Love this hotel, been coming here for many years. The rooms can use more work for maintenance and upgrading as it is a fairly old building. The people are their greatest asset, they try very hard to please! Their location is very central for me.

Comfortable Hotel to stay in, hotel lobby is very grand. Hotel room is big, clean and comfort. Nice sea view. Love the hotel swimming pool that is always packed with family enjoying the family time. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but acceptable.

For the rate that I paid to stay there (RM279++), it was a value-for-money experience. Room was spacious and clean. Though some of the room amenities looks dated but it's still very nicely maintained. Pool was nice but the lift to the pool was not working. So had to climb down some steep stairs. Breakfast was awesome. Overall, it's value for money.

The Superior Room which I had stayed was good. It's clean, no odour and not noisy as mentioned by others, though people talking at the corridor can still be heard. And I agreed that the bed wasn't comfy, it's pretty firm.

It's a business hotel for the price for the king size bedroom it's quite worth it for a night stay. If you are abit more particular about cleanliness, you can spot some areas that has a thick layer of dust. Bed it's abit hard for my liking and pillow is abit too soft. Generally a decent experience for me! Room is good, the location was super convenient and the price shared wasn’t too expensive! Not a very strategic location as it isn't near any local eateries, lower than average price, spacious room, karaoke at midnight so a bit noisy, some rooms have smell of cigarette smokes even though it's non smoking floor. However, for people who want to travel to Singapore, it's recommended that you stay a night here. The price is the only good thing about GBW.

With this hotel rate, it has a clean and neat room. I find the kettle useful as there is a hot and cold water dispenser outside the room, If you need just a place to sleep, working air-con and hot shower, is a good deal. There is also a very nice vegetarian restaurant conveniently located next door.

Always stayed here when i come to JB, its a comfartable hotel with reasonable price. Will provide small bottles of body soap and hair shampoo with toothbrush and shower caps etc, towels are clean too. The location is just nice because there is a few restaurants right below and only a short drive to everything. The hotel will provide a parking in front if you are staying there.

The room is spacious and exact to photo. The breakfast is a steal and worth the price! Minor comment is that the light is dim and air conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted. It's q good hotel albeit a little old on the facade but the rooms have a good layout and neatly presented. Had to retrieve something that was went under the bed and found dust bunnies which was a slight turn off. the toilet shower curtains can use a refresh too. Staff were friendly and breakfast was quite agreeable. in all, is say it's worth the price per night

My husband and I checked in to your hotel on the above stated dates. We both enjoyed our stay there. I was lucky that there wasn't much hassles upon checking in and out. Nice and comfortable stay. Seperate jacuzzi and sauna for male & female. Lovely spread of breakfast. Staff are attentive to guest needs. Easy access via Galleria.
