A great hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean, the ceilings are very high. The very center of the city, all the sights are within walking distance. There is a brasserie downstairs, but the rooms are quiet

DO NOT STAY IN 304!!!!!!!!!
Aircon not working and staff not willing to do anything about it!
They also lie too. Told us that working fridge is not included in the price, but in reality it was just faulty.
Told that will receive a call with some solution with Aircon-no call received.
We opened the windows so we have some air, but as hotel is on the main street, couldn’t sleep because noise was way too loud.

Really lovely hotel, ideally situated near train station. We were b&b but also had dinner one of the nights. Food was lovely and staff really helpful and friendly. Particularly Artur who talked us through the tasting beers! Should devinitely try! Bartosz served us for dinner and despite it being really busy was so polite and helpful. Reception and housekeeping staff also really friendly and helpful. Gdansk is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. Easy walking distance to everything.

Don't go here if there's any chance that friends will turn up after you've ordered because they'll add your bills together and refuse to let you pay separately.

Had a fantastic stay. Room was very clean and lovely/spacious.
Bar had a lively atmosphere and delicious food. We found ourselves coming back there quite often. Our server (i believe his name is Artur) was super friendly and despite having to often manage many tables he would always check in to ask if we needed anything else. He suggested good bars and clubs to visit which were great recommendations.

The room is nice, clean and modern! The staff was polite and helpfull.
The location of the hotel is close to Long market, forum mall, Christmas market etc. The breakfast was good but they should get better at refilling the food because f.eks. the cheese had seen better days. We got a room close to the traffic, so if you are a light sleeper that could effect your sleep. But all in all a very good hotel. I recommend it.

The hotel boked a cab for us to the AirPort.
The cabdriver asked for 140 zloty and said only cash. He tried to fool us.
The driver didnt have facemask and the frontlights didnt work on the car so the police stopped us.
Tourist should be able to trust the hotel members and taxi companies they partner with.

Very nice place to stay close to the train station and the city center. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms. Special thanks to Katarzyna for her great tipps to explore Gdansk!

Very pleasant stay, lovely room and staff. Prices are very good, the hotel is well located so easy to get to the city center and they have very nice homemade beer and a great bar!
