We just had a Great week here at the Grand Hotel Sopot ! Every day started with one of the delicious breakfast menues, and there was a great variety to choose from. The room service and reception took care of any little wish and request that one could Imagine, overall a wonderful experience.

The Sofitel Grand Sopot, was the venue for our wedding dinner for about 30 guests in October 2023. Everything was perfectly organised, the service fully professional, very helpful and nice. The dinner consisted of a starter, 2 courses and dessert. The food was delicious, beautifully served, over-the-top and mouth-watering. Very nice hotel. Visited for a conference. Very nice room, but too small bottles for shampoo and body soap. Very friendly staff. Close to the very nice beach. Can recommend the hotel.

Loved this hotel! Lovely rooms, beautiful pool area with whirpools, very tasty food (especially pistachio ice cream and peanut butter brownies with raspberries!!!) + bonus points for sushi for dinner. The outside area was also very big and comfortable. Only small minus are the evening events which could be a bit better and maybe in English sometimes. But overall it was really really good!

Everything was beyond expectations, we came by bike and had indoor parking for it and also for our luggage when our train was later than check out, so we had time in between to visit sopot The staff were nice and very helpful, the interior is so beautiful the designer did an amazing job. I had a night stay to celebrate my birthday and it was an incredible experience. Stayed the weekend for a concert. Amazing spa facilities, great room, restaurant/bar, and amazing staff. Radisson Blu is my to-go-to hotel and this one didn't disappoint. Had an extremely happy stay!

The hotel is very well located with a few minute walk to the beach. It is new so all the facilites and the rooms have the feeling of freshness. I got a superior room with a terrace and it is really spacious with a very wide bed. The bathroom has a full sized bathtub - sadly with no curtain so when you shower you have water all over. Great hotel! Room has a really good atmosphere, and amenities. Different teas and coffees made me feel really welcomed. Staff is very helpful. View is stunning- at the main square, and if you close the window you don’t even hear the street, so it is not noisy as it seems. They also have a small sauna :) I hope to come back some times!

Great food and great service. The staff was incredibly nice and very well spoken in English. Vide range of breakfast buffet and incredibly good food during dinner. Massages (hot stone and sports) were very relaxing and they accommodated well to people with psoriasis. Cocktails were maybe a bit too alcoholic and kids crying in the morning because they can't get a piece of cake is also not ideal. But...

Nice hotel. Everything is clean, neat, regular cleaning, there is a Spa (extra charge), swimming pool, sauna, large meeting room, which can be divided into three separate smaller capacity. Near the center of Sopot, and on the train ride to Gdansk and Gdynia. How adequate are the price - can't say I'm here on a business trip.

Good powerful shower, the entire hotel interior and exterior aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Very convenient location as located at top of Monte Cassino Street leading to the longest wooden pier in Europe. Very polite service and lots of choices at breakfast buffet including hot and cold offerings. Highly enjoyable stay.

An absolutely first class hotel in every way. The well-appointed room was a good size, and the large bed was exceptionally comfortable. All of the staff were helpful and efficient, and very friendly. The excellent breakfast was varied each day with plenty of choice, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Highly recommended indeed.

Except for the carpet… great experience! The food was amazing, the staff is super friendly and always available for literally any question/suggestion and always welcoming and smiling! It’s definitely worth more then 2 star! And the location is just perfect! Close enough to everything, yet far enough from all the noise.

Visited the spa. The sauna was very nice, and massage. The peeling was however to strong and left my back damaged and infected, and with pain that lasted days. If I go again I will make sure to ask for a lighter version.

This is a charming little hotel perfectly situated steps from the beach. The rooms were very clean and the wait staff and reception took necessary covid precautions. Our room was one of the smaller ones but just right, given that we were only in our room to sleep. What an amazing stay at Hotel Aqua Sopot! My room was very beautiful, overlooking the forest, clean and calm. Hotel is very cozy overall, away from the hustle and bustle of central sopot, but within a very close proximity. Close to the beach and beautiful forest nearby. The hotel is great, it has good location (5 min to the beach), the food is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is soooo friendly and helpful (thank you, Martina, for taking photos for our group!!). I highly recommend it!

Excellent, reasonable priced, medium size hotel. Great location, very near to the beautiful beach. Secure underground car park available for 30pln a day. They accept pets as well. The hotel is very clean, rooms are nicely furnished, with useful features, like a kettle and AC. Very clean bathrooms, equipped with the hair dryer and basic cosmetics. Clean, soft, white towels and nice crisp white bedding...

