Good budget hotel in a very convenient place in the city. Very simple rooms with working AC and heater. Bed could be a bit more comfortable. I did not like the fact that the shower and sink were integrated into the small room and should be its own room. It does get a bit noisy because it is right next to the train station.

A budget option for sure. Though, it is missing something that even a budget place should have - no kettle in the room.

The bed is identical to the one in the normal Ibis, though the pillows leave a lot to be desired. Helpful staff can provide extra pillows though.

Breakfast was interesting, following polish norms - sausage, boiled egg, cottage cheese, bread etc. Tasty and worth it for the price.

Biggest issue with the room was the strange light controls that are mounted in the middle of the headboard, so if you sit up you will either bang your head on them or torn a random light on.

Ibis Budget Krakow Stare Miasto offers basic and clean rooms at an affordable price. It is a great option for budget-conscious travelers. Service is straightforward and efficient.

The location is excellent. The hotel is near Krakow's Main Station. No noise from trains. You can use the underground pedestrian tunnel from the train platforms to access it easily. Major attractions are within reach, and transportation options are readily available.

There are some limitations. No electric kettles are provided. Dental kits are available for an extra charge.

Overall, the hotel provides good value for its price and a convenient location. I will definitely stay here again.

We weren't overly impressed with this hotel. We normally love a budget option but this hotel felt on the more extreme scale of this. Can't fault the easy check in and staff were lovely. There was however a strong smell from the drains in our room and the room didn't feel the cleanest. Super close to the centre of Krakow so location is a plus.

Great location near the main railway station. Small room just right for a traveler to sleep the night. Everything is very clean.
More about breakfast:
Juice has a very chemical taste.
Strong coffee. Good selection of different types of milk. Small selection at the salad station. Two types of sausage and two types of cheese. The brie cheese is apparently locally produced, but it lacked richness and softness of taste for me.
From the hot dish was only sausages. And boiled eggs.
Sweets was only shortbread cookies.

The reception was friendly, offering quick check-in and check-out. My room, though compact, was clean and cozy, with a surprisingly comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was tasty, simple yet satisfying. The hotel's location is very convenient, next to the train and bus stations, with easy access to public transport and attractions. It proved that affordability doesn't compromise comfort and convenience.

Extremely clean and room practically laid out. Not far from a major shopping mall and 15 mins walk to Old Town. Staff were very efficient with check in and check out. I would come again.

I chose the hotel over B&B and it was mistake. Best there are the receptionist very helpful. Rest is just overpriced. Small, that should be ok, but non comfortable sleeping. Poor breakfast for priced charged. Better take it without and eat outside.

The hotel is well located (near the city center and the main station), clean and the staff is very kind. However, the very poorly working Air Contioning has ruined the stay experience. The room was definitively too warm: in summer period not worth the price

Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is in a perfect location near the bus and train station. Also located next to the shopping mall. Town square was a 15 minute walk away.
Breakfast was a bit sparse but I was happy as I got my coffee fix in early.
Would definitely return
