As soon as you enter the main hall, you can feel a positive atmosphere of calm and serenity. The style is well-maintained. Clean rooms. Courteous and attentive staff. Good location, just a few minutes from the historic center. I would gladly return. Perhaps the only downside is the noise coming from the various air conditioners.

A pleasant stay with complimentary afternoon tea daily from 3pm to 5pm. I'm lucky to have an early check in 😊
Small issues like the toilet door got stuck and couldn't open, remote batteries went flat, hand towels missed out after make up room - these were resolved fast, so no major concerns.
The location is great, good food is within walking distance and shopping malls are nearby. Best is roti prata stall just at the right turn from the hotel entrance 👍

Pleasantly surprised to find the rooms super big & location of the hotel right in the heart of George Town. Simple afternoon tea included. Cross a street to get to Chowrasta Market, Kimberly Night Market & famous Penang Chendol .
Paid street parking is limited during the day but by night, it's quite available.
Light sleepers, do note that you can easily hear traffic noise/ other guests along corridor.

Quite impressed with the service and what is inside the hotel. The room came with an afternoon tea break which never expected to have.

The hotel location is great and near to many famous street and market, walking distance to many place。 Staff are friendly and hotel is clean, high tea provided and is quite nice. we book 5 room in total, one of the room check in 2 days later, but sad to say that near to kitchen, and is quite noise in the very early morning when the hotel prepare the breakfast. Hope hotel can consider this and do something to avoid frustration.
