Great team to look after you on a lovely harbour setting. Rooms are clean and neat. Even comfortably able to fit a family of four in standard rooms. Good hotel with comfortable rooms. The rooms were well maintained and the environment was good. The TV had many channels for everyone to watch what they wanted to watch. Rooms are big and clean. Housekeeping did a great job each day. The pool is not big but is a very nice place to relax and take a dip and enjoy the view. This is a very nice place with nice view and the people are super nice. But I can see some of the facilities are not well maintained. No issue with the rooms. The breakfast buffet has many choices of food. But the taste is so so. The waiters were super nice. But not sure why plates were not picked up from our table. Some things to be improved. Booked through Agoda, but unfortunately, we mistakenly selected the wrong check-in date — one day earlier than intended. Thankfully, the Front Office Executive, Mas kindly helped us to adjust the date, and we are very grateful for their assistance. Other staffs are very friendly. Room condition wise since the hotel is old so you can't expect much.

Although this hotel is listed as a 4-star property, it unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The building appears very dated, and the carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. While the room itself was quite spacious, the overall atmosphere felt more eerie than inviting, almost like something out of a horror movie.

I stayed in a cozy, spacious room and comfortable. Today, May 18, 2025, is my last night here before the hotel begins its major renovation. I’m glad I got to experience this lovely place beforehand and look forward to seeing the refreshed space in the future!

Nice service. Room is bigger than expected. Just the tv is very outdated, but that’s not the main priority.

Booked it on Agoda. Deluxe twin room was big and well furnished but old.. the door knob of the toilet could be detached if you pull it with moderate force. Also weird black marks on the mirror. But the staffs were hospitable and the convenience store at the lobby is a very good addition. You get what you pay for.

Very good& worth it, choose the newly renovated room, you'll feel happier paying that little bit more Breakfast is passable, nearby malls have better options but this price point is very good already

Hotel location is great. 10 mins walk to KSL Mall and nearby is the Century Street Food Centre. Our room is newly renovated. It was clean, very spacious & equipped with all the necessary amenities. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only downside was the aircon was not cold. The service provided by the lady at the reception was commendable. Overall had a pleasant stay.

My 1st impression when reached this hotel is that it's sort of like an apartment converted to a hotel. My deluxe room is roomy with balcony. There were bits of crackers on the carpets from previous guest but it was quickly attended by the staffs. All the staffs i encountered are very polite. The downside is the car park and swimming pool is located on a separate building adjacent to the hotel.

Cosy and clean room. Affordable rates. Slighly out of town, adviseable to end your activities before returning back to hotel.

Love to give a 4 star if not for: -pool area and parking too far and not connected to lobby.
