Nice little hotel in the middle of a good restaurant and bar street in the beautyful town of Katowice!
Fantastic breakfast in the hotel in-house restaurant.
I forgot my Airpods in the room and the communication and service with the staff was awsome!

I had a disappointing experience with the billing at Best Western Hotel Mariacki Katowice. I was charged twice for a single night’s stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with the hotel, the issue remains. My bank has confirmed that both charges were processed. I hope the hotel will address such issues more promptly in the future.

Very nice place to stay with close distance to shopping mall and many restaurants. Hotel have no parking, but you have a very cool Hi-tech parking lift house right behind.

This hotel was great, they have really friendly staff, and if you are lucky, Natalia will be working in reception and she will share all the best spots in town, Thank you again.
I can also recommend you try the restaurant, their food was delicious and had the best burgers i had in all of Katowice. Their Shakshuka although not traditional was also quite nice, and the morning buffet had the best pasties ever.
The room was comfy, especially the bed, not too soft, not too hard. And generally i had great experience there.

Stayed there for two nights. Hotel is located in the city. Rooms are totally ok for the price range. Lovely restaurant downstairs where we enjoyed dinner at both evenings. Breakfast was also ok. Choice of fruits could be a bit more. Good hotel for a trip to Katowice.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious room. The room has an iron and ironing board, which is very convenient. There is some noise from the street, but it does not interfere with sleep. The breakfasts are impeccable - a wide choice of dishes and everything is very tasty. Separately, I want to highlight the work of a girl and a young man at the reception. Positive and always ready to help.

Street is amazingly loud, unbelievably loud. Windows are wonderful at muting the horrendous music out, but that means opening windows at night is impossible. Other than that everything is wonderful, cozy, clean room, very comfy bed, helpful and nice service.

It’s a nice hotel centrally located in Katowice on the famous walking street Mariacka. The reception is small but effective. The room that we got, which is good for 3 persons, was spacious and comfortable and with view of the street downstairs. It’s quiet and peaceful at night despite the bars downstairs. The hotel has a good restaurant. We ate dinner there.

i just finished my stay in this hotel. it is located in a central position and close to the nightlife of Katowice. the train station is only 500m away. excellent for getting around without a car. the rooms very clean and well equipped. high quality hygiene products. the breakfast was excellent and very varied. the attached restaurant very good and pleasant. thanks to all the staff and above all to Ursula and Olivia, for their cordiality and sympathy. hope see you soon!

Well guys, what can I say.. The thing is it does not matter how nice and friendly the staff is, how clean room is or how comfortable bed is, because you won’t be able to sleep in this hotel because of a loud music banging all. night. long. from the club located nearby. Imagine it’s 4am and you are exhausted and sleepy but you can not sleep because of the constant bang bang bang sounds and vibrations - it was a living hell on the Earth!! So 100% do not recommended to stay here! I won’t return here again, never ever.
P.S. You think earplugs are going to help you? Yeah good luck with that…
P.P.S. I saw responses of the hotel owner on this problem, they say they can’t control it and they already went to a court with this issue. Well go to the court again, or make the walls in your hotel soundproof, and at least inform your guests about this issue (on a web page, booking, etc.)
