Radisson Blu Hotel Sopot

The hotel is carrying out a noisy refurbishment in the restaurant area which makes it impossible to enjoy breakfast or dinner normally. When I wanted to shorten my stay the hotel staff said there was nothing they could do as the booking was made via booking dot com even though I had a last minute cancellation - if I had known at the time of check in that the refurbishment was starting the next day I would have cancelled my stay. The hotel did nothing to find a solution, instead sending restaurant staff with wine to our room which of course I did not accept. The standard of breakfast has dropped dramatically in 4 years, the rooms show signs of wear and tear, the service is terrible - no willingness to support and misleading the guest at every turn. The most terrible stay of my life. Edit: I did not accept any sweets and my booking was planned from 23rd to 28th June, I just had two separate reservations and I didn't extend my stay. The sweets were to be given to the child in exchange for opting out of the room cleaning but even this the hotel could not do.

Lack of culture in the spa area. You should not touch the benches in dry sauna with your skin but rather sit on a towel. In a proper place there is somebody that takes care of the place and reminds people, but here nobody’s there from the staff. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful or nice. Pool is usually full with people and their noisy babies so don’t find relax there.

Deleting my review will not change my mind .
Giving me a superior room without the bathroom upgrade that most of them have and telling me it was just my luck isnt right .
Also having to check in 3 times and give details 3 times and after all that my keys wouldn't work on the door .
The bathrooms are not all upgraded . I had a bath with a shower attachment and both my friends had lovely new walk in showers .
You dont understand . Some still have the old fashioned bath with shower attachment and some have the walk in mist showers. Its not hard to understand or is it just a deflection tactic.

We were in spa with the gift voucher.
It was noted that gym is included unlimited, but the woman in spa reception (blond hair) said that “unfortunately it costs additional”.
We were upset, because came specially for gym & pool.
Swimpool ok. There is no salt cave, bit poor for such hotel.
