The room is quite old style, which is not bad.. I like the bathroom as they have window through the room, and also provide shower and bathtub separately, big sink area as well.
It will be better if they vacuumed the mat more often and wash the pillows so it won't feels like we slept on somebody else' s pillow with their smell on it.
I like the sound of mini waterfall on the diner area, it's really calming.
Location was perfect. Nearby KLCC and Pavilion mall

Lovely hotel, best breakfast - so many choices and absolutely delicious. Great pool, nice bar, comfy beds and large rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but great value for a 5 star hotel. Location is handy to bars and restaurants.

Stay here 3 days 2 night for a business trip. Booked a superior room. I have a great experience at here. Fast check in and friendly staff. Very helpful. The room are luxurious decor and super big room and clean. Get a room include breakfast, their food for breakfast are good and delicious. Generally, I really satisfied with the experience here. Will come back again in future!

We stayed on New Year's Eve.
You could tell from a distance that the building was old, and to be honest, I didn't expect much inside the building either. But the lobby and entrance were cleaner and better maintained than I expected.
However, the rooms were old and not as clean as the hotel lobby. Still, I appreciated the fact that the price was almost the same as normal, even though it was a special New Year's Eve.
They were preparing for the New Year's Eve countdown event by the pool, but unfortunately we could not go to the dinner buffet because they were fully booked for that day.
Breakfast had a lot of local food and it was all delicious. Due to the large number of guests, the breakfast dishes sometimes ran out quickly, but it was nice that the staff quickly replenished them!

This place is fantastic and amazing in every way. comfortable and tidy bedrooms. a helpful and friendly personnel. delicious cuisine a fantastic destination for a family vacation or even a work trip. All facilities are suitable and kept up. A highly recommended location that is priceless for anyone to stay at.

Worth the price. Large and comfortable bedrooms. Comfy beds. Good facilities. Good and friendly staff. Awesome swimming pool. Good services provided here. Everything is very good and amazing. I really hope that one day I can bring my family to have a vacation here.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the luxurious surroundings and top-notch customer service. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of the highest quality. The hotel's facilities, such as the pool and gym, were top-notch and kept immaculately clean. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the city's major attractions. Overall, I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. It truly lived up to its 5-star rating and exceeded all my expectations.
