After a weekend spent at the Arka hotel, I am left with a bad taste.
After entering the reception, it was obvious that the hotel needed renovation. The first thing we asked about was the swimming pool. We were informed that no one was using it and it was disconnected due to too much gas consumption. The owner explained to us that the information was on their website, but unfortunately we did not see such information on booking.
Then it was time for the rooms. In one of the three, the plaster was falling off the walls and ceiling. In the second case, there was a fungus on the wall in the bathroom. The last one wasn't in the worst shape. After reporting the matter to the staff, we were told "it's normal".
Another thing is that it was terribly cold in the rooms (the temperature was above zero, so I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had arrived a little earlier). In fact, we were given a heater, but we had to share it among three rooms.
Hot water was available mainly in the morning.
Billiards was included in the price. Unfortunately, at first there was a problem with us being able to use it after hearing that the cues were broken. After a long time, however, we gained access.
As for the jacuzzi, I am attaching a photo, I will not comment on it. We didn't even go to the sauna.
To sum up and take into account the lack of the promised amenities, the price (PLN 800 for two nights per room) and the conditions, I think that you can find a much better hotel at this price.
Anyone who travels to hotels and has a comparison would be very irritated.
The owner was informed about our dissatisfaction and was told that after leaving PLN 2,400 we expected more and demanded a refund of at least the advance payment, but we received nothing.

I came for a 4-day vacation to rest. Because that's the purpose of a vacation ☺️ peace and quiet! Good breakfasts, including really delicious scrambled eggs and soft rolls! Large and cozy rooms, very comfortable beds! Very nice bathrooms! There is a shared terrace, but it didn't stop anything, I just met new cool people :) a really nice hotel, lovely staff and a wonderful owner, it's a pity that people give low reviews because their heads are full of Instagrams and marble hotels that cost PLN 2,000 a day :)
I can confidently recommend this place for a vacation, a trip with children, or even accommodation for a business trip because you really don't need anything else here and the price is really affordable.

A great place to stay in Wisła. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very large and comfortable for a hotel. Bath amenities plus plenty of towels. Each room has access to a balcony. Very clean and I know how laborious it is to maintain the carpets in the rooms and on the stairs. Ample flat parking at no extra charge. Breakfast delicious and varied every day. I would recommend a very pleasant stay to everyone. Particularly noteworthy is the staff who do everything to make the most demanding guest happy. Throughout my stay, I never heard the phrase "impossible". The owner Mrs. Basia and Mr. Janek from the reception and their care for hotel guests is the quintessence of the entire stay.

mega życzliwy personel, parking, dogodne położenie, kameralność obiektu, smaczne i obfite śniadania (obiady tez wyglądały i pachniały dobrze, ale nie korzystaliśmy), przestronny pokój, duża łazienka z komfortowym prysznicem, łóżko miało jeden materac a nie dwa złączone, fajne jacuzzi

A very enjoyable weekend, a small hotel off the beaten track, so peace and quiet, delicious meals, service at the highest level, especially Oliwia mega nice and helpful, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi plus massage (a masseuse commuting but there was no problem with ordering the service), large terrace with deckchairs, a perfect place for a reset from everyday life .. from our side, everything without reservations, maybe except for a short stay ..😁

It's sad they're only five starts to give. I'm giving TEN 😘👍. Very nice and friendly owner. Excellent, family atmosphere. Quiet and relaxing place. Right on for the ones who live a bit of space for themselves. We love it and will visit again. Thanks you all the stuff for your hard work for the benefit of us guests. We love you.
