Awesome. Best 100 percent. Very good 10 stars level of hospitality for a hotel rated 4 stars. And very welcoming and hospitality is truly ASIAN and GENUINE HELPFUL TEAM OF FRONT DESK, the FO, Front Office Reception Desk people including Bellman and Reception. All great service. Housekeeping as well. Helpful and responsive. Morning BREAKFAST BUFFET STYLE at hotel cafe is awesome and variety is really good. Quick and responsive service from the FNB, food and beverage team of waiters and staffs at restaurant in charge of breakfast food and cleaning. Very meaningful and will NEVER forget the stay. Will return again soon. Very awesome. Best value for money. Location and free parking FOR HOTEL GUEST is awesome too. No issues. Highly appreciate the experience and should return soon. Give this hotel 10 stars 🌟 rating.

Good location, great hotel overall and breakfast. Laundry is very expensive and they do not accept credit card payments for excurision they sell. There are very good restauranr around the area!

The reception was cold. Noone welcomed us or offered to take our bags up. We carried them up to our rooms. Breakfast was good with different options. They were very strict about finishing off on time.

The hotel is close to petronas twin towers and we were able to navigate back to hotel late at night. The location is really convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. Room service was good, except for the fact that they provided very little amount of water for free during summers. Could've provided bigger bottles for each people. Rooms were clean, washroom was nice.

If you like to bath/shower with hot water, this is not the hotel for you. Book another hotel! All the rooms (including those on the “executive floors”) do not have hot water. Not lukewarm water. It’s cold water! I was very disappointed with that. Otherwise, hotel is great. Buffet breakfast was nice. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants and bar.

We stayed at the Verdant Hill Hotel for 11 nights in December. All of the exchanges via email and phone before arriving were always prompt and clear. We are a family of 9 so we needed to book 4 rooms with each 2 interconnecting and they accommodated this wonderfully for us so we could keep watch over our children. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating, even packing breakfast for all of us as we had to catch an early flight! The breakfast buffet was always fresh and had the most amazing choices day to day. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the location was walking distance to shops, restaurants and was very easy to get a grab (like uber) to all attractions. I cannot praise this place enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in KL, then please do not pass Verdant Hill Hotel!

Stayed for 1 night with my sister and booked for a queen bed room with breakfast. Front desk person and all other staff are helpful very friendly love the location of the hotel far from centre of attraction so no unnecessary traffic jammed at the hotel area. Parking is free so many parking but quite small space so need to be careful. Breakfast buffet is great lots of choice and we really enjoyed it. Recommended to stay with your family as pool and gym is also pretty and quite big

Excellent location. Friendly staff and helpful. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices hot and cold. Wonderful swimmingpool on the 6e floor looking out over the city. The room is big enough and has everything you need. Daily good cleaning. Comfortable bed.

Not really worth it for a 4 star in KL. You can find a better deal elsewhere.
The rooms are not clean. Staff unfriendly.
Pool is nice but no sunbeds.
Do not go to the restaurant, the worst dinner in malaysia.

Absolutely fine for the price-performance ratio. Super centrally located. I had a spacious room with a large bathroom. A very comfortable bed and stable WiFi. Housekeeping could have been a bit better. Ventilation and air conditioning are excessively exaggerated in the hotel. There is a central area in the restaurant where you cannot sit unless you really want to catch a cold. Here ice-cold air is blown out what the machines give. You're pretending it's 50 degrees outside and you have to cool down to 15 degrees now. Unfortunately, I had a sore throat for the entire five days of my stay. But everywhere in the country, even in taxis, the ice-cold blower is excessively exaggerated.

During breakfast egg station staff can refuse you to make egg white omelette. You ask for ice in the room the staff at 6th floor will call you and ask you to come to 6th floor and take it. Margret at the front desk knows this and she also bravely refused to accept this problem. This Hotel needs a quick change of their staff!
