I have been looking forward to visiting this castle for a long time. Not only did we visit, but we slept here for one night. The whole experience is worth more than 5 stars and we shall definitely return. In comparison with Nidzicy Castle, this is far better and they allow you to explore many areas of the grounds. This is excellent for kids to learn and explore with a few attractions such as pig racing...

Great location and the whole city is superb all people know each other.The castle itself is a must on the list of visiting places.Inside there is a tower with historical artefacts.In the dungeon you will find torture machines and it's definitive from some mediaeval times :).Overall it's worth the price and you can park next to the castle and visit whole city around 1.5h with church tower 5zł worth...

Great place to stay. Good choice of beers food was ok. If on motorbike you may be able to park in courtyard,but access is up hill all on cobbles

Very nice and small castle for a touristic stroll or even staying the night. We didn't stay the night but were only visiting the sites. Seeing the whole site took about 1h. There was the torture chamber and walk up to the tower. There is a restaurant right inside which looke nice. Beware: strollers are usually a bad idea here because of the various stairs.

Great location but not much to do after the sun sets. Rooms were nice and quaint; however, you need to mind your head if you're tall

Reszel is a very small town but definitely worth to stay overnight. The hotel in the castle is really cool . You are staying in a Teutonic Knights castle! Just rooms and the restaurant but it is ok! Rooms are clean and minimalistic (in a good sense). The restaurant has delicious food; great breakfast included in the price of the room. Interesting ( and scary!) museum. Hike to the tower of the castle...

Śniadania bardzo smaczne duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocni właściciele hotelu stwarzają przemiłą atmosferę. Czystość obiektu na bardzo wysokim poziomie, wszędzie pachnie, basen i jakuzzi są co chwilę myte i dezynfekowane. Gorąco polecam ten obiekt tym, którzy chcą odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju.

An ideal place for people who want to rest peacefully. Unfortunately, you cannot eat lunch or dinner here and the nearest restaurant is a few kilometers away. Pool until 8pm and curfew, so no crazy parties. Friendly owners, nice ladies from the service, air conditioning.

I would highly recommend. There was nothing missing at the resort. Very neat cottages. The hosts were very friendly. The place is ideal for families with children. We will definitely come back ....

A great place, very nice hosts, fun organized attractions for children, such as a trampoline, a volleyball or badminton court, and a mini spa, jacuzzi or sauna for the elderly. A fish pond is available for anglers. We highly recommend it.

A great place to relax with your family, peace and quiet. The owners were a delight to help. We are very pleased with the stay, we recommend it to all who want to take a break from the city noise. The city beach in Mrągowo is situated about 10 minutes' walk, adapted for sunbathing with small children. The downside was a bachelor party organized by a group of guests who could not respect the tourists...

Cisza i spokój. Fajny klimat mazur. Czysto, przyjemnie. Bardzo mili właściciele. Wrócimy tu z rodziną...

Room with bathroom. Large double bed. Basic equipment. The most important advantage for the summer: the room is cool despite the heat outside. There are little tables in front of the house. Kitchen available. Surroundings beautiful, green well-kept garden. Peace and quiet. In the suburbs, close to the lake, beach, amphitheater. Great place.

The owners will do anything to make you feel at home here. Peace and quiet and at the same time close to Mrągowo. I heartily recommend

The place is generally okay, but it gives 3/5 because, first of all, there was a septic tank and, secondly, no hot water (to our attention that there is no hot water, the owner reacted: it is impossible!) But in the evening hot water was already coming from the tap. It is better to arrange everything with the owner by e-mail or text message: otherwise you can be disappointed when paying ... 3 people...

Best place to stay and relax in Mrągowo! The owner was really helpful, generous and communicative. They provided us nice facilities including BBQ and fish-smoking place!

A good hotel to explore the beautiful lakes from. It's a massive hotel that provides anything you may wish for: spa, pool, karaoke, playgrounds for kids, video games etc. Our kids enjoyed them all. Also, we highly enjoyed our dinner from the menu. And that view on the terrace was just excellent!

Mixed feelings. It's a large complex with many amenities. However, right now they're undergoing renovation, so you bump into scaffolding and blocked paths at every corner. The price is not adjusted anyhow to compensate for the inconveniences caused by the renovation. They also charge 20pln/night for parking which makes no sense since they're located outside if city centre with plenty of space around...

The food and service in the dining hall was excellent with Engish written on the menus. Staff were friendly and helpful (not always in Poland). 3 swimming pools were great but no one told us they changed the hours as of 1 Sept so we couldn't use the pool and have breakfast which was disappointing. Wi fi was intermittent and weak in places and there was a brief power cut (fair enough) not for long....

Good location with lovely view over the lake. Lots of facilities to use. Gym is small but pretty well equipped. Spa part with swimming pools and sauna. Rooms are ok. Unfortunately the hairdryer in our room didn't work. We didn't eat at the two available restaurants, other than breakfast. Large breakfast buffet which was very good. Overall very pleased with the stay.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that you can stay. The wiew is perfect. But They charge extra money for everything for example child bad,…etc. Also There was no English speaking staff.

Very good hotel! Its located on the lake. Breakfast was great. The rooms were wide and comfortable and the lady in the reception was very kind and helps and advise us a lot!

To balance my previous review which ended up with 6. a more objective number would be around 7.5-8 for that period of stay.

The staff was friendly and nice. We arrived late in the night and they had prepared snacks for us (we missed our supper). Also if you have special diet(no gluten,vegetarian etc) ask at reception and at the restaurant they'll serve special food for you The parking is additional paid (10zl). The room was clean although you can hear other guests in the next door.

Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options to pick from.

This place was amazing! The staff was really kind, the view from the room was mesmerizing and the breakfast was delicious. Also the drinks and dessert were very tasty!

The hotel has an amazing view. It's very clean and the food is amazing. Most of the personnel is very nice and listens to you. Overall it was a great experience. Most of the rooms look very nice, we had a bit uglier room but that is fine. The beds are so good that it's hard to get up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with great breakfast. But too hot since there were no ac in either the room or anywhere else.

Nice stay during the business trip. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Very Good breakfast. I can imagine the holiday with family there.

Nice and friendly employees, but a lot of them just speak polish and maybe some english. So it's sometimes a little bit hard to communicate if you want something "special" or if something doesn't work out. But at the reception you usually find someone who speaks english, at least during the day. Rooms are nice, and the pool and sauna are okay but not very big. Sauna is maybe for 4-6 people.

Unique view of the lake. Friendly German-speaking staff who are happy to help with any questions / problems. Boat rental directly at the jetty - even a rowing boat. Really good to relax. Unfortunately there was no possibility to lie at the lake and have a drink or enjoy snacks, because the bar was closed the whole day. The equipment is reasonable at this price, but in the midsummer it gets unbearably...

Nice hotel at the lake with a superb possibility for a lovely morning swim. Rooms are clean, i had a balcony with the lake view. Breakfast are good, served as buffet. Very friendly & professional staff. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
