Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur

It was a good experience overall, all the good reviews what we read were true. Hotel staffs are quite flexible, we got early check-in even though the hotel was super full (as we could see there was literally a queue to checkin and checkout. Housekeeping staff were prompt and polite. Good breakfast spread.
To add-on, there are some old reviews which talks about unavailability of English channel, but we got the English channels with good movies playing throughout, though the TV is super old.

Our stay at this very lovely hotel was awesome. The people are very frendly, the food was great and the room was tops. The pool and sauna were another fantastic touch to this 12 day stay for us.

Also, the location was central to all the major attractions (China Town, mono rail, shopping and the Petronas towers). My wife and I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel. We will be back definitely.

I am very thankful for the free room upgrades. I loved the cleanliness, amenities, location, parking, also food.

Only thing for the hotel to take serious note is to thoroughly clean mirrors. It has hand prints and gave me a good spook after midnight shower. Customer service was splendid. Will I stay again? Definitely yes.

Clean rooms, best housekeeping. Shower is the best part. Breakfast at its top point, just if able to change the menu on daily basis, will be better. We stayed 3 days 2 night, look almost the same menu for both days. Front office staff (lady) was quite rude. Went to ask a question, without asking anything she showed the face and asked to come in line perhaps, I only wanted to ask abt parking. Overall a good stay! We enjoyed. We booked 7 rooms in total. All of us enjoyed the stay. Just b4 the booking, we called few times to check on pricing, extra bed, add on breakfast and all, but the pricing given was not accurate and confusing. We reach there, the price is different. We understand the price changes every day, but the difference was a lot and its cheaper at the time we reach. Since we already booked we can't make the changes.

It would have been a 5 stars if the breakfast on the following Christmas day was disappointing. The selection of foods was very very Malaysian. Was push into the wedding banquet hall and the food quality was mediocre. I understand the volume of guest, but some level of preparation plan should have been implemented.

All in all, definitely would return for more stays in the future.

Booked the Premier Room - and I had a pleasant stay there. The room is spacious - it has a walk-in closet and a rather large toilet with a shower area and a bathtub. The staff there were also friendly & we were pleased with their service. I’d say the downside would be the limited choice of menu/dishes for our breakfast buffet (only 2-3 choices each for Western, Malay or Chinese dishes, along with a few pastries), for both guests who booked either the Tower Wing or Premier Wing rooms. Nonetheless, I’d highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families visiting KL!

In-room switches and Control: Ample plugs every corner. But no central control of all lights
Shower: Good water pressure
Breakfast: Love their croissants! Malaysian breakfast. Would appreciate more non spicy options though.
Overall: Excellent!
