One of our favourite hotels when we visit Kuala Lumpur. Location wise couldn't be better with an overhead bridge connecting Banyan Tree next door to Pullman KLCC to Pavilion Mall. Room and facilities are normal five star hotel standard. 50% discount for cakes and pastries from hotel café from 6 pm onwards. We enjoyed our stay at Pullman KLCC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile.

Overall the experience was good. The amenities were great. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I am not able to comment on the food. The staff were helpful and friendly which made my stay feel good and feel like at home.

The hotel is quite new and opposite has a small shopping mall, convenient for food. The car park is under the basement, slightly dark and the signboard is not easy to see. Inside the room is clean and comfortable, air-conditioning is cooling but the hair dyer is not working well, prefer to bring your own.
