- bedding does not fit properly
- curtains are not installed properly and fall off the curtain railing
- rancid smell from the bathroom & the shower does not drain properly (while showering you stand in 10cm of water)
- shower is mouldy and has soap and limescale build-up all on the floor, walls, taps and shower doors
- bar fridge was warm
- breakfast is cold has stale bread and the salad items are old - no variety

Hotel needs a DEEP clean and RESTORATION!

Horrible. Save yourself from this hotel. Literally not what I was expecting at all. Rooms are dirty, beds, floor and windows. There is no privacy there is a whole window in shower section, and also a little place where someone can see you in the bathroom. Half things are broken. Food is also gross. Bad service and they want us to pay if we don’t know where our room card is (Dirty Cards).

One of the worst hotel rooms I've ever experienced, DIRTY, old and uncomfortable mattresses, even the tv doesn't have a signal, no kettle, no nothing. I wish I had booked somewhere else anywhere.

Hotel Putnik is a very run down facility. I was there with a group, and some of us got keycards, others got actual keys because the doors were not working properly. The rooms were dated, and not particularly clean. The shower was dirty and a part of the shower door was missing. The air conditioning was weak, so the room was quite warm, which was not great in summer. Right now there is a major construction site right in front of the hotel, which does not add to making this hotel a great experience.

If you think you've ever been in the worst hotel in the world, this should be the one, for sure. I travel a lot, and been staying in so many hotels, but this was totally another level and unexpected for a three star hotel. First, the receptionist were not speaking a word of English, super arrogant and unwelcoming. There was just one elevator working, out of 4, super dirty hallways, walls are stained, dusty. The room, oh, the room, like i said another level. Super dusty, filthy bathroom, sheets covered in stains. I slept with my hoodie on, i couldn't even put my head on the pillow. To make things worse, you can not open the windows, the air conditioning system was not working and also the fridge was hot as a stove, useless. The beverages inside were literally hot. The hotel is in the heart of the city, but don't get tricked by this, you gonna have your worst experience down there. Save yourself some slack and find a cheaper one nearby, at least it's way better. -5 star.
