Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Near a large shopping mall. The room is big with strong shower. The breakfast is average. The swimming pool with a twin tower view is most attrative to me. If you time, highly recommend you to swim at the level 14. But you need to bring your own towel.

The rooms are wide the place is safe we lost our AirPod after changing rooms and it was found the food is limited in the breakfast buffet and in room dining the hot water is limited the rooms are not so clean as expected for five star hotel but it’s located in a large mall building which helps to get food easy

I was really nervous about staying here after I read the reviews especially as the travel agent booked for us. It’s not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms don’t match the quality of the lobby, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary chips and Oreos in the room was a nice bonus, breakfast is vegetarian but there’s enough goodies to enjoy and fill your belly.

Strange staying at a hotel in a shopping centre (mall) but also handy and makes the location more accessible.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and big. It was also near to all amenities such as the mall, theme park, foodcourt, monorail, Bukit Bintang, etc.

When I was here last time this hotel was much better 8 years ago. Not really impressed having seen it now. It badly needs renovations. Bedroom door lock was broken, the bathroom tiles were loose, the phone in the room is stuck from the early 2000s and the hallway outside the bedroom is reminiscent of a horror movie...very dated and dead. The 3rd bed we were provided was absolutely terrible, it was broken and chipped and presented horribly before I spoke up and asked for another wish wasn't much better but they covered it up nicely and it was comfortable enough. Finally the room I booked was inclusive of mini bar which consists of 2 cans of soft drink and 2 kids lunch box sized chips/ crisps.

The service from staff was excellent, truth be told and the buffet breakfast was great. Pool was really nice but wish it was a heated pool.

The fitness room was okay nothing fancy.

The spa at the hotel be mindful they require payment upfront and is not charged to your room.

Considering the price they charge, it isn't worth it to stay here. It's very overpriced considering the renovations needed to upgrade.

The shopping mall...don't get me started. Place is very dead now. Apparently they all blame the pandemic and its a shame. It used to be so vibrant and full of atmosphere.

Booked a superior room for 3 nights. An affordable option for travellers. It is located in the heart of KL and nearby many landmarks and malls.

Although the interior was a little old and some fixtures were not working efficiently, it is understandable for the price paid.

Amenities such as pool, gym, and breakfast were available during the stay. The staff have been accommodating and responsive to service requests.
