This hotel offers spacious room, top tier service, and everything you can ask for in terms of facilities and service, And that's not it.
The location of the hotel is close to a metro line and is around 10min walk from Kuala lumpur iconic alan Bukit Bintang street that have kuala lumpur top-tier malls including Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall, While sadly you cant see the Petronas Twin Towers from your room anymore because of the newly built skyscrapers, It is still 10min drive from it, or a 20min walk if your into walking.
I Also enjoyed the breakfast offered by the hotel its variety and taste wont disappoint you!
My family enjoyed the breakfast because they like Indian food. (The puri and egg station is a nice touch). The seating inside with air-conditioning was occupied. I recommend placing fans on the patio. I must say that the check-in was quick and simple.
The bathrooms were not cleaned. We booked four rooms and they were placed on different floors. The staff is very friendly but the facilities are outdated and not maintained.
If you are a light sleeper then the AC will keep you up and there is no view from your view if you are interested in hanging out in the room. The TV is outdated and has no USB charging port like other modern accommodations. The swimming pool is at the center of the courtyard surrounded by rooms of guests, perfect for getting a little toasty and being on center stage.
Well, this is my first and last stay at this accommodation. I recommend the Pullman up the road or Dorsett.

1. Bed side light is broken
2. Ordered in room dining service but it take almost 1 hour and a half for the food to arrive.
3. Huge issues with the toilet. The shower cubicle door was stuck by the time we arrived & we had to wait for the maintenance guy to fix.
4. The toilet bowl flush was broken. After the maintenance guy fixed the flush, the toilet bowl kept emitting annoying sound for the whole night! We beared with it as we only stayed for 1 night.
5. The hotel condition seems to be quite old. There were some holes on the toilet wall.
Will never come back here again.
