Nice hotel with great position on Old Town just next to Motlava River

Cons:
Rooms look a bit dated. There's really no view since it's surrounded by old buildings that looks like they are about to fall apart.
Pros:
Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. Very unique looking building. Good location, right next to old town. Breakfast selection was great, they even had salmon which I find rare and also some sort of dessert that was super nice. Had some issues with the electricity in my room but I told the staff and within 5 minutes their electrician was there to fix it. Bravo!

- Staff are rude and when we informed them on issued they weren't helpful and stated that we were lying. Additionally, on our way out the receptionist even sweared at us.
- Rooms were not serviced despite multiple complaints.
- Central hotel close to the city centre.
- Heating was on the highest however it was very weak.
- Shower drain didn't work properly.

Nice little hotel. Its value for money. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. Breakfast isnt the best. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful

Our stay was warm and pleasant. Very tidy premises and modern finishings. Very good location and lots of amenities and activities in short walking distance from the Hotel. My overall experience was very pleasant.

This hotel is a hidden pearl in Gdansk old town, Rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. Personal is kind and service minded. Breakfast buffet is comparable to 5 start hotel. Only problem is sound isolation in the rooms, you can hear your the other guest but that was not something that bothered me
