Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow. Dinner was amazing, the beds were comfortable and cozy and check out was flawless. There's paid parking on site. The location is central to many restaurants and I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Lovely staff on reception. The pool & jacuzzi were just what we needed on a wet afternoon. Breakfast was amazing....look at everything before you choose! Great takeaway breakfast too when we needed to get out early.

Spa was FANTASTIC! Interior was Beautiful and Clean. Room was a Great Mattress and bedding was also Fantastic. One of the best Breakfasts I ever had! We can't wait to comeback!

The building is beautiful, the staff are nice. The food is good. However, the rooms are aged, tattered, and poor condition. Lightbulbs are out in the room and in the halls, the Jacuzzi has mildew. No AC, the rooms are uncomfortably hot in the summertime. The price does not match the quality.

The exterior of the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is good. The rooms and condition of the hotel are not worth the price. It’s more of a two star hotel. Lightbulbs that have been burnt out and not replaced in the hallways and the bedrooms, the furniture is old and tattered in the rooms and the hallways. No one wants sticky carpet in their room. The pool was nice, but you could still see spots of mildew that needed to be cleaned. This hotel was probably nice 15 years ago. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

The location is excellent. Convenient parking. Rooms are spacious. Staff is courteous and nice.
Above all is the breakfast. Best breakfast ever. The breakfast is varied. All products are fresh. The breakfast area is calm and inviting. Staff is excellent, especially Izabela.
Pool and spa facilities are super.
The first room we were given was relatively small and faced the main road. The room had no air conditioning, so you had to open the window. The noise from the road meant we barely slept the first night. We asked to move rooms, and the problem was solved.
Parking shouldn't cost 49 pln.
Above all is the breakfast. Best breakfast ever. The breakfast is varied. All products are fresh. The breakfast area is calm and inviting. Staff is excellent, especially Izabela.

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again – everything was perfect! The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back again!

I liked the old atmosphere/decoration of the hotel (it is 120 years old). The room was nice with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. It was great to have swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna at the hotel. They also offer relaxation and skin care massages. It is less than 10 minutes walk to train/bus station and to the city centre where you could find plenty of restaurants to chose from. However, you also have a good menu at the hotel restaurant or by ordering room service.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Stamary in Zakopane for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel is beautifully maintained and located just a short walk from Krupówki Street, the vibrant main street of Zakopane, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the town.
The breakfast buffet was excellent — generous in variety and quality, with both hot and cold options, fresh breads, cheeses, eggs, and local specialties. A perfect way to start a day in the mountains.
One of the standout features was the spa area — including a lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and wellness facilities. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking or sightseeing.

The amenities beyond surpassed expectations. There is so much included in this stay, multiple saunas, ice bath, large pool, jacuzzi. All included. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We were close to everything and on a very peaceful street. It is a very easy, convenient walk from the bus station. Close to food, snack shop, a beautiful park. Everyone was ice and helpful. So much included for the price. We would absolutely stay here again!
