This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff. In particular, Zie and her team at the Horizon Club Lounge made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Simply outstanding. From the moment you pull up you are greeted & assisted. Throughout our entire stay that same hospitality was incredible. A beautiful establishment with outstanding amenities. Had an excellent two night stay on our trip to KL. The staff was exceedingly polite and kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Arrived quite late on night 1 as we had switch hotels from the Hilton which had horrible rooms but were treated to an upgrade on arrival (thanks team).

Attended the seafood extravaganza buffet dinner yesterday, and it was definitely worth the money for one. My second trip here. Well maintained and clean hotel. Got upgraded to a junior suite room which definitely spacious and comfy. Hope to stay longer in future and try the in house facilities. There's a mall next to it so that you can have meal or quick shopping. The upcoming Pavilion Damansara mall will certainly give a lot more convenient and excitement. The gym was very clean and good but the pool was quite small and not deep, I got my Fitbit scratched on the floor of the pool when I was trying to swim. Our stay at this very lovely hotel was awesome. The people are very frendly, the food was great and the room was tops. The pool and sauna were another fantastic touch to this 12 day stay for us. This is more of a 3 star hotel rated as a 5. The rooms are basic, old and dated but clean. Customer service is not bad but one can expect better from this kind of hotel. The range in breakfast was ok but the taste can be improved. The waiters & chef were also not very attentive. Aprilla at the restaurant was the only staff who was smiling and helpful. Very happy with my recent stay. Great value especially when you consider the superb location (right next to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur). The Deluxe Room was spacious and clean (seems new even). Big plus points to the in-room water filter. The gym and pool could use an upgrade, but they were dependable during the stay. Live music at the lobby was cool too!

We stayed in interconnecting room. The rooms are spacious with a sitting area near the window. The bed was firm which suited me well. The pillow is a bit flat maybe that needs to be looked at. This was an amazing decision to book our KL accommodation here. We booked a Level Suite which was a good choice with access to its lounge. We enjoyed both breakfast and afternoon tea there. A hotel in budget comes around 100 ringit for one night. Meanwhile u can visit d Market places n can enjoy shopping in the malls of Bukit Bintang. China Market is near to the place. U can enjoy the service of spa n massage too in the area.

This was our 2nd stay at Pullman KL and still just as good. We stayed at the Residences this time and the 2-bedroom was spacious. We got a good view of Pavilion as well as waking up to witness the sunrise each morning. Staffs were all friendly, service prompt but wifi in the rooms need to be improved greatly. There were some issues with my room but they sorted everything out very quickly. LOVE the view from my room, you definitely need to get a room with the view of the twin towers. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. However, breakfast was average to say the best, lacks variety and quality. This was our first stay with JW Marriott. The stay was comfortable! We loved the bathroom which was spacious and came with a bathtub. Location is fantastic. Service missed a mark. Perhaps the staff(s) that attended to us were new. Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out.

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water. Overall it was great, the only two shortcomings I see is the check-in process could be improved to serve geusts faster and also the breakfast area should be expanded since it gets quite crowded.

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal. The apartment room we stayed at had a spectacular view. The location of this hotel is excellent, KLCC is within walking distance! There are also nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Swimming pool is also available but you need to pay for it. Around RM20 or so, not really fair.

I booked Ibis Styles Hotel for 4 nights against my Kuala Lumpur visit. The decorations of entrance and lobby area were very good and modern styled. The room was of normal size with neat & clean interior. The air conditioning was very effective during my stay. The buffet breakfast was also very delicious, with multiple options available. The location is not bad. My room is compact and fully functional. Let’s say a simply hotel as the ibis standard. It’s not many restaurants in the morning, especially Sunday. I may come back again in the future.

I have stayed here countlessly but from my recent stay, the A/C was not functioning properly. I do not have to wait for long, the Technician/Front Desk quickly arranged to move us to a nearby room. Excellent service as always! Comfy bed, nice shower and very professional staffs.

The light switches take a little getting used to, some flip up and down, others, side to side, and some push in and out. The hotel, although dated, is well maintained.

Good place to stay. Can improve the bed seems quite old & not springy at all. The room smells smoke even through it was non smoking floor. The Service & staf was superb. The food also very good with good price & variety of them.

Straight to the point, excellent ! The hotel is still new. Other than that, cleanliness is the most important thing to me and I believe it is to most of all of you. The quality and the services provided which I have experienced was way far above a budget hotel as it describes itself. The staffs were so friendly and humble. It is definitely a first choice hotel for me as it is value for the money.

Had a great stay here despite only for 1 night. The hotel manager was friendly and helpful! Definitely value for money, plus point the parking is complimentary which imo, every hotel should do this.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Impeccable service and extremely clean and comfortable environment. The location was perfect with easy access to KLCC and Pavilion, and the rooms had such beautiful views. All the staff were really friendly and kind. I couldn't find a single fault in the hotel. All of your staff is very helpful and friendly. My journey from ground floor to lobby is smooth, with the help of your staff. Receptionist is friendly and informative.
