My stay here was very comfortable. The staff was helpful; the room was nicely furnished and spacious; the breakfast had plenty of options; the hotel grounds are lovely (there is even a playground for the children!). I also got a massage in the spa --it was lovely. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Zakopane.

Perfect place in center of the city. Parking was kinda risky and full, but we had little bit of luck. Breakfast was good and dinner sometimes perfect and sometimes not. Room for kids is absolutely perfet as well as pool. We had a good time. Thanks

My stay here was very comfortable and the staff were very supportive.
The room furnish takes you back in time, as it’s all antique and special. the hotel grounds are lovely.
I would definitely stay here again when I return to Zakopane.

We feel a five star rating is due. We asked to be moved to another room and was accommodated. The original room is very hot and it is located by the street with very loud cars, people, leaf blowers and buses. Our new room was much better which away from the street. My big question is if we come as a big group and pay same price for room why doesn’t everyone get a beautiful room with balcony and large beds? Some do not get a room as the others but pay same price.

This hotel is a dream!!
While it has no AC, it actually felt quite nice at night with the window open and was very quiet on the fourth floor.
The breakfast was INSANE. Chocolate fountain, bee hive, etc.
The spa was also great. The steam room was my favorite. The garden was filled with adorable bumble bees. The history is always extremely interesting, even serving as a hospital at one point.
Parking was easy and many great places walking distance.

So lovely experience! Hotel is amazingly beautiful, service is so attentive and proelfessional, spa is greatly cared and the breakfast was delicious. No words to describe it, thanks a lot

This is not the first and definitely not the last time of me staying at Stamary Grand Hotel. The staff is always very friendly, rooms are clean and neat. One of the things I absolutely love about this hotel is the breakfast (if you haven’t tried freshly made gofras, you are missing out) and the pool. Lunch/dinner menu is also good, I enjoyed having a burger or something light like chicken broth.
I also got a chance to meet the administrator of the hotel Karolina, who is the nicest woman ever.
I would again like to thank the staff and especially people who work in the kitchen for doing a great job and preparing such tasty meals.

Beautiful hotel, in the perfect location of Zakopane. A few minutes away from the central station and center of town.
My double room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely comfortable bed which you looked forward to falling a sleep in. The hotel will even accommodate you a with a pillow of your firmness choice.
Clean towels daily and always made sure you had full stock of toiletries, coffee and water in your room.

Very beautiful hotel, looks like a castle, situated almost in the very heart of the city. Service and all personnel were excellent. Room was nice, clean and smelled good and cleaned every day. Breakfast was reach and tasty. A lot of dished for all tastes. Clean swimming pool, big jacuzzi and good sauna. We had a great vacation here. Thank you for the service!
