Very clean and v strategic...walking distance to food spots . Friendly staff !good view too

The hotel is located at central, extremely convenient for those whom are not driving. 1st avenue just across the street and connecting to few shopping Center. Hotel staffs are helpful with our queries. Returned clients for few times.

Good experience staying here.
Despite the sudden water disruption (Penang, state wide disruption), the hotel handled it well and provided drinking water for guest without any inconvenience caused.

Seamless check in and front desk staff is very friendly.Walking distance to Malls and location wise is surrounded by local food delights.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located in the heart of georgetown. It's my second time in 6 months. It's nice that they always let you check in early. Plenty of carpark so nothing to worry about.

Cons: Toilet is always clogged. They really gotta do something about it. Breakfast needs improvement. Variety is too little.

Wonderful hospitality and in the smack middle of Georgetown. Clean cozy room, breakfast was busy but hearty. Complimentary parking, overall a great stay.

This hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It’s clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The service is attentive, and I’m extremely satisfied. The view was fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Penang.

Room is smaller compared to the same brand hotel
In JB. However, room is still cosy and breakfast is worth getting. Quite a variety to choose from and staff are all very pleasant.

The good:
No deposit upon checking in, check in and out was a breeze, parking provided, the room carpet is clean and centralised aircond cools the room very quickly, the bed and bedding is comfy, cleanliness is tiptop, there's a pool and gym that's nice, and the TV channels were decent

The bad:
Did not validate my car plate and upon driving out, i was charged rm60+ for overnight parking. this was sorted out very quickly but was a hassle, the entrance to room from the parking lot is weird and not disabled friendly.

Overall, i had a good rest at st giles wembley at a decent price. Joined the membership and got a nice cup of coffee at the lobby. I got a room near the lift, so there were noises outside thus the soundproofing is not very good. But felt safe and the clean room feels good. A solid 4 out of 5, could have been better if it came with breakfast minus the hiccup at parking fees.
