Our stay was truly wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. A big thank you to them!
The rooms were spacious with large beds, making it very comfortable. Although the hotel is old, the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
We made several requests during our stay, such as moving an extra bed to another room, arranging a shower chair for an elderly family member, and even providing a wheelchair for our 3-day stay. The staff was more than accommodating.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously!

All in all was Good place to stay the best gym I’ve ever been to in a motel or hotel, We’re talking top of the line Gym. It was awesome.

Hotel is outside old town. Old but big hotel with very spacious lobby for check in. Bed room also big and clean. Nice breakfast at 19th floor with good views of surrounding.. Hotel is walking distance to airportbb bus terminal.

The hotel is good but the layout of the hotel was nice nearby 7-11 too. But what makes it shocking was when we ask a bucket of eyes we were charge 142.50 baht. This is shocking to a 4 or 5 star hotel. What make it worst that they didn't even put the price on the menu. If we know that we won't even order. Not saying that we can't afford. We can. But price must indicate for it. Room was dirty and the breakfast it's lousy. All the days that I have stayed all the main hot dish and the others food NO CHANGES. OMG THIS IS SHOCKING. WILL NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Walking distance to Phuket old town, michelin restaurants, bus terminal, massage branch. Really well equipped gym, nice pool, large room with lots of windows, toilet is rather small, aircon a bit noisy. Will come back again!
