Had a pleasant stay here. Booked the king suite and it was spacious with a living room area and a balcony. Very clean as well. Breakfast choices were not bad though they could add more for the dessert section.

Highly recommended place for reunions and events. I’ve stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.. food is above average i must say.. indoor swimming pool is the most thing i love here while i chilling by the pool side while my kids having their great time..i took extra day purposely to enjoy the massage at the spa(damn relaxing) after a sauna session.

Food are good, we get a buffet breakfast. The place is clean, our room was clean and with above average amenities. Staff was very helpful. We forgot our keys in room and they lend as another one. I like also the 2 meter deep pool though diving is not allowed.

I booked a single room for one person for 2 nights through booking.com and it's the best booking I ever did. The ambience of the hotel is simple and nice. The single room is kinda cramped but for the price I paid for it's worth it. And the location is strategic enough to go to any of the hot spots in jb. Would definitely come to this hotel again!

Pricing are very cheap if made by online apps. Room had basic items like towel, tissue, soap, hot water etc. Air conditioner & are data for online are ok. Only TV sometimes are not ok. Overall are ok due to cheap accomodation.

Good places to stay for a night for shopping around at jb.

It’s not even sound proof, especially doors closing so noisy and loud. Bed frame stained with brown residue, bedroom fixtures with hanging spider web, bed sheets torn. Hotel staff doesn’t greet you upon arrival and no aircon in lobby. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be back, thank you.

The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. However, if your room is facing towards kvilla building, chances at night you will encounter noises from karaoke bar nearby the hotel. It could go on up to 4.00 am. I'm a light sleeper so I don't really sleep until the karaoke session is over. However, the price is indeed cheaper compared to other hotel.
