Royal Phuket City Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

Stayed there for a week and had a wonderful time. Rooms are very spacious, the lobby is huge and the entrance is beautiful.
The food was good, there were a lot of halal options and the breakfasts were the best thing ever!!
Great staff, very helpful and the view from my room was lovely. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Hotel service was great and there was a performance from an old lady one night with a pianist by her side, loved it very much! Will always cherish my stay here.

The Royal City Hotel was wonderful to stay at! The staff and the manager at the hotel are the nicest people ever and are really helpful. The rooms were clean, had good amenities, and the hotel was located in a convention location to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel was the perfect spot in Phuket. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is helpful, and it’s wihtin walking distance to many restaurants. The gym is huge, it has everything you could possibly need to get in a good work out. There is an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor and it’s large enough to do laps. The AC in the room blows nice cold air and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature during the heat. The interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but it’s all still functional and very well kept.

Don’t look anywhere else. Stay here. Cheap, great location, kind staff, excellent rooms, awesome gym, nice pool, delicious restaurants. What more do you need? Concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms look and feel way nicer than the price would suggest. Water pressure was so good that I would consider it too high. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

Check-in process was extremely smooth on a weekday afternoon. At 54USD/night it packs good value with breakfast included. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed a peaceful sleep without any disturbance.

The gym is extremely well-equipped and maintained as I believe it is a partnership between a professional gym and the hotel. It is centrally located and relatively near to most attractions in the Old Town.

It's in a fantastic location as it's 140m from bus terminal and few 100 meters from old town Phuket...and yet, it's very peaceful and a clean hotel. The breakfast is very Thai leaning with adequate choices for Non-Veg folks.

Peking duck was exellent in Yan Long. Steak in 154 also good.

Mostly use only restaurant ,bakery is recommended with to taste and fresh.Location is one of best in town with a comfortable and plenty parking.

This hotel is amazing. Staff is really nice. Do everything for you if you ask them nicely. We stayed here for 4 nights before flying to another destination. But we enjoyed it so much that we actually came back to stay a couple more nights before flying again (we were making a full thailand trip and at this point stayed at 3 hotels so far. This one was definitely the best). Breakfast is really, has something for everyone. Only happened once that they ran out of something my husband really wanted. But even then there's plenty of options. Everything is really clean. Gym looks AMAZING. definitely recommend going there if you want to put some work in. Haven't seen anything they don't have. They even sell their old equipment.

So if you need a place to stay in phuket city. This is the one!

Amazing Hotel I would highly recommend, everything was perfect and the staff at the hotel were so kind and friendly I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to phuket 10/10
