Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both experienced the same unpleasant odor in the room. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant odor. It was quite discomforting and made it difficult to relax or enjoy my sleeping because the odor came from the pillows. During my recent stay, I expect I won't experience the same issue but surprisingly nothing has improved. For your record, my first stay in this hotel was two years ago.

This issue significantly impacted my overall experience and did not reflect the standards I expected from your establishment. It was so uncomfortable to sleeping with smelly pillow. I hope you will take this matter seriously and look into ensuring your rooms are properly cleaned, replace smelly pillow and ventilated before guests arrive.
