Unfortunately, Hotel Sterling Garni falls far short of a 4-star experience. The lobby, though it could be impressive, was marred by the smell of cigarettes and cluttered with random magazines and branded bags?!?, which felt out of place.
The front desk staff member was polite and very friendly, but it’s surprising that there isn’t at least a basic uniform—seeing him in a track suit wasn’t professional.
The elevator has been plagued by an unsolvable “electricity problem” for what seems like years. My room’s carpet clearly needed vacuuming, and while the mattress was comfortable, it was just placed on a wooden box?!
On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
Parking impossible to find in the street.
Overall, I can only give this place 2 stars, mostly because I had a large room and the location was perfect for my needs.

nasty! The rooms are dirty, the floors are not vacuumed, the ventilation system is filthy and the walls are dirty as well. Also, the elevator is still not working.

We stayed here for a night with my friends, we had to carry our luggages because the elevator was not working. The room was great we enjoyed it. In the morning, the breakfast was a bit dissapointing but it was okay

Lift was broken, been out for several months, had to walk up and down 3 flights and I have a heart condition, the staff are super friendly and couldn't do enough, will definitely book again if the get the lift fixed.

We ordered a taxi through the front desk. The front desk somehow sent a scam taxi that charged us 80 euros to airport (normal price is only 25 euros). Definitely not trustworthy!

Very bad experience don't go any one.They treated like their servants. Also the owner was very bad guy he is threatening and demanding extra money.

Overall is good the owner and the receptionist are helpful in the beginning but because of our late checkout the owner didn't get nice. Our room was spacious and classic. They didn't serve food.
