Very nice and central location with lots of restaurants around.

Spa area was great with steam sauna and regular sauna as well as an ice room. Large pool and swimming pool.

Very relaxed and beautiful setting, gives you a sense of being in the countryside even with such a central location.

Breakfast was great also.

Overall great experience.

Lovely hotel in central Belgrade - the front desk staff were fantastic and the facilities were very good. Our only feedback relates to the cleaning service. The floor in the room was very dusty when we arrived, and the room was never properly cleaned during our stay (our used coffee mugs were not removed during our 4 day stay, and the towels were not replaced). We would definitely return, but suggest that some improvements are made to the way that the cleaning arrangements work.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are huge. The bathroom is lovely. Air conditioning is great. The pool and spa and sauna and steam room are a nice treat. All is fantastic. But what is most IMPORTANT is the people. They are so beyond helpful and kind and keep in mind they are serving people in many different languages and very busy. If you read a bad review, please ignore. I just witnessed a guy complaining about the way his comforter was put into the duvet cover while the desk was busy and they were STILL polite. In the US, I would have told him to get lost (not using those words). Trust me, there is nothing bad to say about Belgrade in general and this hotel is special. Highly, highly recommend. And fellow travelers, please lets do better and remember you aren't the most important person on the planet. Be kind and patient. Excellent, excellent, excellent hotel and staff.

The hotel is good, but it seems that management is not qualified enough. A,lot of things could be solved by simple small and inexpensive refreshment repairs same as staff behaviour and service. The staff is inflexible, sometimes mean and a bit lower the standards of the chain. But all of the issues could be solved by good managers... A bit sad that a hotel with such a potential loosing because of current leaders.

A wonderful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room (403) was a good size, had more than I needed in the way of amenities and had a huge shower. The bathrobe was a good size, and so soft. The room was nice and quiet and faced the park. The bed was super comfortable, I slept extremely well. Every staff member was incredible including the guest relations manager, Vukasin, the bellboy, the lady in the lounge bar, and the waiter, Goran, in the 10th floor restaurant. The duty manager Nikola was also great. All staff members happily went out of their way to assist me. The food was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the steak. The views from the restaurant are amazing. I would recommend booking any spa treatments before you arrive, (especially for a weekend stay) as I tried to book some on arrival but there were no appointments available. However, the lovely lady receptionist booked me a wonderful massage off-site and Vukasin booked me a great manacure off-site also. The swimming pool is fantastic too. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely return.

Elegant hotel with useful amenities and wonderful SPA services. You have to walk a good bit though to reach the old town center.

Step inside and you are in luxury. It is a beautiful hotel, great staff offering every amenity you could ask for. Fitness center, 4 star restaurant, bar and so much more. Walking did a to St Sava, Tesla Museum, St Marks and all the other highlights of Belgrade. Highly recommended
