I spent 2 delightful nights here. Don't let the nondescript facade fool you. The interior of this hotel is loaded with character and good taste. The room was well decorated and had the amenities I need, such as excellent wifi, effective heat/AC, and reliable hot water. Plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as the tram, are steps away. But the real highlight for me was the kind, helpful, and charming staff. I have a mid-level disability (very low vision), and the employees went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and could move around the hotel without stress. I can't wait to return.

Not bad at all but it could be better... a huge cockroach 🪳 is never a welcome roommate. Also the breakfast was a gray area... some items were excellent in taste and quality but others appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. Acceptable in general but with room for improvement. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

I am adding 2.5/5 ⭐️ on this one. To begin with, the pros of this hotel were mainly the pleasant employees and the amazing breakfast it serves (minus the super diluted orange juice). The rooms were also very warm! The cons though, the room in my opinion was dirty for a 4 star hotel, and by that i mean, the toilet had hair and goo inside before even being used for the first time and after being sealed clean and disinfected. The towels were also given to us with hair and blood stains on them. Moving on, the water pressure was so low and the shower head couldn’t be placed correctly and so having a bath was super difficult. Finally, the elevator was out of service 4 out of the 5 days of our stay, which i believe is unacceptable! Also the rooms weren’t that soundproof and we could hear everything going on in the hallways haha.

Very nice decor and good first impression! Sadly , nothing else was good , I was on a school trip and I would stay there for two days (Monday and Friday) , on Friday , our room was dirty. The shower hasn’t been cleaned since 1970 , the toilet inside had cigarette ashes and one of my friends pillows was dirty🤷🏻♀️ I didn’t like the breakfast but that depends on the person and its tastes. Some of my friends liked it

The staff were nice and the hotel is clean but tired. The bar is closed apparently for renovation but this is not disclosed when booking or on their website. Breakfast is mediocre at best. I did not see any coffee bar as described in their website and coffee at breakfast is from a self-service machine machine and not nice. While my room was small but clean, the bathroom and shower was quite small. The shower could do with a deep clean to remove mold. The rooms are not well soundproofed I could hear all street sounds and corridor noise.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. But showers have many buttons, which do not work. The elevator takes ages to move. But the location is nice, not far from City center. There's a 7/24 market just across the street. (Buy the water says "Rosa" on it, the other waters taste like tap water)

+ Επίπλωση και διακόσμηση που σε μεταφέρει σε άλλη εποχή. Προσωπικό φιλικό πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει τους επισκέπτες. Η τοποθεσία σχεδόν στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης είναι ιδανική για τον επισκέπτη δεδομένου μάλιστα ότι διαθέτει φυλασσόμενο Parking σε απόσταση 200 μέτρων.Καθαριότητα άριστη.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

The people of the Balkans — the Yugoslavs, Southern Slavs — do not move out of your way, at all, when walking down the street. In fact I don't know how they work it out, what mysterious signals they emit to let their countrymen know how to avert collision. It must be something like fish in a school, or birds in a flock. Some emanation discernible only to themselves.
The guys here are definitely better looking than elsewhere in the Balkans.

Nice hotel, but! When we arrived they tried to tell us we where to early. When I explained we booked for a early arrival. It took over am hour to check in.
Shower didn't drain flooded the bathroom. Found ants in our bed. Booked the hotel because it offered a breakfast and when we checked in they said we had to pay for the breakfast.
I was very disappointed that they did not offer any refund or discount when we checked out.
