Not sure how this place gets a 4 star rating… After seeing good reviews, I booked this place for an overnight stay. The sheets were old and dirty, toilet seat comes off, floor feels sticky, hallway is smelly. Everything just looks old and run down. You can hear everything at night cause the walls are so thin. Lots of door slamming noise at night too. Only upside is the shower pressure.

The Superior Room which I had stayed was good. It's clean, no odour and not noisy as mentioned by others, though people talking at the corridor can still be heard. And I agreed that the bed wasn't comfy, it's pretty firm.

Dont get me wrong..The hotel rooms were fine but the service provided by the receptionist was very poor.The check in process took so long even though I had confirmed the 2 rooms booking through call in the morning before arriving for check in at around 5.30pm-6pm (way past the recommeded check in time at 3pm).
Upon arrival the receptionist took so long to assign us rooms,took so long to go back forth finding papers to print the receipt and the best part was she assigned me to room with double queen beds-level 5 instead of single queen bed (as booked).I was already in the room and about to take my shower,she then called informing me that she assigned me to the wrong room and asked me to come down and collect the key to the new room at level 4.I thought I was the unlucky one.Turned out my bos was assigned room which have not been cleaned,the bed was not made etc.She has to come down and informed the receptionist to change room.
It was a really unpleasant experience as we were driving from KL and was quite tired at the time.

The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Location is good and the rooms are comfortable.

Location was good. Near Paradigm mall. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
Only a few things I personally didn't like.
There's a colored light in every window. Although the curtains are dark, this light made it difficult to sleep. I kept waking up during the night thinking it was daytime already.
The second night we covered the light and it was better.
Amenities were ok but don't forget your toothbrush. That's not provided.
The beds are very comfortable but I'm worried about the flooring. In 2 rooms we stayed in the flooring was sunken in some parts and coming up on other parts. We brought our own slippers otherwise the flooring would have cut our feet as it's quite sharp.
I did mention it to the receptionist as we were leaving so hopefully they take care of it before someone gets hurt.

It's a business hotel for the price for the king size bedroom it's quite worth it for a night stay.
If you are abit more particular about cleanliness, you can spot some areas that has a thick layer of dust.
Bed it's abit hard for my liking and pillow is abit too soft.
Cannot complain though.. for the price paid. Have to manage your expectations.

I booked this stay from Agoda. Everything is great like service, room hygiene and the environment. I would like to say the Indian lady who duty receptionist she was very nice and patient register for me to check in. Now I would like talking a bit heavily which is due to my flight delay so I decided to spend my day this hotel coz my flight at 23.35pm. THEN is thay wrong I check out at this timing 9.30pm？I know maybe is not follow your rules and regulations but I have no choice OK. I got pay you so I can stay or leave whenever I want. Why I’m talking about this because there are two ladies who duties receptionists at this shift, I’m not like their attitude. Ok I know working at this shift must be tired but work as this service line, you cannot be this attitude, talk behind people you thought I not understand Bahasa Malaya is it? What a bad attitude

At the price i am paying, this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfy and the receptionists were friendly and polite. Although there was no mini fridge, the room has all the basic amenities.
Only down side was that the LED lights at the window caused a slight disturbance to my sleep. Other than that, a recommended hotel if u r looking for somewhere value-for-money and clean.

Fantastic hotel with great value for money. Had a 2 night stay here with my family. Strategic location, fast wifi and friendly customer service
