning. Overall experience is great. Just that there are some inconsiderate person keep talking / laughing. We can't even sleep due to there is no noise insulation. You can hear everhthing they say in their pod

The location is great. close to the bus station and right next to a food court with various cuisines. and very kind and helpful staff (the owner), who let us stay a few hours after check-out. The capsule room is nice and comfortable. There is free water and a hot water server. possible to eat your food in the lounge space. The firm orange bag with their logo is also given at check-out, which was useful...

The place and capsules are really clean and comfy. I enjoyed staying for one night. It's affordable and ideal for a short visit to the island, suitable for two or three nights of budget-friendly sleep.

This is one of the best value hotel I ever stayed. The staff will explain everything including the switches in the capsules, lockers, water dispenser and house rules. The hotel knows that nowadays people have more than 1 gadget to charge at night so provides a multi-purpose plug for its guests. The hotel is very clean.
