A good place for a stay in Gdansk

Large nice room 505, clean. No view. Did not like the pillows. Very good placement and a quiet room. a short walk up to Old town main road. Can be done via the restaurants. A good place for a stay.

Holiday Inn is a standard hotel with nice facilities and nice staff. Neat and clean area. It is located on famous Motława river walk. From room you can have a view of river. Old town is just is walking distance..food, river, ship, casino, everything is nearby! You may not get Bolt or Uber in morning but you can ask hotel reception and they will book/call for you. Overall it’s recommended hotel. Good for family with small babies!

Lovely hotel and such a very generous & tasty breakfast offering. As a Platinum guest, I got upgraded to their Twin Bed Premium with a River View room which was very much appreciated plus it comes with a nice welcome treat of macaroons. Really clean rooms and have a SAFETY BOX, I would have given it 5 star but from my room since above me Is the Panoramic Bar upstairs. I could hear people walking above & and as a light sleeper like me, It did bother me a bit from getting an early night of sleep but despite all of that I still had an amazing stay and I recommend staying here. I still surely will be back in my future Gdansk Poland trip

The hotel is fantastic! Very modern, big rooms, great views if you are in an upgraded room. The breakfast is very tasty with great variety. The gym is big and very convenient. The event space is also impressive.
The only minus is that even though I spent almost the whole day out of my room, it was not cleaned. I had to request it as they have apparently forgotten to clean it.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 4 nights. It is in a central location, great for reaching the city's points of interest. We were enchanted by the view of the river, we enjoyed the sun on the hotel's deckchairs on the street overlooking the river. Very good international breakfast especially for those who appreciate salty food. Peaceful environment even if very popular with tourists.
A really nice experience, a special thanks to the Holiday Inn staff for their kindness and helpfulness.
PS: take the time to visit the Sky Bar and enjoy the amazing city view!

They gave me a key that didn't work properly and I was briefly trapped in a lift. They couldn't give me loyalty program benefits because I booked via a 3rd party site. Otherwise all good.

Very nice property, lovely and clean. Great location in the heart of the city. Breakfast also included gluten free options (had to ask) for our allergic child.
However, the staff do not treat all customers fairly. At breakfast we wanted to order mimosas and were told alcohol is not available until 11:00, while the table behind us was severed Prosecco. When confronted with this, the staff told us this was a mistake “from yesterday” and couldn’t do anything about it. So the staff had around 24 hours to correct the mistake but did not, instead choosing to treat certain customers better than others. This makes me wonder why I was treated as a second class customer and what the table behind me did to get alcohol before 11:00. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will certainly not be returning here, despite my otherwise positive feelings about this hotel.

The hotel is basically in the heart of Gdańsk, making it easy to reach places on foot. There are an extreme range of restaurants, activities, and attractions all around the hotel. Our room offered a breathtaking view of to the river where we got to watch boats sailing by and the city slowly waking to life. The rooms are of high quality, including a tv, minifridge with different beverages and snacks, electrical outlets, free wifi, extremely comfortable beds, and a spectacular system. The hotel staff are all very helpful and committed to lending a hand. Calling down to the reception and room service was easy and convenient, where they helped out a lot with, for example, booking our taxi for the next day.

Very well located hotel in the center just minutes walking distance from the Green gate entrance to the old town, closed to all the bars and restaurants on the waterfront. The room was not too big but had all the amenities and was very clean, the window gave to the inside small courtyard but it was still a light room. The shower room was clean and spacious. They offered also a complimentary drink at the bar per guest which was much appreciated!

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the centre. The rooms are clean and modern. The bar area is decent, and there's also a sky bar with a good view of the surrounding area.
