Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Rooms and location might be considered while giving star for rating. But for service i would love giving “ZERO”, “NOTHING”. Unfortunately, i still have to pick the star at the lowest point even i truely really really dont want to give any pieces of ‘em at the “SERVICE” star. Im waiting for my husband who had a meeting opposite of the hotel building. Its just me waiting for hours at the lobby. But hotel staff inc few guard, keep looking at me from bottom to top just because i sit here for hours. Am i doing wrong by sitting here while i didnt know where should i go since hotel was surrounded by building only? They giving me the “looks” if u know what i means.

Back then when covid season hitting our country. Hotel is the one affected business i think. And now, u treat ur guest like “who r u?”

All of the lobby staff may go to courtesy class if no ones at home teach them to be polite with guests. Hotel will be not ur forte if u dont know how to handle human being as we know there is millions behaviour. The key is be polite, patient, keep smiling, watch ur language and attitudes. Good luck!

Had All American burger which was really really sweet. The burger was served together with pathetic fries on the side, given the price of RM65 a piece!!!!. The Angus burger that I had a few months ago was delicious and succulent.

Also ordered Shrimp burger at RM48, which was nothing more than roadside burger. Please improve the food selection.
