The hotel is nice, but the service is lacking. Much of the staff were unable to answer basic questions like what does a certain item on their menu contain. And rather thab find out, they ignore you or direct you to someone else, who probably also does not know the answer. Location is excellent and right at the beach, surrounded by many restaurants.

Everything is at the highest level. I like this hotel because I always feel like a premium guest. I am always treated like that. In addition, the hotel is in the very center of Sopot, so it is close to the pier or Monciak. I recommend it to everyone

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance.... I made a reservation right away.. I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view. The area is filled with lots of attractions and public events for hotel guests. There are plenty of dining options on property and off property, and all taste good. The beach was relaxing!

Loved this hotel! Lovely rooms, beautiful pool area with whirpools, very tasty food (especially pistachio ice cream and peanut butter brownies with raspberries!!!) + bonus points for sushi for dinner. The outside area was also very big and comfortable. Only small minus are the evening events which could be a bit better and maybe in English sometimes. But overall it was really really good!

Everything was beyond expectations, we came by bike and had indoor parking for it and also for our luggage when our train was later than check out, so we had time in between to visit sopot The staff were nice and very helpful, the interior is so beautiful the designer did an amazing job. The hotel is very well located with a few minute walk to the beach. It is new so all the facilites and the rooms have the feeling of freshness. Regarding the Sofitel in Sopot, the location and service were fantastic, truly enhancing my stay. However, it’s time to consider updating the rooms, which still reflect the 1980s and 90s, with more modern designs.

Absolutely stunning hotel with 5+ star treatment and services. They even clean your room a second time each day. Great staff. You’re treated like royalty. Right on the beach, very close to numerous restaurants, the pier and even a small Starbucks a few hundred feet away on the beach. Recommended.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The building is incredibly beautiful and impressive. The sea view is absolutely stunning. The staff is very attentive. Gifts are provided for children. We are 100% satisfied. Just a note — the hotel is quite old, and the interior design might feel a bit dated to some.

Great hotel! Room has a really good atmosphere, and amenities. Different teas and coffees made me feel really welcomed. Staff is very helpful. View is stunning- at the main square, and if you close the window you don’t even hear the street, so it is not noisy as it seems. They also have a small sauna :) I hope to come back some times!

Best location, good value (off season) BUT THE PILLOWS! I can't actually understand it, they did the renovation, spend lots of money, but they decided to look for the pillows in some garbage. Dear hotel manager, sleepless night due to cheap pillows thin as air can (and will!) ruin even the best hotel experience.

It’s a great hotel with a great location! Does not get any closer to the beautiful white beach because you are on the beach! It has 4 wings. It’s important to book the room placed in the newly renovated wing, with the ground floor private deck. The room and the bathroom are really of high standard (four stars +). The view is exceptional…It’s a shame that some other rooms have not the same standard...

I wanted to put 3.5 stars cuz 3 is not enought and 4 is too much.... No air condituining... in rooms.... a kinda not good in summer...old hotel but still maintained in good condition... the high price is justified by the private beach... very close to center and other facilities in town

It is a nice hotel. Location on the sea side, access directly at the beach. Actually part of hotel is on refurbishing. Clean, good food. The employee was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! Thank you for everything :)

A bit run down but good staff and close to the beach and the centre

We have been coming here for 3 years because of the location. The dune gate and the beach are inexpensive! Nothing nice from the outside, but inside a renovated apartment with two navy blue rooms, an amazing smell worth recommending.

This is a newly renovated hotel with very CLEAN rooms and new beds with new tv's. The desk is staffed 24 hours per day and it is a SAFE place. It is only a 30 second walk to the promenade on the beach, and only five minutes to Burstyn for great food. I have been here twice and I highly recommend it for quality without paying too much!!

I really enjoyed my stay in Poland in Haffner hotel. Rooms were nice, food in Xander restaurant delicious but with unpredicted weather We enjoyed wellness area the most. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Staff is really polite and welcoming. The hotel is a bit too far from the Sopot centre in my taste if you need to go back and forth some times during the day. We missed fresh juice at breakfast and bread was sometimes a bit dry. Other breads felt fresh from the oven. Pool area was good, towels handed out before swimming. Good powerful shower, the entire hotel interior and exterior aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Very convenient location as located at top of Monte Cassino Street leading to the longest wooden pier in Europe. A super hotel reasonanly priced, clean and tidy perfect for couples also families as we had two small children with us. Pet dogs allowed to make this an enjoyable stay for everyone. Visited the spa. The sauna was very nice, and massage. The peeling was however to strong and left my back damaged and infected, and with pain that lasted days. If I go again I will make sure to ask for a lighter version.

This is a charming little hotel perfectly situated steps from the beach. The rooms were very clean and the wait staff and reception took necessary covid precautions. Our room was one of the smaller ones but just right, given that we were only in our room to sleep. Great value for money. Rooms are large enough. Bathrooms are small but have a large shower with good quality appliance. More importantly I have never seen a city with more beautiful women in one weekend and I spent two years travelling the world.

Perfect location near the city railway station (without any disturbing noise) and the main pedestrian street. The breakfast-buffe' was excellent and had a rich variation for all tastes.
