We were not able to stay in this hotel, but at the bar-restaurant, we had the privilege of being seated by Mickaël who offered us impeccable service and welcome. Thanks to him we had a wonderful time. We will return without hesitation to enjoy the quality and kindness of the staff.

A great Hilton with a splendid breakfast! A wonderful starting place to explore Gdańsk. Parking garage can fill up, contact the front desk in advance to reserve a spot or use street parking, which can be competitive on price.

Only visited in restaurant: good location, local " Hilton prices" were reasonable.
Good service, but bit long time to wait after ordering. Hamburger and " ribs" were good.

I would love to highlight the service at the restaurant outside, where I have been twice for breakfast and once for dinner with my cousin. We stayed in different hotel but the place where the hotel is located, brought us to enjoy the hospitality of amazing view and care by waiter called Fitz. We were looked after by him. His pleasant and kind personality, made us to come back, hoping to see him again. All stuff is good and makes customers feel relaxed, welcomed and looked after. Next visit in Gdańsk, would definitely be in this hotel. Thank you Fitz

Stayed here for two nights. I’m from the US and don’t speak polish. All staff were fluent in English and very professional and welcoming. Pool was very nice for my 4 year old. Rooms were spotless. Wish I could have enjoyed the spa. Great location. Such a nice place. We got a family room which are two adjoining rooms.

In the catogory of 5-star-hotels I was expecting a lot more. Overall a nice stay, but the location made it that way, not the establishment and service itself. In a 3-star-hotel category its 5/5.
Pros: location, spacious room, totally great view (riverside room), friendly housekeeping, rooftop bar (but pricy and unfriendly staff).
Cons: staff seemed to be annoyed, breakfast seemed chaotic (tables not clean and set, missing cuttlery, chaotic buffet, basic food choices, generally nothing outstanding).
We were told there is no parking (there is a garage) and for the pool we need to pay, that is a huge no go.
If location is key for you and you dont mind paying more money just for that - then its a good choice. If you want 5-star treatment, definitely not a recommendable.

Was expecting more from a 5 star establishment. Was looking a bit of luxury but I was left unimpressed. 😒
The swimming pool and spa were shut at the time of my stay which I found out after making my non refundable booking, not hotels fault as I used third party website which made poor effort at informing me about the situation, but non the less disappointing.
The staff also made a poor effort at informing me about „standard” charges to my card at the start of my stay, which I only found out about when I was checking out and the receptionist told me that I be refunded in 2 to 3 working days, it took about a week for the funds make their way back to my account 😅
I enjoyed my stay till that point, the staff was nice and helpful before hand but they did not remedied the situation by simply apologising for the miscommunication and were shocked that I was unhappy about the „standard” charges. The whole situation left me upset and completely ruined my stay. Will not be staying with Hilton in the foreseeing future.
Shower bottles stuck with glue to the wall of the shower cubicle came off the wall…

Loved the juicer. I managed to get a softish cooked egg which is rare in the hotel kitchens but yet another hotel to not cool the egg after cooking it… they ask you how long would you like the egg to be cooked for, but it’s completely pointless since the egg continues to cook after it’s taken out of the water if not cooled, thought that it was a common knowledge but maybe I’m wrong 😑

We came here on a last minute trip and couldn't choose between an air b and b or the hotel but in the end we picked this hotel.
Firstly location wise it's perfect close to the old town, close to the water and museums and everything else you need.
Check in was great really friendly service and we were given a room overlooking the river with views of the big wheel it was honestly a beautiful view.
The room was big really comfy great bathroom and everything you need although I am surprised in this day an age there isn't a proper coffee machine but that's a minor thing.
Bedding and pillows very comfortable all in all a great room that is made perfect by the views.
The hotel has a great spa on the top floor with a nice pool and good sauna and steam it's big enough for all you need and on the top floor so great views.
As I said before service though the hotel is brilliant everybody is friendly polite and there a credit to the hotel.
Didn't try the bar or restearaunt but they look great.

Great 5 star hotel. Has downstairs paid parking (140 pzl per day). Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom had bathtub and separate shower. Located in the city center, but not right by the tourist attractions, so it wasn't very crowded. Food is delicious. They had the best breakfast that we ever had at any hotel, by far!

Your hotel is simply unbeatable. Comfort, service, facilities, location, staff. All brilliant. I have stayed here now several times and would not consider another hotel in Gdansk. The staff at reception are always so helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and Poland as a whole.
