Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion KL. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room to a Junior Executive Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family with 4 kids. Truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for those who love shopping. Traffic is usually heavy between 11am till midnight, may consider taking the MRT. Pleasantly surprised to receieve mini cakes and lovely notes every afternoon, including on the first day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The room was beautiful, and the overall ambience was so welcoming. The staff went above and beyond—from the bellboy to housekeeping, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive.
They even set up a special birthday decoration with a cake for my child, which made the experience unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Truly one of the best stays we've had!

Celebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars

All good. We asked for extra pillow and blanket and they came in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast is not the best for a 5 stars hotel but acceptable. Read some negative reviews about the only path to the lifts is the escalator up and the long corridor. This is a design flaw from the start but as long as the escalators are working fine, everything should be fine. Room is spacious and comfortable. However, bed mattress lost its springness and it creaks quite a bit as we turn. Pillows are very flat and no bounciness at all. The hotel can consider having a pillow menu soon or change the pillows entirely. Overall, the customer service is still very good and we will still recommend young families and couples to stay there.

A hotel with exquisite and opulent décor and designs, as well as incredibly cosy accommodations and first-rate standards. Additionally, the welcoming staff all delivered excellent service. If I may, though, I must say that the breakfast buffet's limited and underwhelming selection of food caught me a little off guard. Fruit juices and nasi lemak's seafood sambal, on the other hand, were excellent! Also, in order for hotel guests to make the most of the gym, I sincerely hope that the hotel will be able to install more machines and equipments.

I recently stayed at Ritz-Carlton and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and the quality of food was excellent.
