Queen's Astoria Design Hotel in Belgrade

A quality hotel with a good breakfast. Love the aesthetic. Only downside was no smart TV, so you’re stuck with Serbian cable.

England were playing Sebia in a World Cup Qualifer and picked this hotel for its location to the Cente of Old Town Belgrade. I had a large spacious top floor room. Staff were really friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in stopping here again

I had planned my Belgrade trip months in advance. Upon arrival, I had another “pay at the hotel” reservation, but due to the increase in the dollar exchange rate compared to the booking date, the price went up, so I started looking for another place to stay. That’s when I found this hotel at a more reasonable price.The hotel is designed with a nostalgic touch, and the classic car in the common area caught my 6-year-old son’s attention immediately. The cleanliness was very good; the duvet and pillows had no unpleasant odors. We booked a bed and breakfast option. Since I’m not picky with food, I didn’t have any issues, but my son was a little more selective and didn’t eat much at breakfast.The location of the hotel is excellent,very central and within walking distance to everywhere. There are many nice cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s also close to a bus stop and the main street. I was able to walk everywhere with my son without any problems.Every morning and evening, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. We even had small chats with the staff. I wanted to take a day trip to Novi Sad, and the receptionist kindly contacted the tour operator on my behalf and passed the details on to me. There’s a supermarket right across the street where we could find snacks, drinks, and anything else we needed.When we talked with friends who had been to Belgrade before and compared their accommodation to ours, they found our hotel much nicer than theirs.

What a pleasant surprise this unique gem of a hotel was. Talk about stepping back in time. I loved the unique decor and old school vibe. The staff were friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the city center and not too far from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers or people who have a long layover.

We needed a good sleep for a layover and found this charming place. Great location and great price. This hotel is walking distance to the city center where you can find a lot of shops, restaurants and other cultural places. The hotel was very clean and uniquely decorated. The staff were kind and helpful and I would recommend this to anyone. 16 minute drive from the airport.

I spent 2 delightful nights here. Don't let the nondescript facade fool you. The interior of this hotel is loaded with character and good taste. The room was well decorated and had the amenities I need, such as excellent wifi, effective heat/AC, and reliable hot water. Plenty of dining and shopping options, as well as the tram, are steps away. But the real highlight for me was the kind, helpful, and charming staff. I have a mid-level disability (very low vision), and the employees went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and could move around the hotel without stress. I can't wait to return.

Not bad at all but it could be better... a huge cockroach 🪳 is never a welcome roommate. Also the breakfast was a gray area... some items were excellent in taste and quality but others appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. Acceptable in general but with room for improvement. The staff however were friendly and helpful.
