Stunning place in a friendly and quiet town with beautiful park, Gothic bridges. Zamek (Castle) hotel is like a home away from home. Located in the centre of town, close to shops and other historical buildings.

We only visited and did not stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant. The castle is ok, but relatively expensive and there isn't so much to see. The torture museum is quite complete and, as it should be, a bit upsetting.

Good but not something special... price is overrated as it is a hotel and bar price could be lower... the best was the ticket seller old guy speaking in three different languages!!! Respect!

This is probably one of the best castles I've ever seen in Poland. I like how many detailed stuff there are etc, like this is just so good! No other Castle can beat their Castle. I wish I could go here for fun. I've only been here two times but this is so good. Infinite out of infinite.

Great place for a castle and history enthusiast, the castle and town are rich in historical landmarks, in cycling distance from many interesting locations eg Swieta Lipka. Super nice staff, amazing exploring space for kids with many Harry Potterseque items. Spend Easter here with family. Very nice breakfasts and dinners. Castle is illuminated in the night, tons of birds in park surrounding the castle...

I have been looking forward to visiting this castle for a long time. Not only did we visit, but we slept here for one night. The whole experience is worth more than 5 stars and we shall definitely return. In comparison with Nidzicy Castle, this is far better and they allow you to explore many areas of the grounds. This is excellent for kids to learn and explore with a few attractions such as pig racing...

Śniadania bardzo smaczne duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocni właściciele hotelu stwarzają przemiłą atmosferę. Czystość obiektu na bardzo wysokim poziomie, wszędzie pachnie, basen i jakuzzi są co chwilę myte i dezynfekowane. Gorąco polecam ten obiekt tym, którzy chcą odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju.

An ideal place for people who want to rest peacefully. Unfortunately, you cannot eat lunch or dinner here and the nearest restaurant is a few kilometers away. Pool until 8pm and curfew, so no crazy parties. Friendly owners, nice ladies from the service, air conditioning.

A good hotel to explore the beautiful lakes from. It's a massive hotel that provides anything you may wish for: spa, pool, karaoke, playgrounds for kids, video games etc. Our kids enjoyed them all. Also, we highly enjoyed our dinner from the menu. And that view on the terrace was just excellent!

Mixed feelings. It's a large complex with many amenities. However, right now they're undergoing renovation, so you bump into scaffolding and blocked paths at every corner. The price is not adjusted anyhow to compensate for the inconveniences caused by the renovation. They also charge 20pln/night for parking which makes no sense since they're located outside if city centre with plenty of space around...

The food and service in the dining hall was excellent with Engish written on the menus. Staff were friendly and helpful (not always in Poland). 3 swimming pools were great but no one told us they changed the hours as of 1 Sept so we couldn't use the pool and have breakfast which was disappointing. Wi fi was intermittent and weak in places and there was a brief power cut (fair enough) not for long....

Good location with lovely view over the lake. Lots of facilities to use. Gym is small but pretty well equipped. Spa part with swimming pools and sauna. Rooms are ok. Unfortunately the hairdryer in our room didn't work. We didn't eat at the two available restaurants, other than breakfast. Large breakfast buffet which was very good. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options to pick from.

This place was amazing! The staff was really kind, the view from the room was mesmerizing and the breakfast was delicious. Also the drinks and dessert were very tasty!

The hotel has an amazing view. It's very clean and the food is amazing. Most of the personnel is very nice and listens to you. Overall it was a great experience. Most of the rooms look very nice, we had a bit uglier room but that is fine. The beds are so good that it's hard to get up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice stay during the business trip. The rooms were clean and sufficient. Very Good breakfast. I can imagine the holiday with family there.

Nice and friendly employees, but a lot of them just speak polish and maybe some english. So it's sometimes a little bit hard to communicate if you want something "special" or if something doesn't work out. But at the reception you usually find someone who speaks english, at least during the day. Rooms are nice, and the pool and sauna are okay but not very big. Sauna is maybe for 4-6 people.

Hot tub with bar service. NO hot tea kettle in room or available. No coffee available until 7:00 a.m for us early risers. No AC

Unique view of the lake. Friendly German-speaking staff who are happy to help with any questions / problems. Boat rental directly at the jetty - even a rowing boat. Really good to relax. Unfortunately there was no possibility to lie at the lake and have a drink or enjoy snacks, because the bar was closed the whole day. The equipment is reasonable at this price, but in the midsummer it gets unbearably...

Nice hotel at the lake with a superb possibility for a lovely morning swim. Rooms are clean, i had a balcony with the lake view. Breakfast are good, served as buffet. Very friendly & professional staff. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

Lovely location by the lake. Did not realise on booking would have to walk up a steep incline to get to/from castle for breakfast and other facilities. Had an issue with our air conditioning but staff worked with us to reach an agreeable solution. Breakfast, pool and spa facilities were very good. Fire show was impressive. Castle itself very impressive to wonder around and enjoy.

