It has become our home in Nepal with several multi day stays over a 4 week period, travelling with 2 teenagers.
We always got 2 rooms next to each other as requested.
All the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and treated us like visiting family.
Located in the heart of Thamel, easy to get everywhere either by foot or hotel taxi service.
Good food, and a lovely chilled atmosphere in the courtyard garden. Always nice to get back after the busy days/ trekking days.

A decent and affordable hotel. The room was clean, and there was hot water, but it was a bit lukewarm. Overall, a good option for a short stay.

Fantastic staff and location. The hotel is in the heart of Thamel tucked away on a side street making for a very peaceful stay. Rooms are clean and it is very good value for money considering it includes breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly option in Thamel.

I recently stayed at Thamel Eco Resort and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access various attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Especially the garden was so peaceful and amazing.The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.The buffet breakfast was very delicious 😋. Highly recommend this hotel❤️.

Check in by mistake as the driver dropped us at the wrong hotel. But it turns out to be a blessing in disguise. The staff was super friendly and helpful without expecting anything in return. Breakfast is alot better than other similar-priced hotel.

Stayed at eco resort for a night to catch next day early business meeting. Though the rooms are Mid-range and a bit old but the service, and all the team members are so nice. Homely and cozy feelings, not upgraded but ample garden space to walk around and multiple amenities like specialty tea from teafresho, Nepali arabica coffee from Javazza, etc. highly recommended!

Great hotel, especially the staff, are very friendly and help full, it very close to all the tourists attractions, walking distance to all shoping malls The in-house Spa Samsara is also great, and the food they serve are great. I loved the Nepali beer 👍 🙏

Our mission volunteer group stayed at Thamel Eco Resort “off and on” for a month. The staff were magnificent, accommodating, and super helpful and friendly. The in-house food is delicious and served with care by professional servers. They will do anything for you, including hailing taxis, exchanging money, planning tours, buying your personal items, and simply providing hospitality 24-7. What a great staff!
