JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

Had a good stay in JW Marriott KL. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioner was very good. The bathrooms were spacious enough. The gym is great, offer cold towels, and water. Overall it was great, the only two shortcomings I see is the check-in process could be improved to serve geusts faster and also the breakfast area should be expanded since it gets quite crowded.

This was our first stay with JW Marriott. The stay was comfortable! We loved the bathroom which was spacious and came with a bathtub. Location is fantastic. Service missed a mark. Perhaps the staff(s) that attended to us were new. Marriott Bonvoy hotels we’ve stayed at so far had some of the best services thus, sadly this experience stood out.

Is my go to Hotel in KL, always.
The location is perfect, just opposite Pavillion KL. The rooms are huge with bathtub. Managed to get connection rooms with twin beds. Got it at RM400+, a good deal.

Is a low floor (#03) unit without view. But it doesn’t bother me as the room is new, clean & roomy. Comes with capsule coffee making machine.

A spectacular hotel with world class service from the staff. My parents, husband, and I all stayed here for 5 nights and we enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was very clean, inviting, classy and well kept. It’s also attached and near many shopping centers and restaurants…it’s in a perfect location. I’d say the best thing about the hotel would be the top notch service their team provides the customer. Jerome down in The Shook restaurant was really friendly whenever he served us, and even took some time to share a little bit of information about Malaysia with us. Rajib in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and ensured that we were always attended to during our downtime. Also, the housekeeping staff is always so polite and they are exceptional at keeping the rooms in immaculate and spotless condition after their servicing. Overall, the stay was absolutely memorable and unmatched—we will most certainly return!

Strategic location in Bukit Bintang. The location is super near everything. Pavilion mall is great.

Room is quite spacious and newly renovated. Bath room is quite spacious. Room lighting is also good and is suitable for working environment (can be quite bright if you need it). You can choose pillow type between down and foam.

However, the check-in process was super long and it was not efficient. I wish it can be improve a lot more. I’ve never waited this long to check into a five star hotel.

A five-star hotel in an excellent location. The room is tidy and clean. There is plenty of shower space, and the water pressure is strong. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet could be improved; the selection is quite limited. It's simple to hail a Grabcar from the hotel.
