Ascot Premium Hotel in Krakow

Good location for us to visit customer. Also near old town. We can find several nice restaurants within 10 min walk

Everything was nice – the staff, the room, and the breakfast 🍳. It's very comfortable and convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall! I stayed in a single room, which was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! There are several convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

Very pleased when we arrived a few hours before scheduled check in time and our room was ready.Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, welcoming & helpful.

It was situated in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to the old town, the main railway station, and a large shopping mall. The staff were very professional and friendly happy to check us in early as toom was ready and happy to store our luggage when leaving. It was very modern and clean. Our room was very compact still very comfortable. I could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, but slept with earplugs so not a big issue.

A small and cozy hotel. Very calm atmosphere throughout the hotel, including the bedroom which was very quiet (we had a room at the front of the hotel, but there is a train track at the back which I don't know if it bothers you or not).
The beds were a bit hard, I would have liked a softer mattress. Otherwise I was very happy with the room! Clean and fresh, with a modern interior.

The breakfast was quite okay, there were things to choose from in terms of spreads and various breads/sweets. However, I could have wished for an even larger selection of fruit and maybe freshly made pancakes/waffles to make the breakfast 10/10.

Furthermore, there were incredibly good drinks in the hotel bar! I really recommend having a drink there.

The hotel is fairly central with walking distance to most things.

Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff, which I can imagine staying at again.

Fantastic hotel! Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are lovely and modern, with very comfy beds. The cocktails are stunning and the location is perfect for sightseeing…only a short walk to the Old Town. Would highly recommend! We can’t wait to go back soon.

The best hotel in Krakow by far! Very nice receptionists like Hannah, Gabriella and Tomas. An excelent breakfast with lot if type of foods and gluten-free option and very clean hotel with amazing workers. The location was brilliant, next to the Old town!
