We found this hotel to be modest but very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is very good - a great variety of delicious food and plentiful. It was in a very quiet area.

I wanted a hotel with parking and a quick one night stay. This is located 30 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet suburb. Nice large room, with decent facilities in an older style but modern hotel I liked

Nice people, but apparently no knowledge about the hotel surroundings .. we found a good bistro and store in the next street and also a bus stop and ticket machine close. Breakfast was included and very good.

Big parking, calm surroundings (no noise from street), building has some high ceilings, breakfast is simple but it did it's job.

The staff were very good, especially Gabriella. Check in and out was straightforward and easy. Getting there was tricky as it is 7km from the centre of krakow. The hotel was very clean, but a bit tired in places. Our room was satisfactory but I would rate it as a b& b as opposed to a hotel.

Lovely hotel, our room was on the first floor it was nice, has to ask for a extra pillow which came straight away. Only problem was finding the plug sockets. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Getting to the old town is easy we used bolt which is really cheap, I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Krakow

The rooms are very clean and tide
Staff very friendly and helpful nothingbto much for them
Breakfast could do with a bit of more selection and bit more for the full English side but apart from that nice

It was really nice stay!
I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews but there's nothing worried about.
Receptionist who I met first, she was super kind and patient, and tried to help me exploring Krakow as much as I can and super friendly.
I also met some other receptionists since I stayed 2 nights, everyone was kind and having breakfast was convenient for me since I needed to go to several places.
I would love to come back again and I'm sure I will :)

You can walk to the city centre or take a bus from a bus stop that's like 5 minutes away. There's plenty of parking and the breakfast is great.