Hotel is quite big and from good stuff: breakfast is really good and a lot to choose from. Bowling, SPA x2 is also nice. But rooms needs renovation. In our room there was literally birds shit on the curtain, wallpaper is basically falling off the walls and with no AC was super hard to stand in the room. So if choosing, best take best rooms or non as they do need a renovation for some time already....

We really enjoyed our stay: cozy historical surroundings, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, relaxing visit to two swimming pools and sauna area, pleasant and helpful staff. We definitely recommend a visit.

We stayed here for 3 full days as a couple. Hotel has amazing territory with your own beach where you can swim in a lake, rent bikes, volleyball etc. Rooms are old, they have see better times better to get one with balcony. WiFi was also bad in our room during the most time of the day. Location is 10km from Mikolajki so far is a need

Very nice and quiet place. It was so peaceful and quiet even when there was a wedding downstairs. Clean and contemporary rooms. Great breakfast. There was only one minus - the road from city is not suitable for cars with low suspension. So, I suggested to go there only by car which will be good for wild roads... However, apart that (and maybe therefore) - you will spend very peaceful time there.

Very good place to take a rest and services are very good. lt has very small pool, and way to hotel is bit bad around .2km Over all l enjoyed to be here 😉

We have had a night in economy bungalow. A nice view from terrace to the lake, trees and other bungalows. Enough cool room, so suitable for hot summer. Refregirator, kettle, Herbapol tea, bottle of water in room. Clean room and territory. Quiet place among trees. Wifi just in main building. Pleasant staff. Unique delicious breakfast, tasty coffee. Single rooms are small and would call claustrophobic. TV sat, hairdryer, fridge, basic cosmetics, tea, coffee, A/C available in rooms. If you need iron call reception. Quiet area, access to small sandy beach and marina.

An amazing stay with a wonderful river view. Great food and great activities for the kids. SPA and pool nicely equipped.

It is 4 star but feels like 3 star, breakfast and lunch were ok , self serviced (kind of all inclusive concept). Ale carte restaurants are a bit pricey but good. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

Beautiful grounds with many play facilities for children, elegant interior, somewhat dated but very charming. Our son enjoyed a lot the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms with lake views are of course recommended.

Amazing villa !!! Sitting on the lake. The villa has two pleasant and fully equipped floors. The main hotel features an indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is rich and tasty and the price is reasonable.

We spent a few days at the hotel at the turn of February and March, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is very elegant, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The highlight was the breathtaking lake view—absolutely worth everything! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide selection, and the dinners were simply amazing...

This is a truly beautiful hotel with a very unique design. The rooms are separated from the main building and accessible through a covered and uncovered bridge. The spa offers lots of different saunas, steam baths and showers. It is walking distance to the center of town and port. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

Visited for a night while kayaking nearby (3 rooms, 7 people in total). Superb location, walkable distane to the city, and all the restaurants. View from the rooms... stunning! Breakfast, spa, parking, billiards, and bowling. You get what you can enjoy. The only thing I would recommend in the near future would be water taxi to the city (even if paid; on the room).

Getting better. Keep it up. Varied rental of water equipment and bicycles. There is also a pub with beer and food. A big plus for the new and comfortable bathroom with showers and sink for washing dishes. The marina is also becoming more and more friendly every year. Nice done resort, didn't stay in the resort overnight but used the port. plenty of space, easy parking for buoys, clean showers and toilets. Relatively cheap for a 15-minute walk to Mikołajki. In 2019, mooring 45, electricity 10, showers PLN 1 = 1 min

Part of the center of the modern part is still asking for a lot of work. Cottages closer to the beach, old but clean, in the higher part more modern. Unfortunately, there is only a small marina there. The upside is that all the noise from the city remains on the other side of the lake. The equipment of these old houses is very poor, poorly with a place outside.

Quiet Peaceful Place. 24-hour mooring PLN 30 + electricity 10 PLN. WC (free) and showers (PLN 10) are well-kept. The boatswain (very nice and friendly) is always there to help.

I must praise the boatswain, but whoever put up buoys in the water had no imagination. They are too close to the quay. Moreover, one toilet for 40 people is a misunderstanding. For several hours no one came to her to clean up. If not for the boatswain, the assessment would be negative.

The views from the hotel are the most beautiful in Mikołajki. Kitchen 10. Super service

Helpful and friendly service. Room nice and clean. And above all, a sensational view from the balcony, the whole panorama of Mikołajki. We were with a child and despite the occupied premises next door, we could sleep peacefully, there is no reverberation through the walls and soundproofed windows are a big plus. I definitely recommend it.

A wonderful place with atmosphere, delicious food, great Owners and Employees. Peace and quiet, no children. Over 100m shoreline of the Krutynia River, where a dozen or so people will find a private sphere for themselves. Possibility of canoeing, use of the bar on site, delicious local food in restaurants within a radius of about 10 km (Oberża pod Psem, Potockich Restaurant, etc.). I recommend visiting...

The Kraina Alkos is absolutely the best and most relaxing hotel I've ever been to. We've had already very high expectations and they were exceeded by far. I loved the familiar atmosphere that we felt during our entire stay and the deep connection to the nature, that we felt in every corner of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, home made and with love. There was a great offer for outdoor activities...
