The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur

The location was amazing. They had overhead linkways from the hotel to star hill. It’s a short walk to pavilion. The staff were friendly and quick when we requested for items. They even prepared the bed with decorated towels, a cake and birthday cake to celebrate my partner birthday. However, we felt that the housekeeping could be slightly improved as the room was not extremely clean and they forgot to provide hand soap.

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton KL was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Service was incredible. Special shout out to our butlers Nay Tun & Erfan who we asked to take a picture of us as we were celebrating a birthday. They took the initiative to give us a framed family picture, balloons and cake within the hour of taking the initial picture. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture and truly was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Ritz-Carlton! Keep up the amazing work!

Had a great experience at the RC KL, 3 bedroom suite was stunning. The highlight of our stay were the 2 butlers that went out of their way to present us with a framed family picture and a celebratory cake for my sibling's birthday. It was really thoughtful and it really did impress everyone.
A special thanks to the butlers Nay Tun & Erfan. Excellent work guys. You guys made our trip very memorable.

I still remember this hotel till today. I stayed here in 1998 during Lunar New Year period. They began operations a few months ago only. I had the best stay of my life. Their service standards are the best in the world. Small details that others will overlook they took notice. I drank all the coke from the mini bar and they noticed. On the 3rd day of my stay the fridge was stock with coke and nothing else. I asked for my country’s newspaper and they sent a staff to the airport to get it from the airline. They went above and beyond their duty. I stayed in a normal room and not a suite but i felt i got the VIP treatment. It is the only hotel that i still remember after 25 years. It was an unforgettable experience. I never stayed in a better hotel till this day, even the Ritz Carlton in other countries cannot beat the level attention and detail that i experienced here. I would give it 10 stars if there was such an option.

My husband (Marriott Ambassador status) and I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The location is great, the rooms are lovely and the Club Lounge was very nice but the real standout is the customer service. Swddiq in particular was amazing. He took excellent care of us. May in the Club Lounge was also great, as well as, the gentlemen who did our nightly turn downs. We never caught his name.

Not worth the price at all. We’ve had way better hotel at a much cheaper price. The only excellent thing here is the service from the employees, they are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself has very old vibes and the room isn’t that nice. Could find something better for that kind of price. The location was excellent though
