We stayed for the New Year's party 25/26. Food was great, staff very friendly. The room was lovely but located in a separate building, so we had to make our way back half-wet from the pool through the snow ss the hairdryers did not work. A few simple fixes could make the hotel much better. Adding some more exciting games to the Games room. Having a life guard at the pool. Fixing hairdryers.

Beware! Extra fees on arrival! We booked via Booking so we arrived thinking all had been paid (like with all the other hotels we stayed in) but when we arrived they welcomed us with more unexpected fees to pay! For example, even though our booking says "2 beds", they charged us for the bed-linen of the 2nd bed!!! Staff were unreasonable. Avoid.

Photos in booking do not correspond to the reality. Old furniture, rooms smell like they are 50 years old. Good that we checked in pretty late and it was just a sleepover place. Not a pleasant place to stay for the money they ask.

The best place for rest with children - amazing playgrounds inside and outside, several parks nearby and of course - the sea and beach in 50m :))))

This is not a hotel worth the money. Location is not the best, few good restaurants here. The rooms are worn down and thin walls and doors makes it noisy. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel is not good. Very few options. Also the personel is not that helpful that you should expect. Pick another hotel closer to Sopot that's cheaper and probably better.

Looking at the price for appartment it seems pretty old. For sure more expensove rooms needs refreshing. Was expecting something more for the price. Some elemnts of bathroom and balcony are dortty old and collapsing.

Unusual design, perfect for conferences and meetings. The bar is cramped and has unaffordable prices. The swimming pool and gym are out of order, contrary to the info on the online page. However, the manager/owner is really nice and helpful, and so are the ladies at the reception desk.

A good hotel with fantastic food and a gorgeous pool. The rooms and ameneties are just OK but the restaurant and pool make this place great. I will definitely visit here again.
