Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

+ The hotel is strategically located next to the pavilion mall and the footbridge to klcc. Everything is close by including Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang center and metro. The room was wide and the super king size bed was so comfy. It had all the modcoms to make our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. It had a diverse choice of food to cater for every palate. We enjoyed the noodles selection and the tastiest nasi lemak we've ever had. There was even ice cream and frozen yogurt to cool you down in the hot KL weather. The staff were very helpful especially the doormen and housekeeping. We certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Best breakfast buffet ever. Very comfortable and classy; Premium Deluxe room with super king-size bed. Very clean and well maintained. Great staff all-round.

Weekends and holidays it’s a rush out here and great they handle it perfect..

A hotel that truly provides daily necessities such as holding events in a ballroom and the inside of the hotel is always clean and smells good. Any of the staff provides excellent service. One can peacefully and happily stay for days because the entertainment outside the hotel is walking distance only. Many stayers had mentioned about the Pavilion shopping mall. Which I think that one should visit. A big shopping mall that includes many different delicious eateries.

Very Convenient and spacious hotel within the City. A stone throw to big main shopping mall.

Staffs both on the front and Club lounge were friendly and enthusiastic to help when in need. Real appreciated.
Room was clean and tidy and very strong hot shower.
24hour Gym is a plus plus.

Breakfast can be limited to choose and doesn’t taste great. It seemed emphasize on bread and desserts which was nice though.

Club benefits better seek lounge for breakfast was best option and gave more private feels.

Late Dinner around the hotel and be difficult so better use Grab services.

Pullman has been one of my favourite hotels whenever I'm on a business trip.
The room is clean with a decent size. Bathtub is available even in the lower tiers.
Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Would be perfect if there are more varieties of Chinese Dim Sum.
Location wise, it's just opposite Pavilion shopping mall with approximate 5 minutes' walk.
Facilities like gym and swimming pool are on par with other 5-star hotels in that location.
