The hotel is beautiful. It’s a bit far from the city center though. The staff were helpful but not so friendly. The restaurants were good but did not offer traditional Malaysian cuisine. The pool area is gorgeous and relaxing.

Overall experience is great. Loved the bed and firm yet comfy pillows. Breakfast spread was great, with a pleasant surprise of fresh passion fruit. First room service experience here, western food and pizza come in huge portion and tasted great. Local delicacies were over priced though :P Would have given 5 star if the hotel could be more baby and kid friendly

Built in 1990 but has lost nothing of its charm. Rooms are well maintained, spacious and clean. A large pool with a relaxing outdoor area to sit down for a snack or drink is a nice place to be in the late afternoon or evening. Its proximity to the nearby golf course with all its greenery gives the hotel a laid back feeling.

Had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here. I was not disappointed. The food is excellent especially the deserts. The romantic ambiance of the place with the songs played really sets the mood. The staff is very courteous. The view from The View is also nice. Loved the place!

This is where I usually stay when I visit Penang Island. Sadly they have a new parking system from when I last visited and the parking is exorbitant. I'd recommend staying here only if you came on public transport. Would give the hotel 5 stars but the parking cost really ruined things.

Quite hard to find parking nearby the hotel, and the nearest opened car park is extremely high risk bird poop area. Some of the floor tile seems empty underneath and will crack anytime. Budget hotel so don't expect too much. Small and comfortable room. The aircond seriously need to upgrade because the air sometimes hot sometimes warm (set to cold not auto). The room walls are too thin so you can hear voices from other rooms next to you. I was having hard time to sleep because of voices from the other room. Overall it's okay for budget hotel. Small hotel located in the hustle bustle of the city. Location is quite strategic too. It may look small, but the rooms are quite spacious. This old hotel is strategically located the food paradise, accesing nearby food within walking distant. Room is spacious, upgraded 2HP AC, very cold. Toilet and Hot water OK juga. Bed only o so. Twin sharing can order extra bedding and it is still averagely good. Room is spacious and cleanliness although the cleaning is taken place alternatively. But you can request amenities anytime between 8am to 8pm. You may expect the service is abit slow but steady. Comfortable stay and I loved the decor in their bathrooms as well! They had a false ceiling light which gave a very cosy feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful! Stayed for five days. Overall a great experience. Receptions are super polite and accommodating for all of my needs, housekeeping doing a good job. Breakfast and in-dining are delicious. The hotel was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Penang and the rooms was well kept and clean and breakfast was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good place to stay at very reasonable pricing.

Wonderful stay in this hotel where l can shop till I drop in Prangin Mall, and The First Avenues which are walking distance. Jen Cafe during breakfast was very busy. The only disappointment was that vegetarian options provided are very limited.

Well worth the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, allowed us to check in late even after their counter was closed. Toilets were clean. Just have to deal with thin walls between beds. Floors are wooden so it can make a good amount of noise when walking. Not much can be done about snoring roommates and alarms in the morning. I booked private room with shared bathroom.free breakfast as on the photos uploaded. So far everything was good during my stayed. The hotel doesn't has a drop off/pick up area, and it allows the travel bus to unload it's passengers in front of the hotel, blocking the traffic. The bathroom's shower head kept leaking every 5mins even though it's turned off nicely. Toiletries are not included, drinks like coffee/tea is not included as well, which is very inconvenient. Parking is not included which needs extra payment.

We stayed at Tune Hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was small but perfectly clean and modern. The bathroom too. Cozy bed, good WiFi, complimentary shampoo & soap, AC + fan and even a safe. We got fresh towels and complimentary water bottles every day. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. It's impossible to complain about anything.

Absolutely love this Hotel with the enclosed courtyard in the Perenakan style. All rooms are unique in their own way and reflect the U.N.E.S.C.O World heritage buffer zone preservation system Penang has become famous for. Multiple weeks spent here in May 2023. Room was a top floor spacious room with a king size bed with lots of pillows. Lots of staff serving the hotel and they were frequently cleaning the common areas while another crew cleaned the guest rooms. Everything was well maintained and kept neat and tidy. We stayed in the loft style room and it was perfect for us! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was light, clean and airy and we loved that we had a day bed and desk. The staff were all really attentive and kind. Location is perfect - walking distance to everything in George Town. The only downfall is there’s a leaf blower that starts work at 7-8 am outside.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Comfortabele rooms and friendly staff. Very close to the old city centre, most things can be visited on foot. Just one down side, very close to the mosque and the morning prayers. If you bring earplugs you should be fine.
