Where to stay in Kuala Lumpur

This was our second stay this year. We loved it so much the first time, we didn’t hesitate to book again. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We were made to feel very welcome by the attentive staff. In particular, Zie and her team at the Horizon Club Lounge made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Simply outstanding. From the moment you pull up you are greeted & assisted. Throughout our entire stay that same hospitality was incredible. A beautiful establishment with outstanding amenities. Had an excellent two night stay on our trip to KL. The staff was exceedingly polite and kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Arrived quite late on night 1 as we had switch hotels from the Hilton which had horrible rooms but were treated to an upgrade on arrival (thanks team).

The rooms were neat and clean.. They ensure it’s kept above your expectations… The room service are on the dot on call.. they are very warm, helpful and courteous.. A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service. This was our 2nd stay at Pullman KL and still just as good. We stayed at the Residences this time and the 2-bedroom was spacious. We got a good view of Pavilion as well as waking up to witness the sunrise each morning. Staffs were all friendly, service prompt but wifi in the rooms need to be improved greatly. There were some issues with my room but they sorted everything out very quickly. LOVE the view from my room, you definitely need to get a room with the view of the twin towers. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are excellent. Very attentive, always smiling, always ready to assist. The rooms are large and well set out. The light switches take a little getting used to, some flip up and down, others, side to side, and some push in and out. The hotel, although dated, is well maintained.

This is more of a 3 star hotel rated as a 5. The rooms are basic, old and dated but clean. Customer service is not bad but one can expect better from this kind of hotel. The hotel looks like it needs refurbishment. The room is nice and comfortable. It’s right next to KLCC which is awesome! The entrance to the parking lots in the basement is narrow. There are plenty of restaurants and food options available in the hotel.

Superb hotel with professional and friendly staff. The room was excellent, with beautiful finishing especially the bathroom. The pillows were especially soft. The windows were big and the mirrors give the room a spacious feeling. The morning breakfast was pleasant with fresh food, although I can't say I found anything extraordinary about the menu.

This was our first stay with JW Marriott. The stay was comfortable! We loved the bathroom which was spacious and came with a bathtub. Location is fantastic. Service missed a mark. Perhaps the staff(s) that attended to us were new. Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out.

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water. Overall it was great, the only two shortcomings I see is the check-in process could be improved to serve geusts faster and also the breakfast area should be expanded since it gets quite crowded.

Room was spacious. Service is 5-star from the Indian guy (I forgot to catch his name). For breakfast buffet, you have to walk to Sunway Resort (just nearby). For swimming pool, need to go to Sunway Lagoon hotel, quite far but still within walking distance. Parking charged RM15 per day. A bit difficult to find parking especially during peak time.

The room was a bit worn, but the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well, as did the aircon, so it was easy to look past the tired feel of the room. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is not far from the expressway to get us to and from the airport.

Perfect location, friendly service, free parking for guests, affordable price. But, we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had really strong smoke smell. Pillows had weird smell as well.

This is a great place to stay on a budget when you are on a sightseeing trip across central Kuala Lumpur. Corus Hotel is within walking distance to the remarkably magnificent KL Twin Towers owned by Petronas. The night view is amazing. Rooms offered are decent and staffs are helpful throughout my stay.

The location is great. The stars is meant for the location. I am pretty disappointed for the room cleaning service. It’s already pass 6pm yet the room has not done up yet. Have called the front desk twice and waited for more than an hour to have someone to do the clean up for the room. Upgraded from 2 to 3 star as the house keeper is doing a great job despite of the backlog👍🏻

Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However, for the price paid, I expected a larger room. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, but keep in mind that the restaurant is in the next hotel. I stayed for 3 days two weeks ago. I liked my first room. It was a connecting room. First night was fine. 2nd night I had to leave the room because the baby next door kept on crying and the family had been so loud for hours. Ive stayed in this hotel more than 30 times probably in the past 5 years and i would say it feels like home. The service, rooms and food are all excellent! they always go the extra mile to make me feel special once i step foot inside the hotel.

Good service from reception to main dining, from executive lounge to gym. 3 things that made me happy: - breakfast at main dining has very good spread, and the staff made you feel welcomed - beautiful pool deck with board walk - a big and well equipped gym Located right at KL Sentral for travel convenience. loved myself a lot here. The room is enormous and has an amazing view! The gym was clean, well-stocked, and manned by professionals, and I enjoyed utilizing it. Accessibility to several tourist attractions is simple. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with lots of options!  The swimming pool area was spotless and soothing.
