Conveniently located at the heart of Sunway Pyramid shopping center, where all the major brands are located. It’s also easily accessible to the Sunway Lagoon Water Park where my grand daughter really enjoys the park. Suggest Sunway hotel management should give guess special discount to the Water Park.

Great stay! Very convenient as the hotel lobby is connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon Themepark, Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon Hotel. But the breakfast is only served at Sunway Resort Hotel and the swimming pool is only available at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. The room basin is blocked and the water flows very slow and therefore leave a stain. The carpet in the hotel also quite dusty because it triggers my nose allergy. Besides that, it’s compulsory for all hotel guest to pay for parking RM15/night per car. It was a wonderful stay minus those mentioned.

Key card not working many times and need to contact lobby. Television not working, low signal.

The service is incredible, they were polite and helpful. However, I strongly recommend for people who are able to spend a little bit more for Sunway Resort as the fitness centre and other amenities are just that much better. However, Sunway Pyramid truly was a good stay with a great breakfast.

Repeated visit. Bringing old folk bounded with wheelchair. This location is perfect for them.

We are very excited that they upgraded us to Sunway Resort Hotel due to a crowd booking. There are a few restaurants to choose from for breakfast. First day breakfast at Gordon Ramsey bar and grill and second day at sunset terrace.

We love staying at Sunway pyramid hotel, it is attached to Sunway pyramid mall. Great for shopping and eating out.
The thene park is right next to it and bit away from the kul city.
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and I recommend this hotel breakfast buffet is the best.
