A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service. This was our 2nd stay at Pullman KL and still just as good. We stayed at the Residences this time and the 2-bedroom was spacious. We got a good view of Pavilion as well as waking up to witness the sunrise each morning. Staffs were all friendly, service prompt but wifi in the rooms need to be improved greatly. This is my third stay here this year, and while I'm tempted to explore other hotels, Shervin's exceptional service keeps me coming back. MO is my favorite hotel chain worldwide. I always feel home. The stay in KL was amazing, just near by the Petronas Towers.

This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff. In particular, Zie and her team at the Horizon Club Lounge made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had an excellent two night stay on our trip to KL. The staff was exceedingly polite and kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Arrived quite late on night 1 as we had switch hotels from the Hilton which had horrible rooms but were treated to an upgrade on arrival (thanks team).

This’s my 2nd time staying at Traders Hotel. I love the ambience, the cleanliness, and how friendly all the staff. All the breakfast foods on 5th floor & 32nd floor (lounge) are delicious. Also we can go back & forth with ease to KLCC by buggycar that provided by the hotel non stop from morning till 10.00 pm. Last but not least the KLCC view from Traders hotel is a top notch. The receptionist (AER) was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Stunning pool with Twin Towers views! Perfect for families (playground nearby). Rooms are comfy, but my quilt had stains—housekeeping should check bedding better. Still, a top choice for KLCC access!

This was our first stay with JW Marriott. The stay was comfortable! We loved the bathroom which was spacious and came with a bathtub. Location is fantastic. Service missed a mark. Perhaps the staff(s) that attended to us were new. Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out.

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water. Overall it was great, the only two shortcomings I see is the check-in process could be improved to serve geusts faster and also the breakfast area should be expanded since it gets quite crowded.

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always. The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal. Is a low floor (#03) unit without view. But it doesn’t bother me as the room is new, clean & roomy. Comes with capsule coffee making machine.

I would give 10 stars for this hotel. Their staffs are really really helpful.I arrived late at the hotel but there are few staffs already there and want to help me with the luggage. I booked two rooms and was upgraded to a huge family room. My children were delighted with the space we had and how comfortable the room was. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and delectable. We even tried the room service and it was more than amazing. Great portions and excellent food!

14 day quarantine My partner and I both booked premium stays for quarantine here. The staff have been beyond helpful and kind everyday. The room is spacious with the most comfortable king size bed. Excellent amenities in the rooms.

We truly did not expect too much of a 4 star business hotel but it has far exceeded our expectations. Very very clean rooms, carpet flooring, full toiletry mini bar and even the valet was very nice. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Impiana Klcc.

The big downside was the safe wasn't working and I left my wallet with currencies in my suitcase. 200 euros were stolen and unfortunately the staff didn't seem to care about this. Everything is great , dinner buffet i feel that it can be improved more as there is a menu(lobster) is no more order as it is out of stock but then it is weird as If you run buffet you should have stock alot prepared. It's one of my favourite hotels when i have my business trip in KL. The front desk staff is very kind and is always willing to help. The hotel is attached to a mall with lots of food options and a grocery store. The hotel is also attached to a train station which makes getting around the city very easy.

Newly refurbished, nice ammenities and facilities.

Loved the room design except for one thing - the wardrobe is in the same room as the bathroom and toilet, meaning no one can grab their clothes to change if someone is using the bath/shower or toilet. Service staff are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping pretty efficient with requests. Pool has quite a few cabanas and isn't usually crowded.

Outstanding stay. Very comfortable Premier King Room. Bed was firm and supportive. Large enough for my whole family with 2 little kids. Large space with sitting area with a nice sofa. Parkroyal Collection is very centrally located, 30 minutes walk to the Petronius Towers and 10 minutes to the magnificent Pavilion Shopping and Eatery destination. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The outside pool facilities were also super and a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing.
