Hotel Vistaria

It’s a motel standard kind of room so 0-1 star for me. When using the toilet halfway the electricity gets cut off. The room has an odd smell and the towels are old. WiFi cannot be received in the room, you need to hold your phone, stand at the corridor to get a signal. The walls are in need of repair with stains and paint at the edge. The door cannot be closed properly. For the price this is expected. I won’t stay here again.

Room was mouldy and smell funny. Saw a few baby roaches in room !! Toilet has a creepy leaking noise that goes on all night.
Will not come back again.

The hotel counter Chinese staff is extremely impolite. I called for a grab and he said I cannot wait in the lobby. There was no one around and he insisted that I wait outside. It was hot outside and I didn't even sit on the chair. I was just standing there and waiting for my cab. Lousy middle age Chinese staff.

3Day2Night trip in Jb.
Room 304 was opened for us. It had the standard hotel things, kettles and such,free toothbrushes,shampoo for sure. Window view not too bad either. BUT. The door which we thought can't be locked easily actually was faulty. Staff came up to help us nudge the door handle with his technique then it locked up. However,it's not that it can be locked outside that only matters because who can sleep if you can't lock it from inside as well? My friend felt really uneasy and we took turns sleeping and watching the door.
Hotel was fully booked so we only gotten a new room the next day by 12pm after it was checked out. Staff did not offer to help us with carrying luggage and changing rooms.
2nd night in new room, the lights went off only in room 303. My friend was bathing and was really spooked out by this. Problem was fixed promptly but I think management needs HUGE improvement.

Anyway, call it bad luck or anything but for that price,do book at your own risk. Hope anyone else has a more pleasant experience than we did.
