Very COLD experience!!!! It was impossible to stay in this hotel even for 1 night! In our room on the 0th floor there was no radiator, only a thermostat that supposedly heated to maximum, but the room was freezing!! We can conclude that it is not working properly! The floor is terribly cold, it is impossible to walk on it... The radiator in the bathroom did not work, although it was also set to maximum. In addition, the draft from two windows was terrible. You are blown on from all sides. At 12 midnight, when we decided to take a shower, the water in it was cold, only a little warm. To which the reception replied that everyone was washing now and the hotel was overcrowded. Then she decided to check the water and said that it was a normal temperature. Yes, only if we are walruses, then perhaps this is true.
I suspect that this hotel has a boiler that was not turned on in time or was turned on too late.

In any case, a hotel should not work like this. Before this situation, we also bought breakfast. It was impossible to sit on the -2 floor without a jacket, all the food was cold! And yes, the thermostat was on maximum there too. An old building that no one wants to fix and no one helps, only making up excuses. If the hotel does not want to change for the better, warn about it and change the prices, because this is not the cheapest hotel in Krakow. No one demands luxury services, but not getting sick in a hotel because of the cold and draft is basic. Therefore, 1 star!

I will never come back to this hotel and luckily I had only 1 night in it.
To begin with, after all day walking we came to the room (approximately 23:00) and discovered that in our room there was not even WARM water. It’s winter outside, minus temperature and when I paid for the hotel I expected to have a hot shower and go to sleep. But it was impossible in this hotel when I came to the receptionist she said that “it happened 1 time, our hotel is fully booked, maybe that is why there is no hot water. You can wait longer and maybe you will have it today or wait until tomorrow. We can do nothing now.” I was so shocked, I paid money for the hotel to wait AT NIGHT to be in line for a SHOWER? Is it a joke? Why do you make a hotel where not all guests can have a shower? Take fewer people so you don’t have these issues.
It was awful, me and my friend showered in cold water. No one provided us with other options or some solution for this problem, just “WAIT”.

Also, the room is not cleaned up well, there were web, spots on the blanket and curtain. The smell in the room was not okay, and it was impossible to open the windows because it was cold outside and cold in the room. The air conditioning is old and very very LOUD. The radiator in the bathroom is not working, impossible to dry towels. The shower handle is not working well, it’s not fixed and always falls down. View from window is some strange place.
Breakfast is ok, but it is on the -2 floor and it is very cold there, all food is also cold.
I would not recommend staying here as it is just waste of money and good mood.

The hotel was in a nice area by the Jewish Quarter. Close to plenty of food truck areas and restaurants. Sure, our room faced the Jewish cemetery however, we didn’t mind. It was part of history that needed to be remembered. It was calm. We needed the peace and quiet.
My husband and I stayed during winter time, but we were so warm and comfortable in our stay. Very friendly and helpful reception. We only paid for time one morning’s breakfast buffet, but we enjoyed it. They had a variety of food.
Room was always clean and tidy.
Left our luggages in their luggage storage after checking out, it was very convenient. Thanks for making our stay memorable and worth it!

This hotel is in the Jewish quarter of the city. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Castle. There were lots of reasonable priced restaurants to eat in nearby. The rooms are tired but spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was also very warm for our November visit. Thank you

Staying in this hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our European trip in summer 2024. The location is excellent: it's within walking distance of all major sites, yet tucked in a quiet corner of a lively neighborhood. Proximity to the nearby cemetery isn't a downside—it actually adds to the peace, providing a restful atmosphere after a long day exploring Krakow. After getting to know the city, I believe staying in the Jewish Quarter is a better choice than Old Town. Just be mindful of the cobblestone streets if you're bringing a roller bag.

The room was thoughtfully decorated, though quite small, especially the bathroom. The service was above and beyond, from the front desk team to the amazing housekeeping staff and the technician who helped us with the safe. I would absolutely come back and recommend this hotel to friends without hesitation.

The hotel is located in the centre of the Jewish Quarter of Kraków. It is a few minutes of walk from three of the historical synagogues still in use. Great restaurants are everywhere – enough for every meal of your entire trip. The room is nicely decorated and on a par with those of typical four-star hotels in Western European or East Asian capitals that would have cost four times the price – value for money! The room has a functional water kettle; plenty of tea bags, coffee powder and sugar packs for free – beyond my expectation. The shower faucet also didn't have much of an issue. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work well and required staff resetting for a couple of times. It could be improved.

Great hotel, great location, reasonably priced. The only thing I did not enjoy were the carpeted floors in the rooms.
