Sunway Pyramid Hotel

Room was big and clean . Very convenient to the mall and Sunway lagoon

I booked two rooms and was upgraded to a huge family room. My children were delighted with the space we had and how comfortable the room was. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and delectable. We even tried the room service and it was more than amazing. Great portions and excellent food!

Convenient for me to attend class when the event at sunway ballroom. Easier for food , shopping , attend class. A lot of choice. Very good

Very close to Sunway lagoon theme park. Convenient location that is within walking distance. Allowed for slightly later checkout time

Disappointed that the room doesn’t have any view at all, totally block by a building next to it. Require to walk to another hotel for breakfast (connected by linkway), good thing there are staff and signages guiding you along the way. Variety for the buffet breakfast is great, and very tasty too. Staff are polite and smiley. Overall my stay was still not too bad, maybe 3.5 / 5.

We stayed at Sunway Pyramid Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is directly connected to a huge shopping mall, which makes dining, shopping, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It’s a great location, especially for families or anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast an excellent spread with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. While it wasn’t unacceptable, more attention to detail would definitely enhance the comfort of the stay.

Overall, everything else was great. With improvements in room cleanliness, this place has the potential to be truly exceptional.

I was booked resort suite room it is very spacious but to access to it we need to take flight of stairs which is somehow inconvenience. He wifi signal is not that good as well. But overall the location of the hotel is good with direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall. The breakfast is to be taken at resort hotel which will be a distance walking from hotel

The location was superb with direct access to the mall and waterpark. The breakfast was great at sunway resort hotel. The front desk was kind enough to upgrade us to their family room which was spacious and amazing.

This hotel is situated in a good location near a shopping mall with plenty of good food.
The breakfast was great with plenty of choices available.
Will surely stay here again for my next trip

Had a pleasant stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The check-in experience was superb—staff were quick, courteous, and very helpful. A special mention to the Indian girls at the front desk—they were absolutely awesome and made the process smooth and welcoming.Overall, everything was good, room was clean. However, we did find the bed a bit stiff and the comforters seemed worn out. Also, the room didn’t have a study desk or chair, which made it slightly inconvenient to work on business matters using a laptop. That said, the excellent service from the team truly stood out and made a lasting impression.
