While walking from the spa to the swimming pool changing room to use the facilities, I encountered an older male employee who spoke to me in a rude manner. Great food and great service. The staff was incredibly nice and very well spoken in English. Vide range of breakfast buffet and incredibly good food during dinner. Massages (hot stone and sports) were very relaxing and they accommodated well to people with psoriasis. Nice hotel. Everything is clean, neat, regular cleaning, there is a Spa (extra charge), swimming pool, sauna, large meeting room, which can be divided into three separate smaller capacity. Near the center of Sopot, and on the train ride to Gdansk and Gdynia. How adequate are the price - can't say I'm here on a business trip.

The hotel is nice, but the service is lacking. Much of the staff were unable to answer basic questions like what does a certain item on their menu contain. And rather thab find out, they ignore you or direct you to someone else, who probably also does not know the answer. Location is excellent and right at the beach, surrounded by many restaurants.

The area is filled with lots of attractions and public events for hotel guests. There are plenty of dining options on property and off property, and all taste good. The beach was relaxing!

Great location and lovely atmosphere albeit if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member prepare that no benefit is provided. No effort made by the staff not even a one hour late check out. Very disappointing service experience both breakfast ( tho the selection is really great) and by the beach.

Loved this hotel! Lovely rooms, beautiful pool area with whirpools, very tasty food (especially pistachio ice cream and peanut butter brownies with raspberries!!!) + bonus points for sushi for dinner. The outside area was also very big and comfortable. Only small minus are the evening events which could be a bit better and maybe in English sometimes. But overall it was really really good!

Everything was beyond expectations, we came by bike and had indoor parking for it and also for our luggage when our train was later than check out, so we had time in between to visit sopot The staff were nice and very helpful, the interior is so beautiful the designer did an amazing job. Visited the spa. The sauna was very nice, and massage. The peeling was however to strong and left my back damaged and infected, and with pain that lasted days. If I go again I will make sure to ask for a lighter version.

We stayed in one of the suites on the fourth floor, so we had a spacious room. But passing by an open door on the third floor, I saw what others have commented on concerning small rooms. Great value for money. Rooms are large enough. Bathrooms are small but have a large shower with good quality appliance. More importantly I have never seen a city with more beautiful women in one weekend and I spent two years travelling the world.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Sopot. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. I would recommend Rezydent Sopot for a great location on the Polish riviera.

Good powerful shower, the entire hotel interior and exterior aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Very convenient location as located at top of Monte Cassino Street leading to the longest wooden pier in Europe. The rooms here were great. Service was not impressive by any means. The spa was booked and it was required to pay for use of the pool. Wish we would have know this prior to booking.

My husband and I stayed one night and absolutely loved it. One of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at so far. The only downside is parking is quite expensive. The hotel was so quiet (but during the week and off season). We enjoyed the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. What a relaxing time and the highlight of our trip to the Gdańsk area!

A super hotel reasonanly priced, clean and tidy perfect for couples also families as we had two small children with us. Pet dogs allowed to make this an enjoyable stay for everyone. Since our goal was to find a place where we could sleep quietly at night & be close to everything, this location is perfect, only one block to Monte Cassino. Our room is comfortable & quiet, breakfasts area delicious and the staff are very helpful. We will be back.

View is stunning- at the main square, and if you close the window you don’t even hear the street, so it is not noisy as it seems. They also have a small sauna :) I hope to come back some times!

TO THE OWNERS- the Lady bedaine thé counter( long hair)was Not nice!-she don't now that in this business !!!-the customer is right and You don't tell them that are wrong.- BIG MISTAKE!- one more waitress should be employed- waiting too long for food.The place is nice.

Best location, good value (off season) BUT THE PILLOWS! I can't actually understand it, they did the renovation, spend lots of money, but they decided to look for the pillows in some garbage. Dear hotel manager, sleepless night due to cheap pillows thin as air can (and will!) ruin even the best hotel experience.

It’s a great hotel with a great location! Does not get any closer to the beautiful white beach because you are on the beach! It has 4 wings. It’s important to book the room placed in the newly renovated wing, with the ground floor private deck. The room and the bathroom are really of high standard (four stars +). The view is exceptional…It’s a shame that some other rooms have not the same standard...

Perfect location if you want to live a stone throw away from the beach! Each morning you wake up to the sound of the ocean. The hotel is only a 3-star, but if you're not planning to stay much at the hotel that's perfect!

It's nice and clean. The staff are somewhat nice. We had an incident where the staff thought we were smoking inside the rooms because we had butts in a packet on the table. We just didn't wanna through the butts on the streets and she didn't ask us if we did. She just very menacingly told us we couldn't smoke in the rooms. That was uncomfortable but we told the staff the next day about what happened...
