El Diablo Hostel in Belgrade

The best hostel I have stayed in. The hosts and volunteers were very welcoming, even sharing cooked food with us. Facilities were great, and lockers with keys were supplied. The rooms were well equipped and cosy yet spacious. Nice theme throughout the hostel made for a very comfortable stay.

I’ve been to many hostels, but El Diablo stands out as one of my favourites. Clean rooms, showers and Dragun and his staff are so helpful and kind!

There’s a cosy, familial feeling in the hostel which I haven’t felt before this one - I’d definitely recommend this to both solo and group travellers!

Nice little hostel with a great location. You will feel more that you are staying with a family than in a hostel. Definitely would recommend.

I have travelled to an infinite countries and stayed at various hostels. The feeling you have at el diablo is the feeling of family. As I told to the owner, Dragan, he is like a father for each person who stays. He makes sure you have the best possible experience not just in Belgrade but anywhere due to him also being to so many places. This is a place I would happily come back and recommend friends. The level of comfort is so much and rules have to be followed but the environment is so good that I would say even someone who wants to break peace wouldn’t do it due such good vibes. I got help since a week before my arrival making sure I was getting the right bed and that the room was what I was looking for. Thank you for one of the best hostel experiences and see you later!

Originally booked for 2 nights, stayed for 5! Amazing hostel culture, created by Dragan and his team of volunteers. Cheap, clean and fantastic location - only 5 minutes on foot to Republic Square. Will definitely be back when I come back to Belgrade! Hvala vama, Max

If you are traveling in Belgrade this is the right place to go. You will find amazing people, willing to help with maps and advices. The location is perfect and the international vibes at the hostel makes everyone feel comfortable. I'll for sure come back here...

ElDiablo is managed by great people from different countries such as Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia or Argentina... They were kind, helpful and welcoming! Gracias amigos!

I am not one to write google reviews very often, hence why this review is very delayed.

I had stayed throughout December 2021, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Not only were the managers, Dragan and Nikola the most friendly and lovely people you could ever meet, the people who stayed at the hostel were such an amazing vibe and are now some of my very good friends.

Here's what you can expect if you stay at El Diablo:

- 24/7 Entry Access without the need of a FOB or a key.
- New friends for life
- Beautiful balcony with amazing view
- Enjoyable and social hostel during day and early eve, reserved quiet time for sleeping in
the later evening.
- Comfortable bed

Managers who:

- Take good care of you
- Tell you everything you need to know about the city
- Let you know about all the events going on around the city
- Prepare a lovely dinner for their guests for a very affordable cost
- Bake lots of cake that tastes so amazing
- Lastly, they will make your day

There is no way I can not go back, I hope to go back as soon as possible and see them as well as experience this wonderful hostel again.
