Scandic Gdansk

Had an amazing stay in August. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. We arrived early but were not able to check-in as our room was not ready but the reception team was great and stored our bags for us in the meantime.
We were pleasantly surprised to have been placed in a junior suite that was clean, spacious, and had more than the basic necessities.
The gym was small but well equipped making it possible to do a good workout.
I would definitely recommend Scandic to anyone looking for a good value hotel located close to the train station.

Breakfast is versatile and nice but quite basic. Nothing out of the ordinary is served there. Rooms are comfortable and beds are nice and firm but the pillows are really thin and awful.

We stayed at the Scandic Gdansk Hotel with my beloved partner, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the absolute center of Gdańsk, so it's logistically perfect—everything is within walking distance. While the exterior may not look very appealing, the interior is quite the opposite—elegant and representative. A great place for a stay in Gdańsk, combining convenience and comfort!

Nice hotel is in the closest proximity to the Railway station and the Bus station, quite near to the historical center. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. There is a small kids corner in a restaurant, high chairs are also available.

Located just across from the train station, it would be hard for Scandic to be more convenient, whether you want to take a cab, the tram, or the train. The old town is in walkable distance, so location is great..

The staff speaks English from functional to pretty well. That will be very comforting to those that don't speak Polish considering few others in town seem to do the same. I had better luck with German for anyone over the age of 30.

If you feel like dining in, the menu is very limited, but I had duck, dessert, and a couple beers for less than $30, and was quite pleased with all of it. Breakfast is surprisingly expensive, in a way, but that's common for Europe and it was quite good by European standards.

This hotel is directly across from main train station which was SO convenient!
Rooms are beautiful .
I travel with my service animal and he was very welcome by the hotel, which was also a plus.

Great Staff. Asked for two eksta pillows in the middle off the night. Delivered in 5 min! Clean and nice location. 1 min to train station. 20 min ride to Sopot.

Brilliant hotel opposite Gdańsk railway station. It's the extras I love....the towels available if you're going to the beach...just too many to list here. The staff are so helpful and the breakfast has ALL options. One fault is ....there are no faults!

Good location opposite the Main Train Station. Nice and quick check in and out. Friendly staff. Very good size room with the mini fridge and glasses including the wine glasses. Quiet as it was on the back of the building. The only downside was the pillows and duvet cover was small.

Easy access ti Town center, very nice staff and big choice of food at breakfast. Confortable rooms, good quality for price. I really appreciated their environment friendly policy.