A super hotel reasonanly priced, clean and tidy perfect for couples also families as we had two small children with us. Pet dogs allowed to make this an enjoyable stay for everyone. The staff very good and very helpful, nice location too not far from beach. About 20 min walk to main square. Would definitely stay there again.

Tip your housekeeper. They're cleaning up after your mess. Pleasure staying here. The staff is very friendly and they all speak English!!!! The area is filled with lots of attractions and public events for hotel guests. There are plenty of dining options on property and off property, and all taste good. The beach was relaxing!

Great location and lovely atmosphere albeit if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member prepare that no benefit is provided. No effort made by the staff not even a one hour late check out. Very disappointing service experience both breakfast ( tho the selection is really great) and by the beach.

Good for business meetings normally. Good bar service. But too many arrogant people with dogs smelling up the lounge. Nasty.

7 nights private stay at Sheraton. The hospitality and friendliness is excellent. Just next to sea and quite a central location.

For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! A bit run down but good staff and close to the beach and the centre

Quiet hotel situated in a beautiful location. A short walk to the famous wooden pier. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, comfortable beds and good quality and tasty food. Ideal for a business stay in a larger group or holiday. Sandy beaches and freely accessible.

The rooms here were great. Service was not impressive by any means. The spa was booked and it was required to pay for use of the pool. Wish we would have know this prior to booking.

My husband and I stayed one night and absolutely loved it. One of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at so far. The only downside is parking is quite expensive. The hotel was so quiet (but during the week and off season). We enjoyed the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. What a relaxing time and the highlight of our trip to the Gdańsk area!

TO THE OWNERS- the Lady bedaine thé counter( long hair)was Not nice!-she don't now that in this business !!!-the customer is right and You don't tell them that are wrong.- BIG MISTAKE!- one more waitress should be employed- waiting too long for food.The place is nice.

Best location, good value (off season) BUT THE PILLOWS! I can't actually understand it, they did the renovation, spend lots of money, but they decided to look for the pillows in some garbage. Dear hotel manager, sleepless night due to cheap pillows thin as air can (and will!) ruin even the best hotel experience.

It’s a great hotel with a great location! Does not get any closer to the beautiful white beach because you are on the beach! It has 4 wings. It’s important to book the room placed in the newly renovated wing, with the ground floor private deck. The room and the bathroom are really of high standard (four stars +). The view is exceptional…It’s a shame that some other rooms have not the same standard...

I wanted to put 3.5 stars cuz 3 is not enought and 4 is too much.... No air condituining... in rooms.... a kinda not good in summer...old hotel but still maintained in good condition... the high price is justified by the private beach... very close to center and other facilities in town

Perfect location near the city railway station (without any disturbing noise) and the main pedestrian street. The breakfast-buffe' was excellent and had a rich variation for all tastes.

Nice stay. Great location. Beach right away. A nice walk to Sopot Pier with plenty of beach bars nearby. Electric scooters just outside too to get around. Street car parking available for 3 PLN per hour Mon-Fri 9-20.

This hotel (3*) is better than Scandic (4*), and has a sea view!

I recently stayed here with my wife and young son,everyone from the restaurant staff to the reception desk was awesome,the room was nice but a little small for 3 but that’s my fault for not getting a bigger room,I would recommend this hotel! Great job guys 👍

Great value for money. Rooms are large enough. Bathrooms are small but have a large shower with good quality appliance. More importantly I have never seen a city with more beautiful women in one weekend and I spent two years travelling the world.

Perfect location if you want to live a stone throw away from the beach! Each morning you wake up to the sound of the ocean. The hotel is only a 3-star, but if you're not planning to stay much at the hotel that's perfect!

It's nice and clean. The staff are somewhat nice. We had an incident where the staff thought we were smoking inside the rooms because we had butts in a packet on the table. We just didn't wanna through the butts on the streets and she didn't ask us if we did. She just very menacingly told us we couldn't smoke in the rooms. That was uncomfortable but we told the staff the next day about what happened...

Hotel with best views and you need to book long in advance if you want a room in summer view on sea. Very kind staff and they speak French!

Location was very good, a short walk to Sopot and seconds to the beach. The food was varied and good, ample parking available.

Von außen sieht das Hotel nicht wirklich einladend aus, Freunde von mit bezeichneten die Umgebung als "Knast", ganz so schlimm finde ich es nicht. Die Zimmer sind echt in Ordnung, Sanitärraume sind sauber, aber nicht luxuriös. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes und alles in allem ist es durchschnittliches Hotel oder gutes Hostel.
